Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Leverage, and Interest Rates on Stock Beta in stocks listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2013-2019 period. The object of this research is the stocks that are consecutively included in the top 30 during the 2013-2019 period and always publish annual financial reports, namely 10 companies that are sampled. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the dividend payout ratio (DPR), Leverage, and Interest Rate variables have a significant effect on Stock Beta. Partially Payout Ratio (DPR), Leverage, and Interest Rate have a significant effect on Stock Beta. The coefficient of determination (R Square), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Leverage, and Interest Rate on Stock Beta is 41%. This shows that the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Leverage, and Interest Rate can explain 41% of Stock Beta, while the remaining 59% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador and Korean Wave on Online Shopping Interests. The study was conducted on regular students of the As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University and 96 respondents were obtained. Hypothesis testing uses validity and reliability tests. Normality test, multicolliniarity test and heterokedasticity test. The analysis conducted was regression and correlation analysis, coefficient of determination and t test. Based on the results of testing and discussion, partially Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on Online Shopping Interests with a significance level of 0.006 <0.05 and tcount 2.089> 1.985. Partially Korean Wave has a positive and significant effect on Online Shopping Interests with a significance level of 0.015 <0.05 and tcount 2.384> 1.985. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.274 means that the percentage contribution of the influence of Brand Ambassador and Korean Wave to Online Shopping Interests is 27.4% and the remaining 72.6% comes from other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Bond Issuance Value on Capital Lease Income at PT. Pegadaian (Persero). The sample used in this research is the financial statements of PT. Pegadaian that issued bonds in 2007, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. The independent variable of this study is the value of the bond issuance. The dependent variable is capital rental income. The analysis used is an autoregressive dynamic model with the Koyck approach. The results show that the value of bond issuance and capital lease income from the previous year has a significant effect on capital rental income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on work productivity of employees in the production division of PT. Trimuri Cipta Karya. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, with a population of 50 employees of the production department as the saturated sample used. Testing of the questionnaire instrument was carried out by testing the validity and reliability testing and then redistributing it to be processed and analyzed. The results of the research here with hypothesis testing (t test) produce t count = 3,476 > (larger) t table = 2,011 and a significant level of 0.001 < (smaller) 0.05 which means that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted then leadership (X1) has an influence and significant to the work productivity (Y) of employees in the production department at PT. Trimuri Cipta Karya. While the hypothesis test (t test)) between work motivation (X2) on work productivity (Y) resulted in a t count of 2.094 > (larger) t table = 2.011 with a significant level of 0.042 < (smaller) 0.05 which means that Ho rejected Ha is accepted then work motivation (X2) has a significant and the effect on work productivity (Y) of employees in the production division at PT. Trimuri Cipta Karya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Compensation and Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction (Case Study at the Kota Kasablanka Branch Paperclip). Collecting data in this study using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample in this study were 48 employees of the Kota Kasablanka Paperclip Branch. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, partially the compensation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with the results of tcount 4.303> t table 1.679 with t sig 0.000 <of 0.05. Motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results of tcount 6,076> ttable 1,679 with t sig 0,000> than 0.05. The coefficient of determination means the effect of the contribution between compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y). Testing the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained on the compensation variable on employee job satisfaction is 0.287 or 28.7% while the remaining 71.3% is influenced by other. The coefficient of determination (R2) on the motivation variable on employee job satisfaction is 0.445 or 44.5% while the remaining 55.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This researchs purpose to know some factors that influence brand switching Tri operator user to another operator and get result from the pre-survey include the ef ect of product atribute, variety seeking, promotion and price on brand switching. Thisresearch obtained via by questionnaire to 96 respondents which become Tri operator user to students at the As- syafi'iyah Islamic University with population 3.850. Analyst data method that used is regression analysis, correlation, coef icient of determination and hypothesis test. Based on analyst data result, partially product attributes give positive and significant ef ect on brand switching. Variety seeking give positive and significant ef ect on brand switching. Promotion give ositive and significant ef ect on brand switching. Price give positive and significant ef ect on brand switching.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, product design and price on furniture purchase decisions on Collection Furniture in Pondok Bambu. The sampling technique used is Purposive Samples. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to consumers of furniture buyers Collection Furniture in Pondok Bambu and analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results show that 1). Product quality is the highest variable in influencing purchasing decisions Furniture on Collection Furnture in Pondok Bambu with products with durable texture. 2). Design becomes the second variable that influences purchasing decisions Furniture On Collection Furniture in Pondok Bambu, shows that elegant models in product design can influence consumers to buy back. 3). Price is the lowest variable affecting purchasing decisions of Furniture on Collection Furniture di Pondok Bambu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Bekasi Barat. Sampel diambil sebanyak 40 pegawai dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan secara bersama-sama ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Bekasi Barat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin memadai lingkungan kerja dan semakin tinggi disiplin kerja yang dimiliki maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja yang diberikan.

Abstract

The study aimed to test the effect of leverage, company size, inventory intensity and liquidity on tax avoidance.In addition, this study also aims to test the influence of independent commissioners who act as moderation. This study was conducted by moderate regression analysis method with sample selection method that is purposive sampling with a sample of 21 manufacturing sector companies during the period 2015-2019.The results showed that leverage positively affects tax avoidance and liquidity negatively affects tax avoidance,while the size of companies and inventory intensity have no influence on tax avoidance.In addition, independent commissioners as moderation strengthen the influence of leverage on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study attempts to examine the association between transfer pricing, foreign ownership, institutional ownership, corporate social responsibility, and tax aggressiveness of multinational manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2016 to 2019. Beside that this study attempts to analyze the simultaneous and partial association between transfer pricing, foreign ownership, institutional ownership on tax aggressiveness with corporate social responsibility as a moderate variable. The analytical method that used in this study are statistic descriptive and moderated regression analysis (MRA) by using SPSS version 25. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 12 multinational manufacturing companies for the years 2016 to 2019 that results in 48 samples. The results of this study indicate that transfer pricing and institutional ownership have an effect on tax aggressiveness. Meanwhile, foreign ownership has no effect on tax aggressiveness. The results of the research moderated by corporate social responsibility get the results that it can weaken the influence of transfer pricing and institutional ownership on tax aggressiveness. Meanwhile, foreign ownership with corporate social responsibility as moderation has no effect on tax aggressiveness.
