Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is an important element in higher education that aims to connect students with society and introduce them to real problems faced by society. Tanjungsari Village is one of the villages in the Umbulsari District, Jember Regency. PKK women in Tanjungsari Village have a crucial position as drivers of change at the community level. The form of service activities is carried out by means of socialization and training. The stages of community service activities consist of three stages, namely: preparation, implementation of training, and evaluation. The main objective of the program to empower PKK women in managing waste in Tanjungsari Village is to reduce the volume of waste generated by the community. Through educational and training activities, they are provided with an understanding of the importance of separating waste, waste composition, and effective ways of recycling. By supporting this behavior change, the community can contribute to reducing the negative impact of waste on the environment. In addition to environmental impacts, this empowerment also has the potential to improve the community's economy

Abstract

Stunting Consultation is an initiative of the Collaborative KKN Team that aims to overcome stunting in early childhood in Tanjungsari Village, Umbulsari District. This activity is carried out with a participatory approach involving various parties, including village communities, health workers, and village officials. During program implementation, comprehensive data regarding stunting in Tanjungsari Village was successfully collected, revealing the existence of families at significant risk of stunting. Through Forum Group Discussions (FGD) and participatory meetings, public awareness of the stunting problem increased, and active collaboration between various parties was key in formulating concrete recommendations to tackle stunting effectively. The results reflect the importance of a participatory approach in overcoming the stunting problem, with the hope that these steps will bring significant positive changes in the welfare of young children in Tanjungsari Village

Abstract

Stunting is a condition that disrupts a child's growth and development, leading to a discrepancy between their height and age. Indonesia is among the countries still grappling with this issue. Based on observational data collected during field visits to Jelbuk Village, Jember City, the researchers found that a majority of toddlers that live in the village are categorized as experiencing stunting. Consequently, the researchers organized counseling sessions and motor skills screening activities for children. The primary objective of these activities is to educate parents about stunting and how important to monitor children's development as they grow. The screening of children's development involves the use of the Pre-Developmental Screening Questionnaire (KPSP), consisting of 9-10 questions assessing a child's developmental milestones. From the screening activities using the Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire, the following results were obtained: out of 25 toddlers who attended the counseling, 6 were identified with developmental deviations, 4 were considered doubtful, and 15 were developing appropriately

Abstract

Waste management is still a complex matter, and of these problems there are many program innovations to deal with waste management problems. The program innovation for dealing with waste came from KKN-K students in group 023 who designed work programs that were in line with environmental problems in Bagon Village, namely the lack of handling of waste problems. The lack of waste handling in Bagon Village is proven through the results of a survey directly to the community. The survey results found that most of the people of Bagon Village still littered. The "Waste Bank" work program is a form of work program in the environmental field which will later be realized by the KKN-Collaboration group 023. KKN activities require students to be able to solve problems that occur in society, both from natural resources and human resources, assisting the development of a place to be more advanced than before, 023 Collaborative Community Service Students conducted Community Service Program to empower the Bagon Village Community based on waste bank management

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition caused by insufficient nutritional intake over a long period of time due to inadequate food supply to meet nutritional needs. Stunting is a problem that is difficult to solve if the factors causing stunting in each region cannot be controlled. Basically, the layer that interacts most intensively with patients diagnosed with stunting directly is the posyandu cadres who are the first counselors for mothers and children at the lowest level. The method used in this Collaborative Real Work Lecture (KKN) student service activity is counseling and training to improve the skills and role of the targets, namely posyandu and RDS cadres in the prevention and early detection program of stunting in children and toddlers. This activity aims to directly increase the role of posyandu cadres who are very close to the community in resolving stunting problems and indirectly to motivate the community to participate in paying attention to the growth and development of their children so that their growth and development can be optimal. It is hoped that the knowledge of Lampeji Village cadres and RDS members regarding stunting prevention will increase and the knowledge gained can be applied to the Lampeji Village community so that they can contribute to parenting and assisting children's growth and development

