Abstract

At this time, human morality begins to experience degradation from many dimensions, moral degradation occurs not without cause, but because many things in the soul do not grow perfectly in their formation. There are stages that are passed unknowingly, especially with the times and increasingly advanced technology, making humans neglect to fulfill the good nature/potential that should grow with the times. If this continues, there will be many people who grow not according to their nature, problems related to this need to be studied more deeply. One of the figures closely related to this is Ibnu Miskawaih. According to Ibnu Miskawaih, the soul in humans must be well-filled which will give birth to nature or self-potential so that it encourages humans to do good deeds without thinking first. So this study aims to examine more deeply related to human nature which can be grown by moral education with the study material conducted by Ibnu Miskawaih as well as analyzing Ibn Miskawaih's thoughts regarding moral education. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study or literature study by collecting the necessary data sources. Moral education according to the concept of Ibn Miskawaih can be used as a building element of nature or basic potential possessed by humans so that humans have moral perfection and human perfection. Human perfection (insan kamil) is a human being who can balance the inner and outer aspects so as to give birth to humans who can create peace and prosperity in the perfection of life.

Abstract

The development of religious character in schools is part of an important program that needs to be implemented in guiding and directing students to have good attitudes and behaviors. The purpose of this research is to investigate the Implementation of the Religious Activity Program in Growing the Religious Character of SMPN 1 Jenangan Students.. The descriptive qualitative method was used in this study. The results showed that in growing the religious character of students at SMP Negeri 1 Jenangan, it was implemented through the implementation of a religious activity program involving all components of the school such as the principal, teachers and employees. The religious activity programs carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Jenangan are dhuha prayers, dhuhur prayers, kultum dzuhur, tahiyyatul masjid prayers, murattal juz 'amma before PAI learning, and tahfidz Qur'an. The implementation of religious programs is carried out routinely to familiarize students with carrying out religious activities. The implementation of this religious activity program had a good impact on the formation of students' religious character, based on the results of the questionnaire distribution, it was found that 63% of students stated that religious activity programs had a significant impact on their religious attitudes and behavior.

Abstract

The main objective in this study is to know well how much is the achievement of maqashid sharia in effort to measure the performance sharia banking that is expected in accordance with sharia teachings and benefits to public or the public by paying attention to norms achievement indicators. contained in maqashid sharia, it is expected to be able color the world of work both in the financial and non-financial fields, especially in the field of sharia finance, namely sharia banking. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type with a normative-judicial approach, supported by library research method basis for transformative critical point of view based on the suitability of Islam the goals of the maqashid sharia index (MSI) Mohammed, Dzuljastri & Taib (2008:53) The author collects and searches for data as references consisting of the web, articles, journals, books, mass media related to the discussion of the maqashid sharia index, then the author examines these reading sources comparison of data and facts in Islamic banks. The results of this study use the maqashid sharia index (MSI) method because it is a unity in the discussion of sharia economics and proves that good sharia banking performance is not only seen from the performance of sharia banking with conventional methods sin general but more to maqashid sharia index. (MSI) as an objective measure of performance in an Islamic banking. The implementation of the maqashid sharia index method performance of sharia banking is in accordance with the indicators contained in the maqashid sharia theory according the concept of Abu Zahrah Tahzibul Fardi (Personal Education), Iqamah al Adl (attainment of justice), Jalb al-maslahah (public interest)

Abstract

Financial performance analysis is used to look at how good financial performance is by observing the correct financial performance provisions. The study deals with buying and selling financing (X_1) and profit sharing financing (X_2) on the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks (BUS). The study uses Return on Equity (Y) as a measure of financial performance. This research approach is quantitative with the aim of examining the impact of buying and selling financing as well as the results on BUS performance. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. Samples that met the standards were 12 BUS samples within 5 years from 2016 to 2020. The research used the E-Views application. The information analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are (1) Buying and selling financing affects the profitability of Return On Equity (ROE). (2) Profit sharing financing affects ROE profitability. (3) Buying and selling financing and profit sharing financing jointly affect ROE profitability. Buying and selling financing and profit sharing financing affect ROE profitability, meaning that if buying and selling financing and profit sharing channeled by BUS continue to increase, ROE profitability also increases. Therefore, Islamic commercial banks should continue to increase the distribution of buying and selling financing and profit sharing financing to the public.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia has on attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control and behavioral intentions on the interest in saving in the people of Solo Raya. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is 123 respondents from the Solo Raya community and a sample of 30 respondents. While the data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the behavioral attitude variable had a partial effect on intention by 0.275, the subjective norm variable had an effect on intention by 0.485, the behavioral control variable had an effect on intention by 0.228. Behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, and behavioral intentions partially influence interest. The results show that the intention factor has the biggest factor encouraging people's interest in saving at Islamic banks, intention factors such as economic benefits in this case for the results obtained by the community from saving at Indonesian Islamic banks.

