Karang Taruna Sukokerto Pajarakan Village Probolinggo Business skills owned by youth Karang Taruna Sukokerto Village Pajarakan District is still relatively limited, because it has never obtained assistance from competent parties in the field of entrepreneurship. In fact, when viewed from their relatively productive age, they have the potential to develop in creative entrepreneurial activities according to young souls for cadet corals. Karang Taruna organization that participated in this activity amounted to 20 people. The purpose of community service carried out by lecturers of Panca Marga Probolinggo University is to improve the soul of enterprenuer Karang Taruna Sukokerto subdistrict Pajarakan held extension of diversity of processed diversity made from tiram mushrooms. In this activity, counseling is able to foster intentions for cadet corals in Sukokerto Village, Pajarakan Subdistrict for entrepreneurship because the process of diversifying processing made from oyster mushrooms is easy to remember and easy to do so that after this extension activity ends up participants have the most advanced knowledge and skills[at diversification of product processing itself and can sell products online simply which can later grow entrepreneurial spirit. Optimalisasi pendapatan keluarga pada masa Covid-19, merupakan salah satu program kegiatan KKN Kecamatan Gending Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan melakukan kegiatan dengan pelatihan pembuatan Wedang Pokak sebagai salah satu jenis minuman yang dapat meningkatkan imunitas keluarga. Minuman tradisional Pokak Jahe diketahui mengandung bahan herbal yang mempunyai khasiat dapat meningkatkan imunitas tubuh dari serangan virus. Melalui kegiatan ini juga diharapkan masyarakat dapat memahami pentingnya menjaga sistem imun tubuh khususnya di era pandemik covid-19 dengan mengkonsumsi wedang pokak jahe yang terjangkau dan dapat membuka peluang usaha sehingga pendapatan semakin meningkat dengan menjual minuman wedang Pokak Jahe. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegaiatan ini melalui 3 tahapan, yakni tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaanprogram, serta pendistribusian dan pemasaranproduk. Dari kegiatan program ini masyarakat mendapat pengetahuan serta ketrampilan dalam mebuat wedang pokok Jahe serta dapat memasarkan hasil kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang serta ancaman yang dialami oleh petani jamur tiram di Kabupaten Probolinggo dalam memasarkan produknya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Probolinggo secara purposive. Di Kabupaten Probolinggo terdapat 60 KK berusahatani jamur timur yang tersebar di beberapa Kecamatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SWOT. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi kekuatan usaha dalam memasarkan hasil panen jamur adalah umur petani, tenaga kerja yang dimiliki. Kelamahan yang dihadapi adalah kesulitan dalam pemasaran, jamur tiram tidak bertahan lama serta terbatasnya modal bagi petani. Untuk peluang usaha adalah permintaan jamur yang terus meningkat serta adanya diversifikasi produk olahan berbahan dasar jamur. Untuk mnegatasi hal tersebut maka dilakukan strategi SO yaitu Strenghts – Opportunities, menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan pemanfaatan permintaan jamur dengan memanfaatkan pasar yakni dengan harga yang stabil serta memberikan pelatihan diversifikasi produk olahan berbahan dasar jamur

The Paddy plant is one of the important primary food commodities in Indonesia, Java island is one of the national paddy granaries in Indonesia. As one of the staple ingredients in Indonesia, Paddy rice is also used as a source of livelihood for most people in Indonesia. Sumbersuko Village, located in Pasuruan Regency, Purwosari District, is a village in which the majority of the population works as paddy rice farmers. From this background, the study aims to determine the income level of paddy rice farmers in Sumbersuko Village and to see what factors that influence paddy rice production in Sumbersuko Village. The data used in this study include primary data sources and secondary data sources. The analysis method used is farm income and linear regression. The result of this research is that the average income of rice farmers in Sumbersuko village is around 4,986,054, -IDR per hectare. The factors that significantly influence the area-wide land.

This research is a quantitative research. Primary data is the result of filling out questionnaires by all respondents, namely all mushroom farmers in Probolinggo. And secondary data in the form of all mushroom farmer data in Probolinggo with a total population of 60 mushroom farmers in Probolinggo. The selection of oyster mushroom farmer respondents was carried out using the census method. The samples in this study were all farmers who cultivated oyster mushrooms in Probolinggo Regency. The results of this study indicate that oyster mushroom farmers in Probolinggo use logs. By using this tool, it can increase the income of mushroom farmers. So that the oyster mushroom in Probolinggo is suitable to be used as a business / developed field. The marketing channel pattern of oyster mushrooms in Probolinggo uses two patterns. Namely the first pattern, mushroom farmers sell mushrooms to resellers, resellers will resell to retailers and retailers will sell again to end consumers. For the second pattern, mushroom farmers sell resellers, and resellers will sell directly to the final consumer. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the second channel is more profitable for farmers in terms of income.

