Abstract

Hyperemesis Gravidarum is nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Although complaints of nausea and vomiting are considered normal for pregnant women and do not harm the fetus in the womb. However, if the frequency of nausea and vomiting is excessive, caution is still needed. Nausea followed by severe vomiting can be a sign of a problem with your pregnancy. For example in wine pregnancy, where the placenta develops into a group of abnormal cysts. Another possibility is hyperemesis gravidarum, which is a condition when pregnant women lose large amounts of body weight and body fluids. So that nausea and vomiting need to be avoided by being given drugs or other alternatives to reduce the complaint. So that education is needed about hyperemesis gravidarum to mothers who experience nausea and vomiting. The purpose of this activity is to provide education about hyperemesis gravidarum. The subjects of this community service activity are pregnant women in the Rejosari Health Center, Pekanbaru. Community service activities are supported by extension methods, question and answer, and discussion. The results showed that the participants were able to understand about emesis gravidarum, including understanding, causes, predisposing factors, and handling of emesis gravidarum.

Abstract

ASI adalah makanan paling utama untuk bayi karena mengandung zat-zat gizi yang diperlukan oleh bayi untuk tumbuh kembang. Di indonesia hanya 8 % ibu yang memberikan ASI ekslusif kepada bayinya sampai umur 6 bulan. Padahal 21.000 kematian bayi baru lahir di indonesia dapat dicegah melalui pemberian ASI. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kecukupan  ASI adalah dengan pijat punggung teknik effleurage. Tujuan penelitian untuk mentahui pengaruh efflurage massage terhadap peningkatan kecukupan ASI ibu post partum di BPM Rosita Kota Pekanbaru.Metode penelitian ini  menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian Pre Eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttes. Populasi penelitian adalah adalah ibu post partum di BPM Rosita Kota Pekanbaru dengan jumlah sampel 11 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental  sampling.Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi.Rata-rata produksi ASI sebelum intervensi efflurage massageadalah 39,18 mL (SD=14,105), nilai maksimal 70 mL dan nilai minimal 30 mL, setelah intervensi efflurage massagekemudian produksi ASI meningkat menjadi 98,00 mL (SD=10,770), nilai maksimal 120 mL dan nilai minimal 80 mL, terjadi peningkatan rata-rata produksi ASI sebesar 58,82 mL. Hasil Uji Wilcoxon Rank Test didapatkan p value = 0,003 atau p value< 0,05. Diharapkan klinik bersalin dan petugas kesehatan  lainnya khususnya bidan agar dapat menjadi fasilitator bagi ibu post partum yang mengalami masalah padakecukupan ASI salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode efflurage massage .Kata Kunci :Efflurage Massage, Kecukupan  ASI

Abstract

Technology is a change in many aspects of life. One of the changes that occur in the world of education is the utilization of information technology as an effective medium in the delivery of learning materials in the form of e-material. Utilization of this information technology has changed the learning model more qualified and efficient. Paper-based learning materials have become electronic based by using electronic devices such as computers and the Internet that are now better known as e-learning. Abstract

ABSTRAC Mother's Milk is an exclusive food for babies. The purpose of this study was to find out Exclusive Breastfeeding for Breastfeeding Mother in the Working Area of Umban Sari Pekanbaru Community Health Center. This research method is Analytical Cros Sektional Study by using questioner. This research method is Analysis Cros Sectional Study by using questioner. The population in this study all breastfeeding mothers with infants aged 6-12 months was 121 people, the total sample in this study total of 121 breastfeeding mothers with infants aged 6-12 months. Data analysis using Chi Square test. The results showed that 58.7% of mothers did not give Exclusive Breast Milk, related variables in which low-educated mothers with P value 0,000 were at risk 0.246 times (95% CI: 0.110-0.550) than mothers with higher education, with P value 0.767 no risk 0.892 times (CI: 95% POR = (0.418-1,904) feeding infants other than breastmilk than well-informed mothers, mothers who do not get support from families with P value 0.100 in exclusive breastfeeding more risk 1,843 times (95% CI: 0,887-3,832) than mothers who get support from family role Advice given in the form of improving health promotion or counseling by health workers at health center about breastfeeding procedure and breastfeeding excellence need to be improved, when mother visit to the health services of pregnant / lactating women accompanied by families so that health workers can explain me on the importance of breastfeeding for infants and the disadvantages of using breastmilk substitutes such as formula milk, tajin water, and others.