Abstract

Financial transactions are growing rapidly, while still in its infancy. The purpose of this research is to find out how Surakarta residents are influenced by assurance, reliability, and empathy for Paylater users. authors can conduct further investigations and better understand how the use of Shopee Paylater in consumer purchasing decisions Electronic money is more and more often used together with card payments as we move towards a digital economy. Because technology has developed so quickly and easily, e-commerce businesses can now take advantage of opportunities to grow their customer base. Researchers concentrate on research topics involving customers who make online purchases in the Surakarta City area using Shopee PayLater. To select the sample size for this study, a purposive sampling technique was used, and individuals who were considered to have data sources that matched the research criteria were given questionnaires. The research design adopts a quantitative methodology using numerical data collection and analytical techniques. We use primary data to investigate how Surakarta residents are influenced by assurance, reliability, empathy, and paylater user behavior. To collect data, questionnaires were distributed to a total of 120 respondents. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing reveal that, at least in part, while using the Shopee Paylater payment option, the characteristics of assurance, reliability, and empathy have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Test F). The impact of certainty, reliability and empathy on user choices when using the Shopee Paylater payment option.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the interest of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students in making sharia investments at BMT Mazaya. The study used a quantitative approach with a population of UIN RMS Surakarta students. The sampling method in this study used random sampling of 100 respondents. The research instrument with a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and assisted with SPSS software. The research data was tested with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test. The results of the study lead to conclusions that affect student interest are products that have a significant effect on interest, while promotions, places and prices have less significant effect on student interest in investing in BMT Mazaya.

Abstract

Investment is an investment activity by an individual to companies that aim to get the maximum possible return for the investor. In this study, the researchers attempted to describe and estimate the effect of policy uncertainty, infrastructure, and population density on foreign investment in Central Java province. In this study using quantitative methods, the data used used multiple linear regression models using the ECM (Error Correctiom model) approach assisted by the E-views application obtained from the official website of the Central Java Statistics Agency. Then, the data is processed by testing the partial T, Multiple Determination Coefficients, and Simultaneous Tests in the short and long term. The results of the data management explain that 0.0182 where <0.05, so that it accepts H2 and in X2 it is 0.8320 > 0.05, so it rejects H3 which means that in the long term infrastructure and population density do not significantly affect investment foreigners in the province of Central Java. However, in the long term, infrastructure has a significant effect on foreign investment in Central Java province, while population density has no significant effect on foreign investment in Central Java province.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has caused changes in the order of various sectors of life, including in the world of radio broadcasting. This, if not addressed properly, can be fatal with the abandonment of the media by his fans and moving on to others. Radio Insani Purbalingga, which in its broadcast focuses on Islamic dawah, must adapt by implementing management and strategies in dealing with these conditions. This research uses a qualitative approach using the concept of POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). In the management and strategy, Radio Insani Purbalingga prepares the program of the event, selects and sorts the speakers, and places the event at the right time so that it is more attractive to the audience. In addition, Insani FM radio also uses online channels as support and expands its reach to the audience. The conclusion of this study is that Radio Insani Purbalingga is able to carry out its management and strategy well so that it can maintain its existence as a da'wah radio in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to implement socialization and education on the cultivation of integrity values from an early age through the Al Barokah Qur'an Education Park (TPQ). The subjects in this study were TPQ Al Barokah students. The method used in writing this article is a literature search related to efforts to integrate integrity values in TPQ Al Barokah learning. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis research methods, with the hope that the data obtained can be comprehensive and in-depth. Some of the steps taken include collecting literature, reading and recording then comparing literature to be processed and producing conclusions.The data used is secondary data derived from textbooks, journals, scientific articles, literature reviews containing the concepts studied. The results of the research obtained are Efforts to instill integrity values from an early age at TPQ Al Barokah are very useful for adding knowledge, insight into changing patterns of piker and forming good character in students to apply integrity values.