Abstract

Girimukti Village is one of the villages in Cibatu District in Garut Regency, West Java Province. MSME actors in Girimukti Village are still low, while the potential for development is both in terms of natural resources and human resources. From the aspect of human resources that still have the potential and opportunities to be utilized in the MSME program are housewives who have time so that they can be directed and fostered to be more productive. Basically, the purpose of carrying out Community Service is to be able to provide new ideas about entrepreneurship for housewives and motivate housewives to want to be entrepreneurs. The target to be achieved is that the community becomes creative and can make various processed products made from freshwater fish to be used as one of the ideas to be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship so that it can increase family income and be able to analyze the feasibility of entrepreneurship in making snacks.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan efektivitas kepemimpinan di tingkat desa melalui penguatan kapasitas SDM pengurus pemerintahan desa. Dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak, seperti pemerintah daerah, lembaga pendidikan, dan organisasi masyarakat sipil, dilakukan serangkaian program pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap para pengurus desa terkait manajemen pelayanan publik dan kepemimpinan. Implementasi praktik-praktik baru, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, penerapan teknologi informasi, dan perubahan budaya organisasi menjadi indikasi positif dari keberhasilan strategi ini. Meskipun demikian, masih diperlukan upaya lanjutan dalam pemantauan dan evaluasi rutin, peningkatan kerjasama antarlembaga, serta mendorong partisipasi masyarakat untuk memastikan kelangsungan dan kesuksesan dari upaya pengembangan SDM ini dalam jangka panjang. Diharapkan bahwa hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berarti dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan pelayanan publik di Desa Cipagalo serta di tempat-tempat lain yang serupa.

Abstract

Kegiatan kuliah umum dengan tema "Tantangan Dan Peluang: Meningkatkan Motivasi Mahasiswa Menuju Wirausaha Di Era Digital" diselenggarakan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dan motivasi yang lebih tinggi bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen STIE Yasa Anggana Garut dalam memasuki dunia wirausaha di era digital. Melalui pendekatan yang holistik dan kreatif, kegiatan ini melibatkan narasumber ahli, diskusi panel, studi kasus, dan workshop kreatif. Hasilnya, terlihat peningkatan motivasi dan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang tantangan dan peluang dalam wirausaha di era digital. Mereka menjadi lebih siap dan berdaya saing dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk menciptakan peluang bisnis baru. Dampak jangka panjang dari kegiatan ini mencakup peningkatan keterampilan, pembentukan jaringan, inspirasi, dan perubahan budaya menuju semangat kewirausahaan yang lebih kuat di lingkungan kampus dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini bukan hanya merupakan acara satu kali, tetapi merupakan investasi dalam pembangunan kapasitas dan potensi mahasiswa yang akan membawa dampak positif yang berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang di era digital.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi perkembangan dan penguatan UMKM di wilayah Desa Cijangkar. Dengan pendampingan dalam merancang dan menerapkan logo serta label produk, kami berharap UMKM di desa ini dapat memperkuat identitas merek, meningkatkan daya saing produk, dan membuka peluang lebih luas di pasar regional maupun nasional. Selain itu, melalui pendampingan ini, kami berusaha untuk berbagi pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada para pelaku UMKM agar mereka dapat lebih mandiri dalam mengelola bisnis mereka. Dengan adanya logo dan label produk yang profesional, diharapkan UMKM di Desa Cijangkar dapat lebih mudah dikenali dan dipercaya oleh konsumen, sehingga dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi ekonomi lokal serta kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Health services are one of the rapidly growing public service sectors currently, resulting in large piles of patient medical record data. This pile of data can provide valuable knowledge if processed in the right way. Data Science is a series of processes for exploring hidden knowledge patterns in large data sets. Data Science can be applied to discover knowledge patterns from patient profiles and health history data. The knowledge gained can be used for analysis and decision making, including to predict the type of disease, determine the pattern of disease spread, and see the effectiveness of treatment. So far, students from the Hang Tuah University Pekanbaru Public Health Study Program have been carrying out the data analysis process using statistics. Community Service Activities aim to enable students to use Data Science as an alternative in analyzing health data. So students can use Data Science to help analyze health data in their research. Data Science techniques discussed include Basic Concepts and Data Science Algorithms. The output of this PkM activity is increasing partner skills, publication in mass media and scientific publications
