Abstract

This study discusses various approaches used in the development of the Islamic Education Curriculum (PAI) and its urgency in improving the quality of learning. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics, advantages, and relevance of each approach to the needs of contemporary Islamic education. The research method used is a literature study with descriptive analysis of the literature related to the development of the PAI curriculum. The results of the study show that there are five main approaches in the development of the PAI curriculum, namely the academic subject approach, humanistic approach, technological approach, social reconstruction approach, and competency-based approach. These approaches are considered to be able to serve as a basis for educators in designing a more meaningful and contextual curriculum. The existence of the PAI curriculum plays a strategic role as a guideline for achieving the goals of Islamic education, namely exploring human potential in accordance with Islamic law. However, the PAI curriculum still faces various problems, such as monotonous learning models, overlapping material, and a lack of relevance to the social context of students. Therefore, the selection and combination of the right approaches is very important so that the PAI curriculum can be implemented effectively and adaptively in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) in energy metabolism and cell stability through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Coenzyme Q10 is an essential component in the electron transport chain in mitochondria that plays a role in the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) as the main energy source of cells. In addition, CoQ10 also has antioxidant activity that can protect cells from damage due to oxidative stress. The method used in this study is SLR by analyzing two relevant scientific articles, namely those discussing the physiological and pharmaceutical aspects of CoQ10. The results of the study indicate that CoQ10 has a dual role, namely as an energy producer and cell protector. In the pharmaceutical context, the use of a liposome-based delivery system has been shown to increase the stability and bioavailability of CoQ10. A critical analysis of both articles shows that the integration of biological approaches and pharmaceutical technology is crucial to optimize the benefits of CoQ10. Thus, this study provides a comprehensive understanding of the importance of coenzyme Q10 in life and its potential in the development of coenzyme-based therapies in the health sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze regional tax management from the perspective of social justice and accountability. Regional taxes are a primary source of Regional Original Income (PAD) and play a crucial role in financing development and public services. However, in practice, regional tax management still faces various obstacles, such as low taxpayer compliance, a lack of transparency, and weak oversight. This study used a qualitative approach with library research, analyzing various relevant literature sources, such as scientific journals, books, and official documents. The results indicate that social justice and accountability are two key interrelated principles in regional tax management. Social justice emphasizes the proportional distribution of the tax burden according to community capacity, while accountability emphasizes government transparency and accountability in managing tax funds. The implementation of these two principles can increase public trust and encourage taxpayer compliance. Therefore, improvements are needed through digitalization of the tax system, strengthening oversight, and developing policies oriented toward social justice. Thus, regional tax management is expected to be effective, fair, and accountable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of validation and verification of socioeconomic and household data on the quality of the 2026 National Socioeconomic Survey (SUSENAS) results at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Mandailing Natal Regency. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants involved in the SUSENAS implementation, observations of the quality control process, and a review of guideline documents and survey implementation reports. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and thematic conclusion drawing using triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that validation acts as an initial screening mechanism to ensure the completeness, consistency, and logical fairness of data through automated systems and manual checks. Meanwhile, verification serves as a confirmation stage through rechecking and clarification of key variables. Both processes contribute significantly to improving the accuracy, consistency, reliability, and credibility of the SUSENAS results. The effectiveness of validation and verification is influenced by human resource competency, technological support, internal coordination, and the geographic conditions of the work area. This study confirms that strengthening quality control mechanisms is a strategic factor in ensuring the quality of socioeconomic statistics at the regional level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) to accelerate business licensing at the Mandailing Natal Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP). The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to in-depth describe the OSS implementation mechanism, supporting and inhibiting factors, and its effectiveness in accelerating licensing services. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the OSS has significantly changed the licensing service system from a manual pattern to an integrated digital-based system. Issuance of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for low-risk businesses can be done more quickly than the previous system. However, the acceleration of services is not fully optimal for medium- and high-risk businesses because they still require fulfillment of commitments and additional technical verification. Supporting factors for OSS implementation include regulatory support, apparatus commitment, availability of infrastructure, and increased awareness of business actors. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited internet networks, national system disruptions, low public digital literacy, and administrative constraints. Overall, OSS has contributed to the acceleration of business licensing in Mandailing Natal Regency, but still requires optimization in technical aspects and increasing the capacity of service users.
