Abstract

The phenomenon in this research is the significant increase in sales of Xiaomi smartphones in Indonesian Market that occurred in 2018, succeeding in acquising a market share up to 25%. The number increased dramatically, where in the same period the in previous year Xiaomi's market share was only 3%, then the problem was whether Product Price and Quality affected the purchasing decision of Xiaomi smartphones in Indonesia.This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The variables in this study consisted of two independent variables namely Price, Product Quality and one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. All research variables will be formulated into a questionnaire in the form of a statement and use a Likert scale with 5 level choices, namely strongly agree, agree, disagree, disagree and strongly disagree. The analytical method used to solve the problem in this study is SPSS application, namely the Multiple Regression Analysis Test and the Statistical T Test and F Test.                              The results of the initial analysis conducted showed that the indicators used were valid and reliable to measure the existing variables. The price influence magnitude of 0.585 or 58.5% on the Purchasing Decision, while the remaining 41.5% is caused by other factors not examined in this study. the influence of Product Quality results obtained by 0.657 or 65.7% of the Purchasing Decision, while the remaining 34.3 caused by other factors not examined in this study. The results of the subsequent analysis showed that the price variable and product quality variables simultaneously (together) affected the purchase decision of 72.8%. While the remaining 27.2% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables haven’t examined.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the application of the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment system to increase the sales’ Deals Of The Day stores and anu obstacles from the implementation of the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment system.The research method use in this study is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used was interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis, namely data collection from various sources is presented to describe all research objects based on the facts in the field related to the implementation of the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment system to increases sales and the constraints of the payment system.From the result of data processing shows the application of the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment system to increase the sales’ Deals Of The Day store is appropriate even though there are some obstacles but it does not reduce the benefits obtaiined

Abstract

At present competition between banks are very competitive, both in the national market and global market. that is a challenge must be faced and handled by all banking companies. The demand for sophisticated information technology facilities in the present and the future are banking challenge to provide the best service to the public. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence the service’s quality have on customer satisfaction at Buaran Sub-Branch Office BNI Bank. The research type used in this study is a quantitative concrete because it can be quantified in the form of numbers. The sample in this study were 100 respondents.The Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear analysis. Service Quality positively influences Customer Satisfaction. This is evidenced by the significant results of 0,000 <0,05 which means that there is an influence between Service Quality partially on Customer Satisfaction. It means that BNI always strives to improve the Indicators of Service Quality for Mobile Banking Applications used by BNI customers so that simultaneously the services’ Quality provided will be able to meet or satisfy the needs and desires to reuse Mobile Banking customers to form a positive attitude towards the Quality of Mobile Banking Service

