Jurnal Ilmu Administrasi Publik merupakan jurnal akademik yang diterbitkan setiap dua bulan sekali sebagai wadah bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, peneliti, dan praktisi untuk mendiseminasikan hasil penelitian dan kajian ilmiah di bidang administrasi publik. Jurnal ini mengakomodasi berbagai topik yang berkaitan dengan administrasi publik, kebijakan publik, tata kelola pemerintahan, perpajakan, serta isu-isu kontemporer dalam sektor publik. Fokus Jurnal Jurnal ini berfokus pada pengembangan teori, konsep, dan praktik dalam administrasi publik yang relevan dengan dinamika pemerintahan, kebijakan publik, pelayanan publik, serta sistem perpajakan di tingkat lokal, nasional, maupun global. Ruang Lingkup Jurnal Jurnal Ilmu Administrasi Publik mencakup berbagai topik penelitian dan kajian ilmiah, antara lain: 1. Dengan terbit setiap dua bulan sekali, jurnal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi akademik yang berkelanjutan bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami dinamika administrasi publik serta berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu dan kebijakan publik, termasuk bidang perpajakan, di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the existence of Taxpayers who do not know the benefits of using the Prepopulated Feature and how the implementation of the Input Tax Prepopulated Feature in reporting the VAT return at PT Lancar Agung Abadi can run well and effectively. The research method used in this study was a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The results showed that the implementation of the Prepopulated Feature, although from a technical point of view still has obstacles, but the overall implementation has gone well, this can be seen from the many benefits of using the feature. The procedure for using the prepopulated feature is clear enough for PT Lancar Agung Abadi. Socializations have been held such as in seminars through zoom meetings regarding e-faktur updates and the use of the latest features. The resources have been very helpful for PT Lancar Agung Abadi. The disposition of the implementers strongly supports the application of this feature because it is considered to have many benefits. The bureaucratic structure regarding the availability of clear rules regarding duties and responsibilities is in accordance with its Main Duties and Functions. The obstacle faced is the system errors that often occur due to the overload of the use of the E-faktur system. The solution is to repair internet network disturbances and report taxes earlier a few days before the end of the tax period

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze asset management with a Good Governance perspective at the regional asset management office of the administrative city of West Jakarta in 2021. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study indicated that the management of regional property in the West Jakarta Asset Service has several stages in the management. In the implementation of Good Governance, in general, the management fulfilled the principles of Good Governance, i.e.: transparency, participation, accountability, and value of money. The obstacle faced in the process of managing regional property was the supervision of regional assets that was still not contributing to the improvement of effective management. It was because the supervision was not fully routinely carried out and not directly conducted in the field, thus allowing deviation possibilities to the management of regional assets that can cause the loss of regional assets, lightly or heavily damaged goods, and the purchases of goods without bookkeeping. To support the improvement of regional asset management, it is necessary to be followed up with supervision from a direct supervisor (Internal) and functional use (Extern) for preventive and repressive supervision as well as to conduct direct supervision in the field by the supervisory apparatus, so that the possibility of deviations can be relatively smaller and to improve the effective management of regional assets

Abstract

This study aims to find out about "The Strategy of the Bekasi City Fire Service in Overcoming Fire Disasters in Densely Populated Settlements". This study uses a descriptive qualitative analysis method to describe and explain in detail about existing phenomena using interview techniques as a supporting instrument. In this study, "The strategy of the Bekasi City Fire Department in Overcoming Fire Disasters in Densely Populated Settlements can be measured from 5 (five) strategy indicators, namely: Purposes, Environment, Direction, Action, Learning, data collection techniques used by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The informants of this study totaled 5 people. It can be concluded that the Strategy of the Bekasi City Fire Service in Tackling Fire Disasters in Densely Populated Settlements

Abstract

This thesis discusses the effect of public trust on community participation in the Development Planning Deliberation of Kelurahan Krendang, Tambora District, West Jakarta Administrative City. The background of this research is the lack of public trust in the government, the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of interaction between the government and the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of public trust on community participation in the Development Planning Deliberation of Kelurahan Krendang, Tambora District, West Jakarta Administration. The method used in this study is a quantitative method through the distribution of questionnaires, with a population of 23,433 residents and a sample of 100 respondents who were selected using saturated sampling technique. The results of data analysis with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows show that based on the results of the t test, it is known that the public trust variable has a positive and significant effect of 0.827 or 82.7% on the variable of community participation in the Development Planning Deliberation, with a t-value greater than t-table. The remaining 17.3% is the influence of other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

