Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which service quality and ease of use of E-wallets influence purchase decisions. This research uses primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from literature. The population of this study includes all Tokopedia consumers using E-wallets in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The sample was obtained using Hair's theory, resulting in 145 respondents. The research method employed is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data analysis techniques used include Descriptive Analysis, Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Tests, Autocorrelation Tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T-Tests, F-Tests, Correlation Coefficient Determination, and Determination Coefficient, all conducted using SPSS version 26 software. The research results indicate that there is a significant partial influence of service quality (X1) on purchase decisions (a case study of Tokopedia consumers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta) (Y) by 41.2%, and a significant partial influence of the ease of use of E-wallets (X2) on purchase decisions (a case study of Tokopedia consumers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta) (Y) by 54.6%. Based on the F- test results, it is shown that service quality (X1) and ease of use of E-wallets (X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on purchase decisions (a case study of Tokopedia consumers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta) (Y) by 57.7%, with the remaining 42.3% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the effect of independent variables, namely Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decision. The object of research used in this study is McDonald's Sunter Barat consumers. This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents taken using accidental sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determinant coefficient. Data processing tools used in this study SPSS program version 26. The results in this study show that based on the t test obtained the variables Product Quality, Price and Promotion partially have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. Similarly, simultaneously the variables of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision at McDonald's Sunter Barat.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction can be achieved if the needs, desires, and expectations can be fulfilled through the services they receive. One of the factors is the cost incurred. The price set must be appropriate and follow the patient's income. Another aspect that can increase the number of consumers is promotion. Promotion plays an essential role in communicating the product's value to potential customers. This research aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on customer satisfaction at Bunda BIC Clinic Vida Bekasi. The research method used is the descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique used is primary data distributed through questionnaires. The number of samples involved was 110 respondents. This research was conducted at Bunda BIC clinic Vida Bekasi. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis processed on the SPSS software version 24. The results showed that promotion and price partially have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion and price simultaneously significantly affect customer satisfaction at Bunda BIC Clinic Vida Bekasi by 26.2%. While the remaining 73.8% is influenced by other variables or factors outside this research. From the results of this research, it is expected that the clinic management can maximize the use of social media for promotion and reach more customers. In addition, it is necessary to collaborate with influencers with thousands of active followers on social media.

Abstract

This research was based on a problem where Warkop Sehati experienced a decline in sales due to several reasons. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Warkop Sehati Pangkalan Asem in increasing sales. The method in this research uses a qualitative descriptive method. This research data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The results of the research show that the marketing strategy implemented by Warkop Sehati has been carried out quite well, although it has not been optimal because several inhibiting factors have been encountered, including an increase in standard prices, a less strategic location and limited parking space, less than optimal promotion. The supporting factors include the menu offered being varied, unique and new while still prioritizing quality and taste, the prices are quite affordable, the room atmosphere is comfortable and has a classic nuance and is supported by adequate facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle and word of mouth on the purchase decision of soul promise coffee. This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 130 respondents taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determinant coefficient. The results in this study showed that based on the t test, the Word of Mouth variable was partially significant. Silmutantly, the Word of Mouth variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase soul promise coffee in Summarecon Bekasi city. While the Lifestyle variable partially has a significant effect, simultaneously the Lifestyle and Word of Mouth variables have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase soul promise coffee in Summarecon Bekasi city

Abstract

Foreign exchange reserves are defined as the amount of foreign currency reserved by the central bank (Bank Indonesia) for the purposes of financing development and foreign obligations such as import financing and other financing to foreign parties. The problem in this research is: How is the progress of exports in increasing Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves? From the results of research conducted by the writer, it can be seen that the analysis of export progress in adding 1o Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in 1995-2020 shows a positive expectation: when exports increase, foreign exchange reserves will also increase While imports have a negative expectation sign. when imports increase, foreign exchange reserves will decrease. From the results of the research above, the writer provides suggestions for the government to improve the Indonesian economy through increasing exports and reducing imports by expanding export destination countries and improving the quality of export products. Because of the excess of exports over imports, it will benefit the government by increasing foreign exchange reserves. In addtion, the government should reduce foreign debt, although at first it increasing foreign exchange reserves but it will reduce foreign exchange reserves for the debt payment, moreover the interest on the debt, and it is hoped that Bank Indonesia as the Central Bank will always maintain the condition of Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves so that international transactions can take place stably. The position of Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves is said to be safe if it has sufficient import needs for a period of at least three months of imports

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of insufficient achievement of customer loyalty targets at Bank BRI Vila Gading Permai Unit, North Jakarta. This is influenced by various factors, including service quality that does not fully meet the customer expectations and insufficient customer satisfaction with the services provided. This phenomenon is reflected from the data showing that the achievement of deposit targets and customer satisfaction has not reached the expected target, which indirectly affects the level of customer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative method, with data collected through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The population in this research consists of customers registered at Bank BRI Vila Gading Permai Unit, North Jakarta, totaling 20,562 customers, with a research sample of 100 respondents selected using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS for Windows Ver.27. The results of this research indicate that: (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance value of 0.001 and a contribution of 77.7%; (2) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance value of 0.002 and a contribution of 77.5%; (3) service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with an R2 value of 79.9 or 79.9%, while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

This Research Aims To Know The Influence Of Service Quality And Brand Trust On The Life Insurance Purchase Decision Process At Pt Bnilife Insurance (Case Study on Customers of Bank Bni Kk Grand Wisata), The research method used is quantitative method. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires and literature. The population in this research is BNI KK Grand Wisata Bekasi customers who buy BNILIFE life insurance products. Sampling used by using random samples or random samples, taking the sample the researcher "mixed" the subjects in the population so that all subjects are considered the same. The sample consists of 46 samples. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of IBM Statistics software version 26. The results showed that the quality of service with a percentage level of influence of 31.9%. Brand trust with a percentage level of influence of 37.2%. purchase with a significance value of 37.2%. Quality of service and brand trust in the Life Insurance Purchase Decision Process at PT BNILIFE Insurance (a case study on customers of Bank BNI KK Grand Wisata) with a percentage level of influence of 43.3%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how much the influence of Trust and Promotion have on Purchasing Decisions at the Lazada MarketPlace in South Cikarang. This research method uses a quantitative approach were consumers who had used the Lazada MarketPlace in South Cikarang 1 and 2 times, or more and there were 135 respondents. The sampling technique for this recearch used Accidental Sampling. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. This research shows that Trust (X1) partially has a positive and sinificant effect on Consumer purchasing Decisions (Y) at the Lazada MarketPlace in South Cikarang by 28.0%. Promotion (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer Purchasing Decisions (Y) at the Lazada MarketPlace in South Cikarang by 36.5%, and jointly Trust (X1) and Promotion (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) Consumers at the Lazada MarketPlace in South Cikarang were 41.9%, while the remaining 58.1% were influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The results of this research are that trust and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees in the import division of PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo. This research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling was conducted using Arikunto's theory (2010:112), which suggests that if the population is small or fewer than 100 people, it is advisable to take the entire population; if the population is large or more than 100 people, a sample of 10-15% or 20-25% or more than 30% can be taken. The sample size for this study is 39 employees in the import division of PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling (Census) technique. Data testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work motivation have a significant and positive effect on the performance of employees in the import division of PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo (MSA Cargo) simultaneously.
