Abstract

Artificial Intellegence is an application used to assist in solving specific problems. The application of Artificial Intellegence is used to determine and to diagnose diseases caused by mosquitoes. This application is implemented by using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Data obtained through the international observation and analyzed using chainning forward method to trace the diseases caused by mosquitoes. Abstract

STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita Malang memiliki peran untuk melaksanakan fungsi memberikan pendidikan bagi seluruh warga negara Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh perceived usefullnes , Perceived Ease of Use , Perceived Website Quality dan Attitude Towards Using terhadap behavioral intention Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefullnes , Perceived website qualitydan Attitude towards using berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Namun demikian Perceived Ease of Use tidak berpengaruh sigh terhadap behavioral intention. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disampaikan beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Penelitian ini lingkupnya masih terbatas pada satu obyek saja, STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita Malang. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih mendalam dan meningkatkan generalisasi kepada organisasi yang lain maka penelitian ini perlu diperluas dengan memasukkan obyek yang lain seperti Sekolah Tinggi Komputer di Seluruh Indonesia, atau lembaga lain yang mempunyai nafas serupa, yaitu perusahaan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar bagi pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Prosedur atau proses yang dilakukan oleh manajemen pihak sekolahan baik tingkat SMP maupun tingkat SMA untuk mendapatkan siswa-siswinya sebagai calon peserta kompetisi olimpiade adalah masih dengan cara menyeleksi nilai-nilai akademik yang tertinggi. Salah satu bidang mata pelajaran yang di lombakan pada OSN (Olimpiade Sains Nasional) adalah bidang matematika. Padahal pada lomba olimpiade bidang matematika tidak hanya soal matematika saja yg harus dapat dikuasai oleh para peserta lomba, melainka juga kemampuan intellegensi, Algoritma AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) akan diterapkan sebagai alat bantu teknik pengambilan keputusan pada kasus ini, karena akan di definisikan tiga attribute sebagai pembobotan calon peserta dapat lolos sebagai perwakilan dari masing-masing sekolah. Abstract

Sexually Transmitted Infections mean illnesses that have a significant probability of transmission between humans by means of human sexual behavior, This illnesses have been growing rapidly in recent years which may have reached hundreds of them. Then, Artificial Intelligence is one of the solutions to diagnose the illnesses based on any symptoms felt. In this study the concept of forward chaining and certainty factor (CF) are used properly while a web-based system platform is preferred to diagnose Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI). This system is able to provide a diagnosis result of STI based on the symptoms felt by the patient, without having asked toward the Doctor. Furthermore, the results of this study are able to show that CF can be used as a way to cope with uncertainty in the case of STI diagnosis. Interface design can not be deceptive, because it is seen as the first one in any aplication. Attractive website interface design will provide a tremendous effect toward the users. Beside website facilities and systems, interface design also be considered by website users. This study will scope how to design interface website by chosing layout, colour and simple or modern typography style. Abstract

Mahalnya biaya konsultasi dan pemeriksaan penyakit gigi dan mulut menyebabkan masyarakat enggan untuk memeriksakan diri ke dokter. Untuk meminimalisir biaya dan memudahkan konsultasi dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat memprediksi penyakit gigi dan mulut yang sedang dideritanya tanpa harus pergi ke dokter gigi dan mulut terlebih dahulu. Sistem pakar adalah sistem yang berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer, agar komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang biasa dilakukan oleh para ahli [13]. Pakar yang dimaksud disini adalah orang yang mempunyai keahlian khusus yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang tidak dapat diselesaikan orang awam.Sebagai contoh, dokter adalah seorang pakar yang mampu mendiagnosis penyakit yang diderita pasien serta dapat memberikan penatalaksanaan suatu penyakit. Sistem pakar untuk memprediksi penyakit gigi dan mulut adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu masyarakat awam dalam mendiagnosa atau memprediksi penyakit gigi dan mulut. Sehingga masyarakat dapat meminimalisir biaya dan memudahkan konsultasi.Pada penelitian ini akan melakukan perancangan sistem pakar menggunakan Knowledge BasedSystem(KBS) dan Certainty Factor(CF). Proses pembentukanKBS dengan menggabungkan beberapa kejadian pada target keputusan kemudian diproses sehingga memunculkan dependency diagramselanjutnya diproses lagi untuk menghasilkan tabel keputusan yang belum di reduksi,setelah proses reduksi dilakukan maka akan menghasilkan tabel yang sudah di reduksi.Dari tabel keputusan yang sudah di reduksi menghasilkan if thenrule. Dengan ditambahkan Certainty Factor diharapkan mampu menghasilkan diagnosa penyakit yang mendekati keakuratan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem pakar untuk memprediksi awal penyakit gigi dan mulut dengan menggunakan Knowledge Based Systemdan Certainty Factor,memiliki prosentase keberhasilan 90% serta kegagalan yang dialami 10%. Besar prosentase keberhasilan sangat bergantung oleh keakurasian data gejala penyakit yang digunakan.

