Abstract

The success of village government leaders in influencing their village apparatus, one ofwhich can be determined by the leadership style used. The more the leadership style usedis favored by subordinates, the easier it is for leaders to influence and mobilizesubordinates. So that leaders can move their subordinates to achieve predeterminedorganizational goals. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of autocratic,democratic and leissez faire leadership styles on improving the performance of villageofficials in the Boyolangu District Area both simultaneously and partially. The resultsshowed that simultaneously (simultaneously) the autocratic, democratic, and laissez faireleadership style variables had a positive and significant effect on improving theperformance of village officials in Boyolangu District, Tulungagung. This is evidencedby the value of Fcount (361.619) greater than Ftable (2.38) or Fsig (0.000) < α (0.05).Autocratic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on improving theperformance of village officials in Boyolangu District, Tulungagung. This is evidencedby the value of tcount (3.818) greater than ttable (2.72) or tsig (0.000) less than α (0.05).Democratic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on improving theperformance of village officials in Boyolangu District, Tulungagung. This is evidencedby the tcount value (6.486) is greater than the ttable (2.72) or tsig (0.000) is smaller thanα (0.05). The laissez faire leadership style has a positive and significant effect onimproving the performance of village officials in Boyolangu District, Tulungagung. Thisis evidenced by the value of tcount (3.332) greater than ttable (2.72) or tsig (0.001)smaller than α (0.05). Democratic leadership style has the most dominant influencecompared to other independent variables. This is evidenced by the amount of Partial Rfor the democratic leadership style variable has the greatest value compared to othervariables (autocratic leadership style = 0.389, democratic = 0.582, and laissez faire =0.345).

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses the effect of work motivation (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Nganjuk Branch. The sampling technique in the study used non probability sampling techniques or saturated samples. So the number of samples used in this study are all employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Nganjuk Branch as many as 43 people. The independent variables of this research are work motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance as the dependent variable. Based on what has been done, it shows that the Work Motivation variable has a significant effect on employee performance partially with a sig. t 0,004 <0,05 and the organizational commitment variable has a significant effect on employee performance partially with a sig. t 0,046 <0,05. For the F test, work motivation and organizational commitment variables have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously with a significance value 0.000 <0,05.

Abstract

It is common knowledge that education is linked to unemployment, particularly among educated workers, despite expectations that good education can provide human resources of high quality. Entrepreneurship education is one of the factors that has a substantial impact on students' entrepreneurial interest, according to Lestari and Wijaya (2012). In order to determine how much the factors that influence entrepreneurial interest in students at the Faculty of Economics at Tulungagung University influence that interest, the author will conduct this research using quantitative research methods. The population of this study consists of 74 students from the Tulungagung University's Faculty of Economics, including 40 males and 34 women. According to the author's research findings, income expectations, family environment, and entrepreneurship education do not interact. Students at Tulungagung University's Faculty of Economics have an increased interest in entrepreneurship as a result of receiving entrepreneurial education. The family environment has a favorable impact on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Tulungagung University's Faculty of Economics. Income expectations have no favorable impact on Tulungagung University's Faculty of Economics students' motivation in starting their own business. Abstract

The research that the researchers took was related to compensation, leadership style, and motivation for performance at UD. Surya Manalagi Kediri. This study aims to know and explain about compensation, motivational leadership style for employee performance at UD. Surya Manalagi Kediri. Descriptive Quantitative is a method that researchers use. Employees at UD. Surya Manalagi Kediri as the object that the researchers took. The data processing that researchers use includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests through t tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficients of determination. The results obtained are a positive and relevant influence on compensation on employee performance which is shown by a sig value of 0.045<0.05, leadership style has a positive influence on teacher performance shown a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05, motivation has a significant positive effect on UD employee performance. Surya Manalagi Kediri is indicated with a sig value of 0.001<0.05. Keywords: compensation, leadership style, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of the variable perceived service quality on repurchase intentions which is moderated by the variable student satisfaction at the IT Mart Supermarket at Tulungagung University. The sample in this study were some students who shopped at the IT Mart supermarket at Tulungagung University, the number was 100 students and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data obtained through primary data by distributing questionnaires. Analysis was performed using multilevel regression analysis. The results showed that the perceived service quality variable had an effect on repurchase intentions. Perceived service quality variable and satisfaction variable together influence repurchase intention. The perceived service quality variable influences repurchase intention through satisfaction as a moderating variable for IT Mart supermarkets at Tulungagung University. The implications for IT Mart supermarket managers at Tulungagung University can develop marketing strategies to improve the quality of service to their consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance Through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol, Tulungagung Regency. To manage HR efficiently and effectively, organizations must pay attention to each individual through human resource management. The organization ensures the effective and efficient use of human talent to achieve organizational goals. This research is an explanatory research. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol, Tulungagung Regency. The population in this study were teachers and staff at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. Emotional intelligence on employee performance through job satisfaction at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung.