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence halal awareness and halal certification have on the interest in buying cadbury chocolate products for STIAMI Institute campus students in Jakarta.This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative type and with primary data as a source of data obtained from the results of the questionsnaire. The populattion were Muslim students’ of the 2015 business administration who attended the STIAMI Institute campus in Jakarta. The sample used was 137 respondents using purposive sampling method. Data analysis methods in this study are vidity and realibility test, normality test, correlation coefficient analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, test coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.The results of the study found that: (1) Halal awareness had a positive effect on buying interst with a regression value 0f 0.273 and a significance level of 0,000. (2) Halal certification has a positive effect on buying interest with a regression value of 0.406 and a significance level of 0,000. (3) Halal awareness and Halal certification simultaneously have a positive effect on buying interest with a calculated F value of 131.935 greater than F table of 3.06 and a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05. (4) The influence amount of Halal Certification on buying interest is 66.3% while the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other variablels not examined by the author.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the viral marketing effects and customer trust on purchasing decisions through sosial media Instagram at PT Suryagita Nusaraya. The independent variables are viral marketing and customer trust affect the purchase decision as the dependent variable.This research used is a quantitative method. The populations in this study are PT Suryagita Nusaraya Jakarta employees. Sampling technique using non-probability sampling technique that is accidental sampling and sample number 89 respondents. This research is a description with survey method. All data are processed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0 application.The results of this research indicate that viral marketing and customer trust have an influence on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the results of the F test obtained that the calculated F count is greater than F table (35,430> 3,09), and the probability value Sig. is 0,000 <0,05, the conclution are Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. That means the viral marketing (X1) and customer trust (X2) together (simultaneous) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).The determination coefficient result (R2) is viral marketing and customer trust affects purchasing decisions by 45.2%. The remaining 54.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this model or equation.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to determine the role of trade unions in establishing industrial relations, as well as to find out the obstacles that hamper the role of trade unions in establishing industrial relations and to find out the efforts made in overcoming obstacles that hamper the role of trade unions in establishing industrial relations. The type of this research is uses descriptive qualitative research methods, by means of observation and interviews.Data collection techniques are carried out by interview. The research was conducted at the company PT. Herlina Indah East Jakarta with union chairman, coorporate industrial relations supervisors, logistics supervisors, and employees of PT. Herlina Indah East Jakarta as an informant source.The results of this study indicate that the role of trade unions in establishing industrial relations has been going very well because of the collective labor agreements that have been agreed with the company, but there are still some department managers from companies that have not been able to accept the existence of unions as partners in the company's business processes. Based on this, it is better for company leaders to socialize to all managers the importance of establishing industrial relations between companies and trade unions so that calm in business and work can be felt by both parties.

System of internal control of stock to control and manage the stock. Especial target from operation to the supply is protect the supply and report it precisely in financial statement. Method used by is approach method qualitative that is, descriptive analysis. From research result at Blibli.Com Cabang Karawaci represent a peripatetic company is area of E- Commerce, or more knowledgeable as retail. System evaluation, internal control to the supply have effective, where existence of duty dissociation of between functions of related to revenue and expenditure goods. Monitoring to merchanidise stock is also conducted routinely each;every one month once by warehouse shares through the stock activity hospitalize them. System of inventory control of merchandise at Blibli.Com Cabang Karawaci have walked better.

Abstract

The writing of this thesis aims to analyze how the marketing strategy and the obstacles and how to solve the marketing of Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings products. The background of this thesis writing is the increasing development of the number of savings product customers in the North Jakarta Branch. However, the growth in the number of customers in Savings products is not followed in Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings Products which experienced a not significant increase compared to the previous year. It is interesting for researchers to know and analyze further how the marketing strategy and what are the constraints and solutions that influence it.In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods by means of library research and direct research in the field. This research was conducted from mid to late 2018 at PT. Bank BNI Syariah North Jakarta Branch Office. The source of information obtained by the author is the employee and customer of BNI Syariah North Jakarta Branch Office. The conclusion of this study is that the lack of promotional activities and savings programs made the Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings experience no progress. The solution is to facilitate the requirements for opening Savings and routinely increase understanding and selling skills to unit funding so that it can easily market Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Compensation and Organizational Culture have on Turnover Intention of PT. Elang Transportation Indonesia in Jakarta.The method used in this study is a Quantitative method, this study population is PT. Elang Transportation Indonesia employees, amounting to 57 respondents, each respondents was given to 48 statements using a Likert Scale and data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis.The hypothesis test using the T test and F test and coefficient of determination. The result showed that the effect of Compensation (X1) partially on Turnover Intention Employees (Y), was 34.2%, the influence of Organizational Culture partially on Turnover Intention Employees was 6.9% and simultaneously Compensation (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) towards Turnover Intention Employees (Y) PT. Elang Transportation Indonesia in Jakarta is 36.9%, while the remaining 63.1% is influence by other factors.The researcher suggest that we need to Collect Labor Agreement in order to know the right and the obligation of both employee and company.Organizational culture carried out with good norms and ethics also aims to create a conducive atmosphere and the creation of a solid team engagement among fellow employees in order to create comfort work environment so that it can contribute more to the employees’ turnover.