Abstract

There are some ways how to identify humans’ personality, such as by image recognition, fingerprint, signature, handwriting patterns and so on. In analyzing human’s personality for example as in employee recruitment, an experts who understand this field extremely required. Then, the problem will appear when the expert is not in place, thus the development of technology hopefully can solve this problem specificaly in how to identify human’s personality by reading of handwriting patterns. Therefore, technology of image processing, artificial neuron network, and hamming code hopefully can provide accurancy approach in order to find out any similiarity between test pattern and database pattern. Abstract

In particular streaming video application requires a data security requires all users can not know the contents of the data. Some examples of video streaming applications that require confidentiality of data between other video applications on demand, pay per view programs, and video conferencing applications. In the process of encryption of data, especially multimedia data, there are two things to note. First, the size of multimedia data is usually very large, and second, multimedia data must be processed in real-time. In the design and implementation of streaming video encryption method is developed using the ElGamal algorithm. It is intended for application development on the basis of the block cipher algorithm in a stream-based applications. Generally, stream-based encryption has its own algorithm based stream ciphers and block ciphers such as Video Encryption Algorithm (VEA), CR4, DES or AES, and others. In the design and implementation through several stages, frame capture, frame encryption and streaming process on the server side, while on the client side do the data retrieval process stream, decrypt the data, and display it as a video output. The results show the accuracy of the video data (frame) to 100%. Time delay in the video frame encryption standard (MPEG) of 0.775 seconds and 1.027 seconds for decryption. Time delay on the webcam frame encryption standard (640x480) by 1.797 seconds and 2.860 seconds for decryption. Entropy values ​​for the standard video frame of 7.680 and 7.595 of a standard webcam. Average bandwidth required for video streaming applications for 55.1 kbps. Keywords: Video Streaming, ElGamal, Encryption, Decryption

Abstract

Dependency of information technology man would be increasing along with run of time. Of course with anything information technology becomes quicker, practical, and relative hardly easy, distance which so far bermil-mil will felt so near. Together with that also hence new problem also will emerge that is about network security. One of factor becoming threat in network security is existence of infiltrator or attacker. Attacker will infiltrate into network suddenly without the knowledge from admin network. All kinds of intention of possible attacker just fad, looks around data or takes it is even will become very dangerous if unwillingly destroying data and system. Beginning of from problem to hence at this handing out will study about how making system network security by using snort IDS ( Intrution Detection System)and IPtables firewall bases on publish/subscribe. Snort and IPtables each would be each other cooperate to detect existence of infiltrator and tries to prevent it admission in network. Because there is many host in network hence applied by mechanism of publish/subscribe with a purpose to at the time of one of host detects existence of attack hence would soon is sent to topic server to be propagated for all host in network, so that every host can prevent infiltrator to do exploitation Keywords: snort IDS, iptables firewall, publish/subscribe, elvin router

Abstract

Along with the development of today's technology has a lot of parking spaces that use a computerized system. Particularly in Aminah hospital parking system that is used is still quite manual. Manager with the park interpreter using the number of parking tickets being used. Thus, the manager does not have valid data in the distribution percentages are used because the data using only data on the number parking ticket. Therefore, the design created a motor vehicle car counter. So with this tool can monitor the number of motor vehicles, especially four-wheel vehicle in the parking lot entrance of the incoming data will be used as a comparison between the number of parking tickets that are used by the number of vehicles entering. Thus, managers can calculate the percentage for the interpreter to the hospital parking lot. This device consists of an infrared sensor that consists of a transmitter and receiver so that if the car is blocked by vehicles associated with the application via a computer program to calculate the number of vehicles entering the parking area.
