Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze marketing innovation about the influence of brand image and e-service quality to customer satisfaction of Bukalapak. The type of this research is quantitative research. Sources of research data as primary data which collected from customer Bukalapak. Data was collected by accidental sampling method, the number of sample was 100 people. The result of this research showed coefficient of determination score was 0.739, means that customer satisfaction of Bukalapak was influenced by brand image and e-service quality as 73,9%. The side result of this research is: (1). Brand image influenced significantly to customer satisfaction of Bukalapak. (2). E-service quality influenced significantly to customer satisfaction of Bukalapak. (3). Both of brand image and e-service quality influenced significantly to customer satisfaction of Bukalapak. The indicator of brand image which had the best imfluence to customer satisfaction is uniqueness. The indicator of e-service quality which had the best imfluence to customer satisfaction is compensation. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis inovasi pemasaran dari pengaruh brand image dan e-service quality terhadap customer satisfaction Bukalapak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan mengambil sampel pelanggan Bukalapak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan accidental sampling dengan menyebarkan kepada 100 responden pelanggan Bukalapak. Validitas dan reliabilitas dari setiap variabel di analiasis menggunakan metode analisis Regresi Berganda. Kehandalan estimasi model untuk menjelaskan variabel customer satisfaction Bukalapak adalah R2 = 0.739 artinya brand image dan e-service quality berkontribusi dalam mengestimasi customer satisfaction sebesar 73,9%.. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) brand image berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction Bukalapak (2) e-service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction Bukalapak (3) brand image dan e-service quality berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction Bukalapak. Novelti dari hasil penlitian ini bahwa custumer satisfaction di pengaruhi oleh indicator brand image yang paling pengaruh adalah dari keunikan barang yang di tawarkan yang memiliki keunggulan yang berkelanjutan dan indicator dari e-service quality terletak pada konpensasi dalam hal cepatnya penanganan apabilaterjadi masalah.

Abstract

The research aimed at determining the effect of training, work motivation, financial compensation on the performance of employees in Makasar Subdistrict, East Jakarta Timur, mediated by organizational commitment. The path analysis with descriptively and explanatorily-quantitative method was used for planning this research. The samples were 81 respondents by using the sampling method. According to the significance levels, the results of the research indicated that: (1) Work motivation, financial compensation, and training had a significant effect on organizational commitment; (2) Work motivation, financial compensation, training had a significant effect on employee performance, either directly or mediated by organizational commitment; and (3) Organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Capital structure is a study that has developed a lot since 1958; the development of this study is to examine the influence of micro and macroeconomics on the company's capital structure. Previous studies in Indonesia confirmed that macroeconomics does not affect capital structure. The situation is different empirically. When the covid-19 pandemic occurs, drug companies experience a significant increase. On this basis, researchers seek to examine the effect of macroeconomics on pharmaceutical companies. This research uses a qualitative approach with a sample of PT. Kimia Farma during the period 2016-2020 using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that inflation and interest rates did not affect capital structure. This confirms that macroeconomics does not influence the company's capital structure under normal or abnormal situations.

Abstract

This research aimed at understanding the effect of service quality, clinic image, and price/tariff on patient trust and loyalty. The multivariate analysis with descriptively and explanatorily-quantitative method was used for this research. The samples of the research were 120 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument and was subsequently analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this research concluded that the service quality and price/tariff had a significant effect on trust and clinic image had no significant effect on patient trust. The quality of service, clinic image, and price/tariff had a significant effect on patient loyalty, while trust had no significant effect on patient loyalty. Trust can mediate the effect of clinical image on patient loyalty. However, trust cannot mediate the effect of service quality and price/tariff on patient loyalty. The strength value of the dependent variable shown by the calculation of multiple correlation values (R2), both trust and patient loyalty are significant.

