Abstract

Abstract This study examines the implementation of teachers' teaching and learning process in the context of the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Kaliorang. As Indonesia's latest educational innovation, the Independent Curriculum aims to provide greater flexibility and autonomy to teachers and schools in managing learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to deeply understand how teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kaliorang adapt and apply the principles of the Independent Curriculum in their daily teaching practices. Data was collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and principals, and analysis of learning documents. The results show that teachers have begun integrating elements of the Independent Curriculum such as project-based learning, instruction differentiation, and formative assessment. However, there were also some challenges in implementation, including limited resources, the need for ongoing professional development, and the need for adaptation time.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Al-Quran learning using the tilawati method at the Ali Hikmah Sangatta Al-Quran Education Park (TPA). The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were teachers and students at TPA Ali Hikmah Sangatta. The research results showed that the tilawati method was applied consistently at TPA Ali Hikmah Sangatta and improved students' Al-Quran reading skills. Most of the students showed a significant increase in their recitation skills with correct recitation and appreciation of the meaning of the verses of the Koran. Students respond positively to this method, feel more confident, and are motivated to study the Koran further. However, this research also found several challenges in implementing the tilawati method, such as limited learning time, variations in student abilities, and the availability of adequate learning media. To overcome this challenge, it is recommended that learning facilities be improved, teachers are continuously trained, an individualist approach is implemented, time arrangements are more flexible, and a more integrative curriculum is developed. This research concludes that the tilawati method is an effective approach to learning Al-Quran at TPA Ali Hikmah Sangatta and makes an important contribution to developing Al-Quran learning strategies that can be applied in various other Islamic educational institutions

Abstract

Community participation is an activity or matter of taking part in activities in an organization. Community participation in education is very necessary and important because it greatly influences the development of the quality of the school or education. Therefore, community participation becomes an important component to be developed and empowered in education. This research contains an explanation of forms of community participation, factors that can increase community participation and forms of community participation that can improve the quality of education at YPPSB Sangatta Middle School. This research aims to increase public understanding and awareness so that they participate in education. This article was created in the form of a qualitative method through interviews, documentation and observations which were then arranged according to critical analysis so that appropriate data was obtained. The results of the research include an explanation of community participation in education, including the forms and factors that influence the level of participation, whether supporting or hindering, in addition to obtaining data regarding efforts made by the community which have a positive impact on both the school and the community itself.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of the urgency of Islamic education in social interactions at Nurul Hikmah Sangatta Utara Vocational School. A qualitative approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of how Islamic values ​​are applied in the school environment and their impact on students' social interactions. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The research results show that Islamic education at Nurul Hikmah Vocational School does not only focus on cognitive aspects, but also on developing students' character and morals. The implementation of Islamic education has proven effective in forming harmonious, respectful and tolerant social interactions among students. Values ​​such as honesty, responsibility and empathy are taught through various curricular and extracurricular activities. This research concludes that the urgency of Islamic education in shaping social interaction at Nurul Hikmah Vocational School is very significant and can be used as a model for other Islamic-based schools. The recommendation for educators and school administrators is to continue to strengthen the integration of Islamic values ​​in all aspects of education in order to create a social environment that is conducive to the development of student character.

Abstract

This research discusses the ethical relationship between teachers and students in the learning process, which is crucial for creating a conducive and effective learning environment. This research examines various ethical aspects that teachers and students need to apply to achieve optimal educational goals. The library research method is used in this research. The research results show that firstly, a teacher's ethics involve characteristics such as piety, a peaceful attitude, humility, and the use of knowledge for good. Second, a student's ethics include respecting the teacher, listening attentively, and following in the footsteps of good examples. Third, the relationship between teachers and students must be based on the principles of mutual respect and ethics. Teachers can balance their responsibilities in directing and motivating students, while students must show respect and sincerity in learning. The implementation of ethics involves harmonious cooperation between both parties to achieve holistic educational goals. This research confirms that ethics in education not only improves the quality of the teaching and learning process but also contributes to the development of student character and teacher professionalism. By adopting good ethical principles, the relationship between teachers and students will further strengthen the effectiveness of education, both from an academic and spiritual perspective

Abstract

Education is a dynamic process that continuously shapes and is shaped by the changes around us. Whether in the economic, cultural, or political realms, education is the driving force for individual and societal progress. The human desire to continue to develop and adapt to the ever-changing environment is one of the main drivers in the world of education. This article aims to reveal how education, especially at MTs. Daarul Ikhlaash Sangatta Selatan, acts as an agent of social change and the role of education in reducing social and economic inequality. Through a qualitative analysis of the curriculum, learning methods, and the impact of social change on educational values ​​and policies, this study shows that the school has succeeded in integrating education with the ever-evolving social dynamics. These findings underscore the importance of education in facing the challenges of the times and building a better society.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze and interpret classroom management in limited face-to-face learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The method used is a qualitative research method with the type of library research. As a result, classroom management is essentially an effort made to provide, create and maintain optimal classroom conditions so as to create a good classroom atmosphere that makes it easier for students to learn and understand the subject matter. The implementation of classroom management in face-to-face learning is limited by providing: a) Body temperature measuring devices in class that will be used before students enter class by the way the teacher stands in front of the classroom door, b) Good air circulation in the classroom, c) Room sterilization facilities for spraying disinfectants, d) each student reads their respective learning facilities, e) Applying standard health protocols. Fundamental problems in classroom management problems include: a) disharmony in relationships between students, b) lack of commitment c) negative reactions e) deviations from the provisions, f) unable to work together, do not respect other group members, g) unable to adapt to changes in the learning environment, including in the classroom.
