Abstract

Community service through the Da'wah Camp and Student Service (KDBM) program is one form of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The purpose of this service is to carry out the service activity items in the da'wah camp program and student service at STAI Sangatta Kutai Timur. The method used in this service is participatory action research (PAR). The results of the dedication show that the da'wah camp program and student service at the Daarus Sholah Islamic Boarding School are carried out with several activity items, namely: congregational prayer assistance and brief advice giving students an understanding of the importance of regularly praying, tidying up and tidying up rows, and knowing the virtues of congregational prayer, Teaching the Koran to students provides understanding to students on how to read the Qur'an properly and correctly and in accordance with the rules of tajwid and makhorijul letters, as well as community service at the service location, resulting in togetherness in protecting the environment and social life. The Daarus Sholah Islamic Boarding School environment has become cleaner, neater, more beautiful, and, of course, healthier. The hope is that with community service through the missionary camp and student service programs, higher education institutions can make a real contribution to the wider community.

Abstract

This community service is carried out in the library of SMP Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara in the form of assistance in managing library book collections. The aim is to assist in inventorying, classifying, inputting data, labeling, and compiling the library book collection of SMP Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara. The method used in this service is a participatory Action Research research method. Participatory Action Research is a service research activity where the author is directly involved in a participatory manner as a mentor at the service location. The results are: First, the library at SMP Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara is still lacking in book collections where most of the existing book collections are textbooks according to class. Second, the arrangement of the books is still irregular so that in the shelving process we rearrange the previous books based on their classification. Third, the data input is still in the form of a ledger where if you look at the modern situation, almost all activities have been done digitally. It is hoped that further PkM activities can contribute more in fulfilling book collections and library management.

Abstract

This service aims to strengthen understanding of the importance of social interaction through the Da'wah and Student Service Camp in order to become an entry point in forging spirituality, morality and social responsibility as agents of change and agents of social control in the future. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical method. The technique used in this activity is service learning by carrying out community service through teaching in order to increase the social interaction experience of new students within the Sangatta East Kutai Islamic College with the direction of the supervisor. The results of this research show that social interaction education for new STAI Sangatta students is formulated through the Student Da'wah and Community Service program which includes various activities directly and indirectly with the community.

Abstract

The aim of the community service activities is to train teachers to create questions based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in madrasas by explaining the concepts, characteristics, and procedures for creating questions based on HOTS and AKM in madrasas in a comprehensive manner. general. The method of implementing this service uses the training method. The service was carried out at MA Thalabul Irsyad Kuala Kapuas. The participants are MA teachers. Thalabul Irsyad Kuala Kapuas, numbering 20 people. The results of the service show that this service provides upgraded knowledge and information to teachers regarding creating HOTS and AKM-based questions. With this training, teachers know and understand the concept and method of creating Hots and AKM-based questions in general and matters related to Hots and AKM-based evaluations. It is hoped that they will be able to implement them in the assessment process and be able to develop students' interests and talents. In this way, learning will be more optimal.

Abstract

Problems of limited resources, limited funds, limited facilities, and people being less active in community activities are still often encountered. This service aims to increase awareness and experience for the community to participate in community activities. The method used is the participatory action research method. The result is that this service is carried out through several activity programs, namely: Teaching program at TPA, where with this activity program students can read the Al-Qur'an, memorize daily prayers such as short hadiths, as well as several short surahs. Students can also perform prayer movements, recite prayers, dhikr, and pray. Through the commemoration of Isra' Mi'raj, the community becomes united. The Clean Friday program has resulted in the habit of caring for the environment and providing trash cans. This healthy Saturday program results in gymnastics activities every Saturday morning and the establishment of friendship between residents by exercising together. Next, the weekly recitation program resulted in masjelis taklim recitation activities, which were carried out with the women, and the establishment of friendship between residents of Dusun Airport. Lastly, there is the mosque rehabilitation program, which resulted in the provision of cleaning equipment for the mosque, the availability of several hundred pieces of paper for road repairs in the mosque yard, and the provision of cupboard tables.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to develop the entrepreneurial abilities of students at the Aspiration Institute of Technology and Health. Entrepreneurship service activities are carried out with three series of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation activities. After carrying out this service activity, there was an increase in students' understanding of entrepreneurship. The measurement results show that 31% of students really understand, 63% understand and 6% don't understand. These results indicate that student entrepreneurship service activities provide benefits in increasing student understanding