Abstract

Capital structure is an important aspect of the development of a company; insufficient capital makes it difficult for the company to develop business activities. Capital structure is also closely related to various aspects, such as investors. This condition makes the capital structure position an important part of the company's ability to carry out company activities. The capital structure that becomes the focus of managers and investors in various previous studies is caused by various factors, such as profitability, corporate tax, and corporate liquidity. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial performance on capital structure. This research uses a quantitative approach that focuses on INAF companies during 2010–2020. The data analysis method used in this research is an analysis by comparing emerging market countries with developed market countries. The result shows that the lower the profitability, the higher the capital structure, which indicates that the company increases the capital structure when the profitability decreases. Corporate tax in this study indicates that with a higher corporate tax, the capital structure also increases. This indicates that a high tax encourages the company to increase its capital structure. Liquidity in the research shows no influence, so liquid and not-liquid companies are not factors that cause changes in capital structure.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of profitability, growth opportunities, liquidity, cash flow volatility, earning volatility and the magnitude of the acceleration of the capital structure of health sector companies in Indonesia in 2010-2022. The data analysis used is a dynamic capital structure model with a Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) approach which involves lag variables, determining factors of optimal capital structure and acceleration of capital structure in one equation. PAM model parameter estimation uses GMM with the aim of overcoming the problem of endogeneity. The GMM model test results show consistent, valid and unbiased. So the health sector company data is in accordance with the dynamic capital structure model, which is indicated by the coefficient value of the lag variable of 0.5821 which is smaller than 1 which is significant at an alpha of 0.05. The company's response to returning to an optimal capital structure is shown by an acceleration value (SOA) of 41.79%, with a time period of 1.3 years. Performance factors that have a negative influence on optimal capital structure are growth opportunities, liquidity and earnings volatility. Cash flow volatility has a positive influence. Meanwhile, profitability has no influence on optimal capital structure.

Abstract

Desa Cikarageman memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan UMKM. Namun, banyak pelaku UMKM di desa ini masih terkendala dalam hal permodalan, manajemen, dan pemasaran. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak UMKM di Desa Cikarageman yang tidak berkembang dan bahkan gulung tikar. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian pelaku UMKM di Desa Cikarageman melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan fasilitasi akses permodalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah: 1. Pelatihan tentang manajemen usaha, keuangan, dan pemasaran, 2. Pendampingan dalam penyusunan rencana usaha dan pengembangan produk, Fasilitasi akses permodalan melalui perbankan dan lembaga keuangan mikro. PKM ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian pelaku UMKM di Desa Cikarageman. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM, kualitas produk UMKM, dan akses permodalan bagi pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dijalankan oleh kelompok ibu-ibu PKK, Karang Taruna, serta pelaku UMKM di Desa Sukasetia, Cihaurbeuti, Ciamis, Jawa Barat. Program ini meliputi pemberian pengetahuan tentang manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan pengelolaan keuangan sederhana. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan para peserta dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengelola usaha mereka sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan serta kualitas hidup masyarakat di desa tersebut. Pendampingan dilakukan secara berkala untuk memastikan implementasi pengetahuan yang telah diberikan. Program ini juga mendukung keberlanjutan usaha kecil sebagai bagian penting dalam penguatan ekonomi desa.

Abstract

This community service aims to train and implement financial education from an early age through the management of Holiday Allowances (THR) for children in Sukasetia Village. The method used is collaboration with participators involving a series of interactive activities such as educational games, financial simulations and discussions. The results of community service activities show that direct and practical financial education has succeeded in improving children's financial understanding and behavior. Children are enthusiastic and happy in wanting to save, and can make wise financial management decisions. From the results of the briefing and simulation provided by the community service team, it is suggested that a contextual educational approach, involving the active participation of parents, is effective in developing children's financial literacy. The conclusion of this community service emphasizes the importance of financial education from an early age to prepare children to face economic challenges in the future. It is recommended that this financial education program be implemented more widely, especially in rural communities, to increase financial literacy nationally.
