Abstract

The game of Serok Mancung is an original game of Semarang Regency which has the characteristic of coconut tree midrib. This study aims to find out how the traditional game activists of Semarang Regency in revitalizing the game of Serok Mancung. This study uses qualitative methods, the data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study using Miles Hubermen, the respondents in this study were KPOTI administrators in Semarang Regency, traditional game activists, and traditional game elders in Semarang Regency. The results showed that KPOTI activists and administrators chose socialization as a form of effort to improve people's games and sports to be carried out every week. In addition, to develop this game, set tools and rules with early childhood as the target. The conclusions and suggestions in this study are that the socialization carried out by traditional game activists in terms of revitalization is said to be successful in several areas such as the districts of East Ungaran, West Ungaran, and Bergas. But so far there has been no support and appreciation from the local government regarding this revitalization.

Abstract

This research focuses on improving skills in volleyball smash techniques. In the brojo club, there must be some athletes who must improve their smash and the direction or target to be aimed, based on that the researcher wants to provide a solution by using a variety of target training in the hope of getting good results so that it can be applied in the training process. This research uses One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were 10 male athletes of the Brojo Musti Club. The instrument used in this study was a smash test, each athlete smashed 10 times and there were scores or numbers in each corner of the field. The results of the research conducted, there is an influence on smash accuracy skills from the protest and posttest data. Results of the t-test calculations, T = 9.05 is greater than T-table = 2.26. So could be concluded that that the treatment effect of target variations influences smash accuracy. To determine the percentage of influence, the calculation of the percentage of influence obtained is 80%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the results of elementary school students' learning achievement after doing online learning. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive approach with a random sampling of subjects to elementary school students domiciled in Puncu Village and Kediri City, which consisted of 6 schools and 142 students as respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire method. In this study, hypothesis testing uses a t-test. The conclusion from the results of this study is that it is found that there is a comparison of learning achievement of elementary school students who live in cities and in villages have differences in learning achievement after online learning is held. The achievement of students who live in villages has a percentage of 35.92% while the learning achievement of students who live in cities has a percentage of 64.08%. Teachers are expected to continue to provide learning materials for Physical Education, Sports, and Health or PJOK to students in accordance with the core competencies and basic competencies that have been determined so that students remain active, capable and stay healthy while at home.

Abstract

The research aims to improve the basketball game by modifying the game of SMP Negeri 40 Palembang students. The research method used is action research which consists of four steps: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation, and 4) reflection. The data collection is descriptive cumulative in the form of interviews and field notes. The research subjects were students of class VII, totaling 40 people. The results showed that student learning outcomes increased from 45.45% in the initial test data to 67.27 in the first cycle student learning outcomes increased from 63.63% to 80. Student improvement was reflected in the second cycle from 86.36% to 90. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that modifying the basketball game can improve student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 40 Palembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of interest in learning for class IX students in long jump athletic learning at SMP Negeri 1 Wajak. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a survey method. This study involved the entire population, namely the entire class IX of SMP Negeri 1 Wajak which consisted of 307 students (male = 144 and female = 163). The survey procedure was carried out in five stages, namely: (1) finding student identities from the data of class IX students through administrative staff, (2) socializing the procedures for filling out questionnaires, (3) distributing questionnaires, (4) tabulation and data analysis; and (5) conclude the results. The data analysis technique used validity (correlation) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha) tests, descriptive statistics, and percentages. The results showed that the instrument used was valid (r= 0.110-0.557>0.105) and reliable (α= 0.857-0.872>0.7). Based on the data distribution, it can be explained that 20 students (6.51%) in the very high category, 205 students (66.78%) in the high category, 79 students (25.73%) in the medium category, 3 students (0.98%) in the low category, 0 students (0%) in the very low category. The average value of psychological aspects is 38.88 in the high category, SD is 5,040, the highest value is 55, and the lowest value is 20. The average psychological value is 29.99 in the high category, SD is 3,864, the highest score is 40, and the lowest score is 14. The average social value of 28.82 in the high category, SD at 3,378, the highest score at 40, and the lowest score at 16. The average non-social score was 14.97 in the high category, SD was 1.909, the highest score was 20, and the lowest score was 7, so it can be concluded that the total average score is 112.6 and in the category of high learning interest.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to determine the relationship between leg muscles and power lay-up ability; (2) to determine the relationship between arm muscles and power lay-up ability; and (3) knowing the relationship between leg and arm muscles with power lay-up ability in basketball players. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and has one dependent variable, namely power lay-up and two independent variables of leg muscles and arm muscles. The sample used was 15 female basketball players at SMK Tamansiswa Banjarnegara. The instruments used were leg dynamometers and pull and push dynamometers. The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between leg muscle strength and power lay-up ability in female basketball players at SMK Tamansiswa Banjarnegara in the "very poor" category, there is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and power lay-up abilities in the " sufficient” and there is a significant relationship between leg and arm muscle strength and the ability to lay-up power in the “very poor” category.