This research is a qualitative research which aims to examine musharaka as an alternative financing solution during the Covid 19 pandemic and focus on the calculation of profit sharing and its suitability according to Fatwa DSN No. 08 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000. Primary data in this study are the results of interviews and secondary data are in the form of profit sharing reports of BPRS Rinjani secondary data is in the form of BPRS Rinjani profit sharing reports. The profit calculation sharing of the financing on the musharaka contract at BPRS Bumi Rinjani Probolinggo is in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Syari'ah Council of the Indonesian Ulama Council, Number: 08 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000. The calculation of profit sharing based on profits and no amount is determined in advance. With the uncertainty of the income of bank partners (customers) during the current pandemic, the concept of musharaka financing can be used as an alternative solution in financing for both banks and partners.

Existence of existing tourism sector in Town probolinggo, encourage business actors to balance businessactivities by establishing hotels. Hotel Tampiarto is a hotel located in the center of Probolinggo City, at Jalan Suroyo No.15, Tisnonegaran, Kanigaran, Probolinggo City. This hotel has a very strategic place because it is located near the city of Probolinggo, Railway Station, KODIM 0820, Probolinggo Mayor's Office, and others. Because of its very strategic location, it gives advantages for Hotel Tampiarto to absorb many visitors. The services and facilities provided by Hotel Tampiarto Probolinggo can give a positive impression and negative impression for the visitors. The expected here is certainly a positive impression from visitors. To create a positive impression, of course Tampiarto Hotel has a strategy that is done to satisfy customers.

ABSTRAK Pertanian merupakan sektor penting bagi perekonomian di Indonesia. Jamur tiram merupakan salah satu tanaman yang menjadi komoditas bernilai tinggi. Kabupaten Probolinggo merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil jamur tiram. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik petani jamur tiram, tingkat pendapatan petani jamur, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani jamur di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Probolinggo secara purposive. Di Kabupaten Probolinggo, terdapat 60 KK yang membudidayakan jamur timur yang tersebar di beberapa kecamatan. Karakteristik pembudidaya jamur. Jenis kelamin responden adalah 92% laki-laki. Dan sisanya 8% adalah perempuan. Umur petani jamur banyak tersebar pada kelompok umur 35 - 44 tahun atau kelompok umur sedang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa usia tersebut merupakan usia produktif yang memungkinkan seseorang bekerja semaksimal mungkin untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup rumah tangga. Jika dilihat dari pendidikan formalnya, pendidikan petani jamur tiram adalah lulusan SMA. Namun, masih ada beberapa petani yang masih berstatus pelajar terbaik. Artinya pendidikan bisa meningkat. Mengingat tingkat pendidikan yang "sedang" memungkinkan petani untuk terus berinovasi dalam membudidayakan jamur tiram. Responden petani jamur tiram memproduksi rata-rata 3.253 kg dengan jumlah batang kayu yang dimiliki sebanyak 8.133 batang kayu. Jamur tiram dijual dengan harga rata-rata Rp 13.000 per kg, sehingga pendapatan rata-rata Rp 42.293.333 dalam sekali proses produksi (tiga bulan). Pendapatan dari total biaya dengan menggunakan rata-rata log adalah 8.133 dengan produksi rata-rata 3.523 kg Rp. 42.293.333. Untuk pendapatan biaya tunai sebesar Rp. 21.619.945 dari Rp. 25.095.216 seluruh biaya yang digunakan dalam usahatani jamur tiram di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,91. Artinya pendapatan usahatani jamur tiram (Y) dipengaruhi oleh variabel harga benih (X1), harga serbuk gergaji (X2), harga dedak (X3), harga hasil (X4), produksi (X5), sebesar 91% dan sisanya 9%. adalah faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan jamur yang tidak termasuk dalam persamaan. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of production that affect the income of farming businesses. The factors of production used are the cost of production used, land area and labor use. The data of this study were carried out in a primary and secondary manner. Primary data was conducted by interview with Granola Potato farmers in Sumber District, Probolinggo Regency while secondary data was obtained from related agencies. The data analysis method used uses quantitative descriptive methods. The results obtained from this study are (1) The total cost with the average production of potato harvests of 19,000 kg is Rp.57,205,000 generated by the Granola variety potato farming income of Rp.105,295,000. (2) Variables of arable land area (X1) and labor (X3) partially affect positively and significantly affect the income of Granola Potato farmers. Meanwhile, the variable cost of production (X2) has a negative and insignificant effect. (3) Variables of arable land area (X1), production costs (X2) and labor (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the income of Granola Potato farmers in Sumber District, Probolinggo Regency Keywords: Production factors: income: Granola potato farmers
