The purpose of this study is to gain knowledge and understanding of scientific progress related to government communication through publications that have been added to the Scopus database. This study used 222 scientific papers from the Scopus Database to conduct a systematic literature review as a research methodology. According to the survey, between 2022 and 2023, there was an increase in the total number of people who reported writing scientific articles on government communication, from 107 in 2022 to 115 in 2023. The number of papers available in the Scopus database in 2022-2023 shows this. The findings of this study have helped in creating a research agenda on government communication. A weakness of this study is that it only used articles from the Scopus database; therefore, its conclusions are limited in their ability to address global concerns related to government communication. Scientific publications from other reliable international databases, such as Dimensions Scholars and Web of Science, should be used in1future1studies.

This research aims to find out the progress of the state democracy study. The research method applied to this research is systematic literature review using 60 scientific articles sourced from databse scopus. The results reveal the relationship between state and democracy. We explore the concept of state democracy studies, focusing on the role of civil society and deliberative democracies in shaping state-to-community relations. In this Systematic Literature Review (SLR), we present a comprehensive synthesis of the latest literature that focuses on the role of states in facilitating and strengthening democracy. In addition, in the Systematic Literatur Review, we examine the various forms of deliberative processes and their implications for relations between states and societies. These findings suggest that deliberative democracy can promote a more inclusive and participatory political system, in which civil society plays an important role in shaping public policies and making states accountable. We identify trends, key concepts, and challenges faced in understanding the dynamics of democracy in various country contexts. Our findings highlight the importance of accountability, citizen participation, and the role of institutions in achieving sustainable democracy. This research provides an in-depth insight for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to understand the complexity of the relationship between state and democracy. The results of this research have contributed to the development of studies on the subject of state democracy. The limitation of this research is that articles are used only from scopus databases so the research findings cannot comprehensively describe the issues of state democracy. Further research needs to use scientific articles that come from other reputable international database sources, such as the Web of Science and Dimensionds Scholars.

This study aims to analyze publication trends related to the ICT Government in Indonesia with a scientomertic approach. This study uses data analysis methods from Scopus with RStudio, VOSviewer, and CiteSpace applications to visualize and analyze publications. The findings show that Indonesian authors dominate ICT Government research with 172 documents, while the contributions of authors from Malaysia, the United States, and the Netherlands provide an important international perspective. The main research topics include e-government, smart cities, and sustainable development. The findings demonstrate the role of ICTs in improving government efficiency, transparency, and civic engagement. However, publications declined in 2022, possibly due to changing research priorities or the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The implication of this study is the importance of international collaboration and improved technological infrastructure. The limitation of this study is the limited data that is only taken from Scopus, and it does not include analysis of interviews or direct observations that can enrich the understanding of ICT government implementation.

This study aims to determine the policies used by the Bojonegoro Government in managing oil and gas in economic resilience and the impact on the development of oil and gas mining in the socio-economic community in Mojodelik Village, Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency. By using qualitative descriptive methods and using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the realization of economic resilience during the period of Regent Suyoto was achieved through the issuance of Regional Regulation Number 23 of 2011. Furthermore, the negative impacts caused by oil and gas management policies are greater than the positive impacts because the entire community feels more negative impacts such as socio-economic and environmental stability are disrupted, such as reduced community income, the location of agricultural land with houses is getting further away, reduced water absorption, reduced interaction between farmers and farm laborers, and the emergence of envy between farmers affected by land acquisition. And the positive impacts are able to help facilitate travel including speeding up travel distances and shortening travel time between regions considering that roads without obstacles speed up travel time.

This research aims to analyze the political marketing strategies of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) and the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) in the 2024 Election. A qualitative approach was used using the literature study method, collecting data from journals, news and relevant literature. This research explores the positioning and differentiation of the two parties based on political marketing theory. PSI, as a new party, is trying to emphasize its branding as a party of young people through a campaign based on progressive and innovative ideology, while PDIP maintains its position as the dominant party that carries the spirit of struggle of the small people with a more mature approach. The research results show that PSI focuses on young voter segmentation strategies, while PDIP takes advantage of its long period to continue to dominate the national political stage. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of political marketing strategies in Indonesia, especially in the 2024 elections.

The withdrawal of United States troops in 2020 marked the end of the 20-year War on Terror, triggering a quick takeover of Kabul by the Taliban. This article analyzes the potential and challenges in the process of “state-building” in Afghanistan under Taliban rule, which includes the establishment of political, social, economic systems, as well as national identity. Economic dependence on foreigners and the Taliban's status as a terrorist group were the main obstacles, while people's desire to improve their living standards and support for the Islamic political system, Imarah Islam Afghanistan (IIA), were the main drivers. A qualitative approach through literature review and in-depth interviews was used for this research. Findings show that the Taliban's classification as terrorists limits global support, although the IIA offers an institutional alternative. Domestic and global obstacles are expected to test the sustainability of the Taliban regime in building a stable state.