Abstract

This study will focus on the management of the Persani Artistic Gymnastics Kediri which aims to the out more about what management does in managing the Persani. This study will also examine training programs, evaluation, and management of facilities and infrastructure. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, qualitative descriptive research only used one variable, the researchers conducted research with the procedures for collecting data from observations, interviews, and documentation to coaches, coaches, athletes, and athletes' parents. researchers will describe management at Persani Artistic Gymnastics Kediri in 2022. The results of this study are based on the results of the data obtained that management at Persani artistic gymnastics Kediri City in 2022 has been doing well. that in the management function efforts there is planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring that has been carried out properly. The management function, training program, achievement development, and evaluation program have been carried out and implemented well.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the level of fitness of class VIII female students. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive research through observation or tests. The subjects in this study were female students of class VIII at Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Tulungagung Regency, which consisted of 16 female students. In this study, the subject selection technique used purposive sampling technique, namely the subject selection technique determined by the researcher himself. Data collection techniques using surveys with test and measurement techniques. The instrument used is the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (IPFT) for 13-15-year-olds. Based on the IPFT, Santriwati test score data that most of the students in the poor category with total scores between 10-13 as many as 10 students (62.5%) and a small number of students in the very poor category with a total score between 5-9 as many as 2 students (12,5%) and the poor category with a total score between 14-17 in the medium category. Thus, the results of the physical fitneess test scores on female students are mostly in the poor category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of self-confidence of athletes at the FIST roller skating club in Tulungagung, with a sample of 13 athletes. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative non-experimental. The instrument in this study is a closed questionnaire and the scale used is the Likert scale and obtains data from a questionnaire that has been distributed to the sample. The results showed that the self-confidence level of FIST roller skate athletes in Tulungagung was based on 2 factors that influenced the level of self-confidence, namely, external factors obtained the "high" category as many as 7 athletes (54%) and internal factors obtained the "high" category as many as 8 athletes (62%) with an average of 58%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the FIST Tulungagung roller skate athletes have a high level of self-confidence. This statement can be interpreted that the Tulungagung FIST roller skate athletes have confidence/confidence and are sporty in practising and competing to achieve achievements.

Abstract

This study aims to find out more about the application of good and bad physical activity to school-age children and the effect of physical education on fine motor skills in children. The research aims to determine the physical activity of basic motor skills in fifth grade students at State Elementary School Tugu Mantub District, Lamongan Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic period. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The subjects were 5th graders at Tugu Elementary School, Mantup District, Lamongan Regency with 10 students (M: 6; F: 4). The instrument uses the Test of Gross Motor Development, second edition (TGMD-2). The data analysis used is descriptive. The results show that physical activity on the fundamental motor skills of fifth grade students is in the average category with a range of GMQ Standard scores of 90-110 at the Percentile score of 25-75.
