Background: Diaper rash is dermatitis due to irritation in the form of skin manifestations caused by various things. In Indonesia, as many as 22 million toddlers in Indonesia, around 1/3 of the number of these babies experience diaper rash. Treatment of diaper rash can be done with non-pharmacological therapy, namely by using Aloe vera because it has a therapeutic effect as an anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial and has safety in dealing with diaper rash because it contains alpha-bisabolol. Another alternative that can be used to prevent or treat diaper rash is coconut oil (coconut oil) for skin health and anti-microbial. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of VCO and Aloe vera in accelerating the healing of diaper rash in infants 0-2 years. Research Methods: Type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach and a pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were infants aged 0-2 years who had diaper rash. Research Results: Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney test, the p-value of the Mann-Whitney test was obtained, respectively above 0.05 (p>0.05), namely 0.658; 0.593; and 0.483. This insignificant difference can also be interpreted that Aloe vera and VCO have relatively similar effectiveness in healing diaper rash inflammation. Conclusion Aloe vera and VCO have the same effectiveness in healing inflammatory diaper rash.

Stimulation can excite brain cells and is crucial for enhancing a child's sensory, emotional, social, linguistic, cognitive, independent, and creative abilities. For the proper development of their behavioral and mental health, children must also receive enough stimulation from an early age, in both quantity and quality. Youngsters who grow up with lots of encouragement will mature more quickly than those who don't. Parents can stimulate their child's growth in a fun way, such as by participating in brain gym. This study was to find out the description of mothers' knowledge about stimulation for children aged 3rd-6th years who were given brain gym. This type of research is quantitative cross sectional with the sample at Harapan Bangsa playgropus and Masyithoh Kauman Kindergarten was 106 mother of students. It was known that the age of the majority of respondents was between 25th–35th,most of their was senior high school, income was minimum wage, most of respondents cared for themselves and time spent with children per day was > 12hours. The majority of respondents had good knowledge. This study suggests that parents—particularly mothers—should provide their children more stimulation through Brain Gym in order to enhance their development.

A Health Office report stated that in 2022, 1.9% of teenagers in the Grobogan Regency became pregnant outside of marriage. These adolescents range in age from 15 to 19. Because neither parents nor teenagers can comprehend it, premarital sexual activity is rarely discussed by either group. Teenagers who engage in sexual activity before marriage have access to a limited number of counselling and advocacy centres. There are a lot of young people who participate in risky sexual behaviour before they get married without being aware of the implications. The study utilized a quantitative quasi-experiment with pre- and post-tests administered to a single group. The investigation was carried out in March and April 2024 in the villages of Karanglangu, Kedungjati District, and Grobogan Regency. There were 72 participants in this study. E-learning was provided to the respondents for a period of six weeks. A paired T-test was the statistical test that was chosen. A P-value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, was found in the statistical test results. It would appear that this form of education impacts the comprehension of premarital sexual behaviour among adolescents.

One of the leading causes of maternal and newborn fatalities worldwide is preeclampsia. Only healthcare professionals can now detect the risk of preeclampsia, and they still do so manually. Pregnant women can't know if they have preeclampsia risk factors or not. Preeclampsia risk detection is significant because it can determine a pregnant woman's preeclampsia risk, allowing for early diagnosis and prevention. A web-based information system can be used to identify pregnant women who are at risk of preeclampsia. Women who are expecting can utilize laptops or smartphones linked to the internet. Numerous research studies have demonstrated that information technology solutions can enhance health services regarding data transmission, health outcomes, prescription adherence, and patient monitoring compliance. This descriptive study explained its usefulness; live sampling was used as the sampling method, and 33 pregnant women served as the study's subjects. Web-based information systems and questionnaires are used to collect data. Pregnant women's ability to independently recognize preeclampsia risk can be enhanced by employing a web-based information system to identify different levels of preeclampsia risk. Of these, 51.5% have no risk of preeclampsia, 18.2% have a moderate risk, and 24.24% have a high risk. The effectiveness rate used in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) questionnaire is 92%.
