Abstract

Quality culture is an assessment system of an organization that produces an environmental condition that is conducive to the formation of continuous improvement in terms of quality. Quality culture is the key to achieving excellence in educational quality, in relation to the strategy for developing a quality culture in improving superior quality at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Institutions in Indonesia. This research uses a type of library research research by collecting data and information with the help of various materials contained in the literature (books) with relevant research results. The research results show that developing a culture of quality is an important aspect in educational institutions as the main key to success in optimal and sustainable learning outcomes in improving quality. Teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure, and learning programs are also a culture of quality that must be planned well. By paying attention to curriculum aspects, the madrasa teaching profession can continue to improve superior quality in developing a culture of quality education in Indonesia. The role of all stakeholders is also important in the success of improving a quality culture, this is because solidarity and work discipline are the main roles in building a good institution. Challenges that arise in improving the superior quality of quality culture in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah institutions are seen from the leadership of principals, educators, involvement of parents, and the community in building cooperation in the process of developing a sustainable quality culture.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of picture story media and the results of the application of picture story media in fifth-grade Bahasa Indonesia learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research uses qualitative methods with data sources from interviews and observations. The data obtained was then analyzed to obtain a general picture of the application of picture story media in fifth-grade Bahasa Indonesia learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Falah. The results of the research show that there are changes experienced by students after being taught picture story media. These changes can be seen from an increase in the quality of student learning, students become more receptive to the material presented by the teacher and can stimulate students’ imaginations to think creatively during the ongoing learning process. So that teachers get choices in carrying out the Bahasa Indonesia learning process.

Abstract

An independent curriculum continues the direction of previous curriculum development. This independent curriculum is based on project-based learning (PjBL). In this learning, students need their soft skills to optimally fulfill and complete the level of class activities. The focus of the problem in this research is the actualization of an independent curriculum based on Project Learning (PjBL) in developing students' soft skills at SDI Al Hadad Kedungjambe Singgahan Tuban. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study type of research. This research uses observation methods, structured interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the actualization of the independent curriculum based on project-based learning (PjBL) in developing students' soft skills at SDI Al Hadad, namely the new independent curriculum, will be implemented in the 2022-2023 academic year and has only been implemented in classes I and IV. This independent curriculum contains the main pillars of educational policy guidelines, namely the Pancasila lesson profile, which consists of six dimensions, including a) faith, devotion to God Almighty, b) global diversity, c) cooperation, d) independence, e) critical reasoning, and f) creativity. The independent curriculum implements project-based learning (PjBL). This is to discover how independent and creative the students are in developing the soft skills they possess internally and externally. Supporting factors include: institutional readiness for implementing an independent curriculum based on project-based learning (PjBL), the active role of students, the creativity of students, and the creativity of teachers in learning that implements an independent curriculum based on project-based learning (PjBL). while the inhibiting factors are: Limited educators in teaching the independent curriculum, limited references at the institution, and time management arrangements.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that an analysis of the quality of the questions on the examination test had never been carried out. The purpose of writing this thesis is to determine the level of difficulty, differentiating power, and distractors of questions on odd UAS class III theme 1 growth and development of living things. The method used in this research is concurrent embedded with qualitative methods as the primary method while quantitative methods are secondary. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation from school principals, teachers and administrative staff. Research results: 1) In terms of level of difficulty, there are 5 questions in the easy classification, 5 questions in the medium classification, and 5 questions in the difficult classification. 2) In terms of excellent discriminating power, there are 2 questions, 3 questions with good discriminating power, 0 questions with good discriminating power, 8 questions with poor discriminating power, and questions with poor discriminating power. Once there are 2 questions. In terms of level of difficulty there are 5 questions in the easy classification, 5 questions in the medium classification, and 5 questions in the difficult classification. 3) In terms of distractors, the questions in the very good classification are 2 question items located in question numbers 8 and 12. The question items in the good classification are 5 question items located in the numbers 3, 5, 7, 10, and 15. The question items in There are 6 questions in the poor classification located at numbers 1, 4, 6, 9, 11, and 13. There are 2 questions in the poor classification at numbers 2 and 12.

Abstract

As an effort to build student characteristics, this is by implementing a project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile and student profilerahmatan night alamin (P5-P2RA) for MI Salafiyah Bangilan students. It is hoped that with this project students will get the opportunity to learn and develop the positive qualities needed to become good citizens, especially discipline and responsibility. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how effective these two profiles are. Data collected through observation, observation and understanding from various reference sources is a qualitative method in this research. From the results of research conducted on students at MI Salafiyah Bangilan, it shows that through the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile and Student ProfileRahmatan night Alamin (P5-P2RA) can form disciplined and responsible behavior in MI Salafiyah Bangilan students, because they have the opportunity to learn the values ​​or norms of Pancasila andrahmatan night alamin and apply it in the social environment in everyday life.