Abstract

Mother's Milk is an exclusive food for babies. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the provision of exclusive breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers in the work area of ​​the Umban Sari health center in Pekanbaru. This research method is the Cros Sectional Study Analysis using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months totaling 121 people, the sample size in this study totaled 121 nursing mothers who had infants aged 6-12 months. Data analysis using Chi Square test. The results showed that 58.7% of mothers did not give exclusive breastfeeding, related variables where mothers who did not work with a P value of 0.043 were more at risk of 0.296 times (95% CI: 1,030-6,043) than working mothers, mothers with low family income with a P value of 0.001, there is a risk that there is no risk of 3,521 times (CI: 95% POR = (1,641-7,555) compared to mothers with high family income. Mothers with ill conditions are not at risk of 0,905 times giving food to babies other than breast milk healthy with a P value of 0.787 times (CI: 95% POR = (0.437-1.873). Suggestions are given in the form of increasing promotion or health counseling by health workers in health centers about breastfeeding procedures and superiority of breastfeeding needs to be improved, when mothers visit services the health of pregnant / breastfeeding mothers is accompanied by the family so that health workers can explain the importance of breastfeeding for babies and the impact of kele mahan from the use of breast milk substitutes such as formula milk, starch water, the etc.

Abstract

Seks bebas merupakan suatu masalah dari kurangnya pendidikan seksualitas, sehingga dapat menyebabkan beberapa masalah akibat perilaku seks bebas pada remaja, dalam jangka pendek seperti kehamilan tidak diinginkan (KTD), aborsi, dan penyakit menular seksual (PMS) sedangkan dalam jangka panjang remaja bisa terkena kanker serviks. Kondisi ini cukup mengkhawatirkan, upaya bidan dikomunitas dalam hal mencegah terjadinya seks pranikah akibat akses informasi yang salah yaitu dengan memberikan bimbingan pada kelompok remaja yang salah satunya dengan cara penyuluhan tentang seks bebas beserta dampaknya. Analisa data menggunakan uji Mann Withney dengan derajat kepercayaan <0,05. Hasil statistik pengetahuan melalui metode ceramah didapatkan p-value 0,011 artinya terdapat pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan. Sedangkan hasil statistik pada kelompok video didapatkan p-value 0,286 artinya tidak ada pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan. Kesimpulannya yaitu adanya pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan dengan metode ceramah terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang seks bebas dan tidak ada pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan dengan metode video terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang seks bebas. Diharapkan pengetahuan serta perilaku remaja setelah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang seks bebas mengarah ke hal yang positif. maja tentang seks bebas pada siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa perubahan mental emosional menuju dewasa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi remaja saat ini adalah perilaku seks bebas yang semakin meningkat. Perilaku seksual remaja melakukan hubungan seksual di Provinsi Riau 44,23% tahun 2012, AIDS umur 20-24 tahun 16,6% tahun 2016 dan mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun. Penyebab kurangnya pemahaman terhadap pendidikan seksualitas pra nikah yang didapat oleh remaja. SMK Migas Teknologi Riau menengah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang didominasi oleh laki-laki. Pendidikan Seksual tidak merata dibangku sekolah, hanya didapatkan dari media sosial dan teman sebaya, sehingga memunculkan paradigma berbeda dimata remaja yang mudah terpengaruh pada kenakalan remaja terutama perilaku seksual. Solusi dalam pencegahan seks pranikah dengan memberikan penyuluhan pendidikan seksual yang benar terhadap remaja. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan pada hari Jum’at, 28 Februari 2020 di Aula dengan jumlah peserta 32 siswa. Abstract

