Abstract

PT. Charoen Pokphand Medan is a company engaged in the production and sale of animal feed on a large scale.In business processPT. Charoen Pokphand Medanevery day keeping records using paper as proof of sales and purchase transactions, if it continues like this it will cause problems if there is a missed sales and purchase history recap. PartyPT. Charoen Pokphand Medanconfusion is created because there is no calculation in buying goods so that the accumulation of the same goods often occurs in the warehouse. Stock data collection onPT. Charoen Pokphand Medanwhich has various types of goods and the recording of transactions needs to be computerized. So it is necessary to create a system to record every sale and purchase transaction so that every existing transaction can be stored in a computer database. This information system application can also perform forecasting which is useful for predicting how many items are sold in certain periods. This process is carried out to produce a prediction of the amount of animal feed that might be sold in the following month. So the system will help the company in checking animal feed stocks because it can estimate the need for goods so they don't run out of stock and determine the amount of stock in the future.

Abstract

In this study the authors conducted research at the Brastagi Medan supermarket in determining chicken meat suppliers. In determining the best supplier of chicken meat, they still do not use a special system so that the determination of suppliers is often inaccurate. To overcome the above, a decision support system application is applied in determining chicken meat suppliers so that suppliers will get rewards in the form of prizes and motivation in entering goods at supermarkets. Another problem that occurs is the recording of valuation data and the calculation of values based on the dimensions set at the Brastagi Medan supermarket decisions in selecting the best chicken meat supplier. The programming languages used to create applications are PHP and MySQL and the method used is the CPI (Composite Performance Index) method. Processing system Selection of the best chicken meat supplier at the Medan Brastagi supermarket is getting better and making it easier to access the system. The purpose of this research is to design a system for selecting the best chicken meat supplier and entering the most goods at the supermarket.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs at PT. Bengkel Sehat, namely the company does not have a system for recruiting employees with accurate data, in the manual process it is preceded by an administrative selection of application files from prospective workers, this selection is selected by comparing application files between prospective workers according to the criteria. Frequent errors in inputting assessment data and calculating values ​​based on the dimensions set at PT. Healthy Workshop. PT. Healthy Workshop does not use the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods in making decisions in hiring employees. The system design uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The computer specifications used are at least dual core, 4GB RAM and 120 Gb Hard Drive. The method used in designing this application is blackbox testing. Black box testing is a test that is carried out only by observing the results of execution through test data and checking the functionality of the software. The results of this study are to minimize errors in inputting prospective employee assessment data, to reduce the risk of errors in assessing prospective employee data and implementing a decision support system using the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. provide users with a more accurate decision value.

Abstract

In this study, the authors propose a process of increasing accuracy in Naïve Bayes with a combination of feature selection using the gain ratio and Relief-F methods. The cause of the less than optimal accuracy in Naïve Bayes compared to other classification methods is due to the less significant influence of features and the relatively low percentage of influence of data in determining the class of new data. The Gain Ratio and Relief-F methods are used to select features that have a poor correlation with the data being tested. The test of the proposed method is to compare the accuracy obtained from the Naïve Bayes method without using feature selection with Naïve Bayes using Gain Ratio and Relief-F feature selection. The test results obtained were the proposed Gain Ratio and Relief-F methods, the gain ratio method did not increase while the Relief-F method was able to increase the classification accuracy of naïve Bayes with an increase obtained of 0.2928% when compared to the Naïve Bayes test without feature selection.

Abstract

A certificate accompanying a diploma is a document that contains information about academic achievements from higher education with a degree, so that it is hoped that it will produce quality graduate students who can be accepted in society and the world of work in the future. From the results of a survey by researchers, currently Pelita Indonesia tertiary institutions are still applying manual certificate companion certificates (SKPI). Therefore the researchers aim to help simplify the process of SKPI data by using web-based information system design and Android mobile. The design design model uses the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) and implements the Development Life Cycle System (SDLC). It is hoped that this application can help students and academics in processing SKPI.

Abstract

In Sidorejo Hilir Village, there is an outlet that sells MSME food and beverage products which are managed by the lurah office staff, in the process of recording sales, purchases and stock of goods is still done manually or written into a book, which often results in incorrect recording of inventory. as well as sales and purchase reports. The method used is observation, interviews and literature methods to complete the data needed in compiling the Final Project. For this reason, a sales and purchasing information system is needed that can assist staff in recording sales reports and inventory reports, so that they are faster, more efficient and effective.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial management in boarding houses by designing and implementing a Cash Receipt Information System. Kos Rainbow is selected as a case study due to the complexity of managing cash receipts from various sources, such as room rent, additional services, and deposits. The research methodology includes system requirement analysis, database design, application development, and implementation testing. Data obtained from interviews with the boarding house owner, direct observation, and documentation will be utilized to design a system tailored to specific needs. Anticipated benefits include improved time efficiency, reduced potential for human errors in cash receipt recording, and providing the boarding house owner with more accurate and real-time financial information for more timely decision-making. The implementation of this cash receipt information system is expected to create better financial governance, enhance the quality of services to boarders, and assist boarding house owners in making strategic decisions related to financial management.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the efficiency of fixed asset management at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Belawan Medan Branch through the implementation of a Fixed Asset Information System. The primary focus involves system requirement analysis, database design, and application development to optimize the maintenance and management of the organization's fixed assets. Data is obtained through interviews with relevant staff, observation of current processes, and analysis of internal documents. The research methodology encompasses the development of a system that can effectively monitor, record, and report information related to fixed assets. It is anticipated that the implementation of this system will improve the accuracy of asset tracking, reduce the potential for data loss, and provide a better understanding of the condition and utilization of fixed assets, thereby supporting more informed decision-making at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Belawan Medan Branch level.

Abstract

Generasi Bintang School (Genbi) is one of the schools that implements teacher performance assessment to ensure a quality learning process for all students and to determine teacher promotion. The obstacle is that this assessment process is very complicated, if done manually, it takes a long time and is prone to errors in the assessment report or recap along with other data reports. This makes teacher performance appraisals ineffective. Based on the problems that occur, the author created a Teacher Performance Appraisal Information System to facilitate data collection, data search, assessment process, and report making. The research method carried out is a field study including observation and interviews, as well as conducting literature studies. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that agencies need a new system to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the teacher performance appraisal process.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 as it is today, there has been a rapid development in the field of technology in various countries including in Indonesia itself. The development of technology in computer networks caused a rapid increase in the field of telecommunications marked by the emergence of the internet. This technological advancement requires agencies to follow technological developments and continue to improve their ability to manage data and information. Villages as the smallest part of the administrative government system in Indosenia, are required to be able to follow technological developments and continue to improve their ability to manage population administration data. Public services in Balohili Gomo Village include all services in the village or village such as the administrative field that serves the community in making a letter or other mail carrier. There are many types of public services in the village, especially in making correspondence and other matters related to the community in a village and in its implementation it is still not neatly organized, making it difficult to find letters needed by the community. Designing an administrative information system at the Balohili Gomo Village office is one of the objectives of this study.
