Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance. In addition, this study aims to test the moderation effect of compensation variables in strengthening the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The study was conducted using a sample of 67 employees of the production department at PT. SS Danisa Nusantara. The data analysis method in this study used the SEM-PLS model. The results of the study proved that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of moderation effect testing showed that interaction had no significant effect on employee performance. Therefore compensation can be expressed as a moderator homologizer variable, which has the potential to become a moderating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of internal control of the outsourced employee payroll accounting information system and what are the constraints of the internal control of the outsourced employee payroll accounting information system. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and data inference. The result of this research is that the implementation of internal control of the accounting information system is in accordance with the provisions of the company. Starting from a clear segregation of duties, internal control environment, required supporting documents, accounting procedures, to payment terms. The obstacle experienced by the company was that there had been a discrepancy between the salaries received by outsourced employees and evidence of attendance records in the system caused by errors in the attendance application system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability variables (Earning Per Share, Return on Assets, and Price Earning Ratio) on the company's stock price. The samples used in this study were 9 companies in the Primary Goods Retail Trade Sub-Sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2021 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The independent variables in this study are Earning Per Share, Return on Assets, and Price Earning Ratio. The dependent variable in this study is the stock price. Variable data processing analysis in this study is using multiple regression analysis of panel data. The results showed that the selected panel data model was the Random Effect Model. The results show that the Price Earning Ratio has a positive effect on stock prices. While Earning Per Share and Return on Assets have no effect on retail company stock prices. The findings in this study are that the Price Earning Ratio is a profitability ratio as an option in determining the consideration of choosing stocks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Communication and Work Environment on Employee Performance PT. Ria Panas Sipoholon with 48 permanent employees as respondents. The methods used are classical assumption analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The results of the multiple correlation analysis that the relationship between communication and work environment with a value of 0.770 or 77.0%, which means it has a strong and positive correlation relationship to employee performance. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.593, which means that communication and work environment have an effect of 59.3% on employee performance, while the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other factors. The results of the research using the t hypothesis test indicate that communication (X1) has a tcount value of 7.555 with a significant level of 0.000 which means that it partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the work environment (X2) has a tcount of 5.810 with a significant level of 0.000 which means that it partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover and net profit margin on return on assets in Cosmetics and Household Goods Sub-sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2021. The population in this study are all Cosmetics and Household Goods Sub- sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2021. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method with certain criteria. Based on the criteria that have been processed in order to obtain 6 companies as samples in this study. This research uses panel data regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio has a negative and significant effect on ROA. debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on ROA and total asset turnover and net profit margin have a positive and significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

The bank's financial performance is a description of the financial condition of a certain period regarding aspects of fund raising and distribution of funds. With the Covid-19 Pandemic situation, banking financial performance is expected to continue to increase growth and maintain economic stability. Financial performance in this study was measured by ROA (Return on Assets), CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPF (Non Performing Financing), FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio). The purpose of the study was to determine differences in the financial performance of DKI Bank Syariah Business Units before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques in the form of library research and documentation, through the official website of the Bank DKI Sharia Business Unit, namely https://bankdki.co.id Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, normality test and paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed test. rank test which was analyzed using SPSS Software version 25. The results of this study which were analyzed using the paired sample t-test showed that there was no difference in the financial performance of Bank DKI Sharia Business Unit before and during the COVID-19 pandemic condition as measured using ROA ( Return on Assets) obtained a significance value of > 0.05 which is 0.312, NPF (Non Performing Financing) obtained a significance value of > 0.05 which is 0.109, FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio) obtained a significance value of > 0.05 which is 0.603, for the CAR ratio (Capital Adequacy Ratio) which was analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test also showed that there was no difference in financial performance before and at saaa t the condition of the covid-19 pandemic because it obtained a significance value > 0.05, which is 0.575
