Abstract

This study aims to identify the forms and content of cyberbullying in netizens’ comments on an Instagram post by the account @awreceh.id regarding an alleged violence case involving two students from Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University (UIN) Riau. This phenomenon illustrates how social media serves as a space for public participation in expressing opinions while simultaneously acting as a venue for various forms of cyberbullying. The study employs a qualitative content analysis method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through documentation of the top 101 comments on the post. The analysis utilized the Participatory Media Culture theory to explain user participation in digital spaces, Krippendorff’s content analysis theory for the coding process, and Willard’s (2007) typology of cyberbullying forms as a categorization framework. The results indicate that 85 out of the 101 comments (84.2%) contained elements of cyberbullying. Of the seven forms identified by Willard, three were found: denigration (63 comments), flaming (12 comments), and harassment (10 comments); meanwhile, outing and trickery, impersonation, exclusion, and cyberstalking were not detected. The most prevalent forms of attack content were the humorization of violence (24 comments) and gender-based hate speech (22 comments). The dominance of denigration suggests that the comment section functioned like a stage, where netizens spoke about the victims in front of an audience rather than to the victims themselves. From the perspective of digital communication ethics, all identified forms violated principles of netiquette (Shea, 1994), particularly the principle of “remember the human.” These findings demonstrate that participatory culture on social media can devolve into harmful participation if not guided by an ethical framework.

Abstract

The use of automation technology in agriculture continues to develop in order to improve farmers' work efficiency. One of the routine tasks that requires time and effort is plant spraying. This study aims to design an intelligent system that can automatically control plant spraying through voice commands. The system utilizes voice recognition technology to detect the keyword "spray plants" as the main command. Once the command is recognized, the system automatically activates the spray pump using a microcontroller. The method used involves voice command recognition based on Speech Recognition algorithms and actuator control through simple logic. Test results show that the system is able to respond to voice commands with good accuracy and perform spraying according to instructions. This system is expected to assist farmers in automating the spraying process, making their work more efficient and practical.

Abstract

This study aims to explore community perceptions of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative (KDMP) in Dimembe Sub-District, North Minahasa Regency. KDMP is a strategic government policy aimed at strengthening the village economy through cooperative institutions; however, a gap persists between central policy and local community understanding. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 33 informants selected by purposive sampling, participatory observation, documentation study, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis utilized the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2020). The findings indicate that: (1) community knowledge of KDMP remains predominantly low (60.6%); (2) community attitudes are dominated by a positive-skeptical pattern (39.4%), stemming from collective trauma caused by negative past experiences with cooperatives; (3) the primary community expectations include access to capital (84.8%), management transparency (75.8%), and capacity building (66.7%); and (4) the most influential factors shaping perceptions are past experiences with cooperatives, socialization intensity, and Mapalus local wisdom values. This study recommends reforming community-based socialization strategies and substantively integrating Mapalus values into village cooperative governance.

Abstract

Background: Chondrogenic choristoma, also known as cartilaginous choristoma, is a rare benign lesion characterized by the presence of mature cartilage in an anatomically inappropriate location. Although it has been reported in several sites of the head and neck, involvement of the cheek is uncommon and may present a diagnostic challenge because of its morphological similarity to soft-tissue chondroma. Case Presentation: I report a rare case of chondrogenic choristoma of the cheek in a 5-year-old patient evaluated at Bhayangkara Hospital, Palembang, Indonesia. The patient presented with a cheek mass clinically suspected to represent a soft-tissue tumor. The excised specimen measured 1.2 × 0.5 × 0.4 cm. Histopathological examination demonstrated encapsulated, a well-circumscribed lesion composed of lobules of mature hyaline cartilage. The cartilaginous tissue was predominantly hypocellular, with mature chondrocytes located within lacunae and embedded in abundant hyaline extracellular matrix. The chondrocytes showed bland cytological features without significant nuclear atypia or mitotic activity. No necrosis, destructive infiltration, or other malignant features were identified. There was no evidence of osseous involvement in the examined specimen. Conclusion: Chondrogenic choristoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a well-circumscribed cartilaginous mass in the cheek, particularly in pediatric patients. The distinction from soft-tissue chondroma may be challenging on histopathological examination alone and requires correlation with the clinical and radiological findings. Recognition of this rare entity is important to avoid misclassification as a true cartilaginous neoplasm.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) programme became the largest priority item in Indonesia's 2026 State Budget, with most of its funding placed under the education function. This article examines how the Constitutional Court answered the resulting constitutional dispute in Decisions No. 40/PUU-XXIV/2026 and No. 100/PUU-XXIV/2026, and why petitions No. 290 and 301/PUU-XXIV/2026 were declared inadmissible. Using a normative juridical method, the study finds that the Court reaffirmed the twenty percent education mandate but granted a transition period until the 2028 budget, and that its conditional reading of Article 8(5) of the 2026 Budget Law strengthens parliamentary budget rights while leaving gaps in reallocation across programmes within a single function. The article closes with recommendations for lawmakers and future petitioners.

Abstract

This study designs, implements, and evaluates a digital marketing and brand awareness framework for MSME Rumah Makan Padang Sinar Surya Uni Seera, focusing on leadership and project management. Using a descriptive qualitative single-case study design, data was collected via participant observation, semi-structured interviews with the business owner, and project documentation analysis. A three-member cross-functional team executed a structured three-month strategy on Instagram and TikTok, maintaining a posting cadence of three times weekly. Results show that an organized digital marketing model—spanning schedule engineering, task oversight, metric tracking, and KPI evaluation—significantly elevated the business's digital footprint. Over three months, the brand gained 347 Instagram and 512 TikTok followers, while average engagement rates reached 5.0% and 8.1%, respectively. Crucially, monthly revenue increased by 65.2%, rising from IDR 14,622,000 (February 2025 baseline) to IDR 24,150,000 (May 2025 peak). Integrating data-driven leadership with productivity tools (Google Spreadsheets, Canva, CapCut, Linktree) proved highly efficacious. This study offers a practical, structured blueprint for culinary MSMEs seeking digital transformation through effective leadership and project management.