Supplementary Feeding of Breastfeeding are foods or drinks that contain nutrients, given to infants or children aged 6-24 months to meet nutritional needs other than breastfeeding. In an emergency, infants and toddlers should receive complementary foods to prevent malnutrition. Variety of food ingredients for babies is important because no single food is sufficient for the needs of babies. A variety of complementary foods to breast milk can help meet the nutritional needs of the baby. The research objective was to determine the prevalence of nutrition and variations in complementary foods as well as the relationship between variations in complementary foods and the fulfillment of infant nutrition in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru. This research method uses quantitative observational analytic research with cross-sectional analytic study design. The study population was all infants aged 6-12 months in the District of Tenayan Raya with the sampling technique using consecutive sampling totaling 30 samples. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate using SPSS. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded (1) the mean of infant nutrition is z score -0.203; (2) The average variation of MP ASI is 7 variations; (3) There is a correlation of variations in complementary feeding to the nutritional fulfillment of aged infants in the District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMenyusui merupakan suatu proses yang terjadi secara alami namun menyusui perlu dipelajari terutama oleh ibu yang pertama kali memiliki bayi agar tahu cara menyusui yang benar dan dapat mengatasi masalah pemberian ASI. Ibu menyusui membutuhkan tambahan energi untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas ASI. Untuk 6 bulan pertama menyusui dibutuhkan tambahan sebanyak 500 Kalori. Jadi jumlah energy yang dibutuhkan oleh ibu menyusui perhari adalah 2.400 Kalori. Keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif di Indonesia tercatat sejumlah 66,1%. Provinsi Riau tercatat 78% keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif. Tujuan pengabdian meningkatkan pengetahuan tehadap gizi seimbang pada ibu menyusui. Subjek kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah ibu menyusui di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rejosari Pekanbaru.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada  masyarakat menggunakan metode penyuluhan, tanya jawab, dan diskusi. Hasil dari pengeiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan sebelum diberikan penyuluhan sebesar 67% dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan sebesar 87% dimana hal ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan gizi seimbang pada ibu menyusui sebesar 20% Kata kunci: gizi seimbang; gizi ibu menyusui; pengetahuan ABSTRACTBreastfeeding is a process that occurs naturally but breastfeeding needs to be studied, especially by mothers who are first-time babies so that they know how to breastfeed properly and can overcome breastfeeding problems. Breastfeeding mothers need additional energy to increase the quality and quantity of breast milk. For the first 6 months of breastfeeding, an additional 500 calories are needed. So the amount of energy needed by breastfeeding mothers per day is 2,400 calories. The success of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia was recorded at 66.1%. Riau Province recorded 78% of the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of the service is to increase knowledge of balanced nutrition in breastfeeding mothers. The subjects of this community service activity are breastfeeding mothers in the Work Area of the Pekanbaru Rejosari Health Center. Community service activities use counseling, question and answer methods, and discussions. The results of community service activities showed that before being given counseling was 67% and after being given counseling was 87% where this showed a significant increase in knowledge between before and after counseling about balanced nutrition for breastfeeding mothers was 20%. Keywords: balanced nutrition; breastfeeding mother nutrition; knowledge

Abstract

The results of the 2018 Basic Health Research stated that in Indonesia 48.9% of pregnant women had anemia. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of consumption of Ambon bananas on increasing Hb levels in pregnant women. This research method uses a quantitative method with the Pre Experiments one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 10 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Based on the univariate results, the highest percentage before administration of Ambon bananas was pregnant women with a hemoglobin level of 9 g/dL in 5 people (50%), a hemoglobin level of 10-11 g/dL in 3 people (30%), a hemoglobin level of 10-11 g/dL dL in 3 persons (30%). level of 8 g/dL in 2 people. people (20%). After giving Ambon bananas to pregnant women who had a hemoglobin level of 12 g/dL in 3 people (30%), a hemoglobin level of 11 g/dL in 5 people (50%), a hemoglobin level of 10 g/dL in 2 people (20%) . Statistical test results obtained P Value 0.004 <0.005 where there was an effect between hemoglobin levels before and after administration of Ambon bananas with a P Value of 0.004 <0.005