The background of this research is the success of anorganic waste management on limited land in RW 006 of Kelapa Gading Timur, North Jakarta, in contrast to other areas which are constrained by limited land to run a waste bank. The objectives of this study are: 1) to describe and analyze the implementation of community empowerment through the 'Merah Delima Waste Bank' program in RW 006 of Kelapa Gading Timur, North Jakarta; 2) to describe the factors that influence the implementation of community empowerment through the 'Merah Delima Waste Bank' program in RW 006 of Kelapa Gading Timur, North Jakarta; and 3) to analyze and describe solutions to the factors that hinder the implementation of community empowerment through the 'Merah Delima Waste Bank' program in RW 006 of Kelapa Gading Timur, North Jakarta. This research was conducted using a descriptive research method and qualitative approach, where data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed at the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of community empowerment through the 'Merah Delima Waste Bank' program in RW 006 of Kelapa Gading Timur, North Jakarta has been very good, where there are two programs run by the ‘Merah Delima Waste Bank’, namely the waste savings program and the waste management training program. However, in terms of disposition, there has been no incentive in the form of awards given to implementers as support for their achievements. Efforts that can be made to further support this program are to provide land for the Merah Delima Waste Bank so that in the future it can be more effective and efficient in dealing with waste problems, increase training in waste processing crafts so that the results are more diverse, and pick up sorted waste at residents’ houses, places of business and other sources where the residents are still reluctant to leave their residence after the Covid- 19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and supervision on the work effectiveness of the employees at Fire Department Bekasi. In this study, the population of this study was employees of the Fire Department Bekasi. The sample of this research was 86 which is divided proportionally according to the work location (sector). Based on data analysis, the indicators in this study were valid and the variables were reliable. Based on the research, the regression equation obtained was: Y= 17.839 + 0.146 X1 + 0.384+ e. This equation shows that the variable of work effectiveness is influenced by compensation and supervision. The results of other studies conclude that compensation and supervision partially have an effect on the work effectiveness of the employees at the Fire Department Bekasi

Abstract

The number of motorized vehicles such as sedans, jeeps, minibuses, as well as trucks and pickups, experienced an increase in 2021. Value Added Tax and Sales Tax on Luxury Goods (PPnBM) are imposed to balance the tax burden on low-income consumers and high-income consumers. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of value added tax and sales tax on luxury goods on the purchasing power of motorized vehicle consumers. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaire distribution. The research population was 100 taxpayers of four-wheeled motor vehicles, with a sample of 50 respondents who were selected using the Slovin formula. The results showed that based on the results of the t-test, the p-value (significance level) of the value added tax is 0.002, which means that the value added tax has a significant positive effect on the purchasing power of four-wheeled motorized consumers, so H1 is rejected. The p-value of sales tax on luxury goods is 0.000, which means that sales tax on luxury goods has a significant positive effect on the purchasing power of consumers of four-wheeled motor vehicles, so H2 is accepted. Meanwhile, the results of the f test produce a p-value (significance level) of 0.000, which means that the value added tax and sales tax on luxury goods simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the purchasing power of consumers of four-wheeled motor vehicles, so H3 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Cempaka Putih Barat Village is. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, literature studies both printed and online. The results of this study prove that in terms of physical evidence (tangible) Kelurahan Cempaka Putih Barat has an area of 8x6m2 for a total of 5 service staff. The service room has a service desk, work desk, identification card recording device, 2 sets of back and a long chair that is intended for people waiting for service. In the aspect of reliability (reliability), the results of the study revealed that the people of Cempaka Putih Barat Village were satisfied with the services provided by the responsiveness aspect of employees in terms of helping people who need services, especially people who are confused by the services that have been seen between officers and visitors who communicate with each other. . Assurance aspects, especially security at the Cempaka Putih Barat Village Office, Central Jakarta, have shown efforts to improve the quality of their services related to providing a sense of security for the community. The aspect of empathy (empathy), which is given by the Cempaka Putih Barat Village is by giving a pleasant impression. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the campaign carried out by the Fire and Rescue Service of Setiabudi District in DKI Jakarta Province. This is descriptive qualitative research with interview and observation methods. Data were obtained from 6 informants, 3 key informants and 3 members of the community. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the fire prevention and control program campaign at the Fire and Rescue Service of South Jakarta is carried out routinely. This campaign activity is carried out directly and indirectly. The obstacles faced are related to the schedule of the campaign activities that often clashes with the public's occupational activities.

Abstract

A regional tax is a kind of tax that is collected and managed by the regional government and is used for funding all governmental functions and regional development. Regional Income Board is a Regional board assigned to manage all types of regional receivables and income, one of which is Hotel Tax. This study was conducted to find out how the Effectiveness of Hotel Tax Administration Penalty Removal that is regulated in Governor Regulation Number 60 of 2021 in Regional Income Board of (Central) Jakarta in order to increase economic recovery in Jakarta central city in Covid-19 pandemic era. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collected was conducted through an interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this study presented that the effectiveness of the hotel tax administration penalty removal in the Covid-19 pandemic era is very effectiveif it is assessed from the hotel tax receivable target and realization. However, it has not yet been maximized in the implementation. The lack of maximizing in the hotel taxpenalty removal in order to recover economics is due to several obstacles, such as people's knowledge of this governor's regulation
