Moderasi: Jurnal Kajian Kajian Islam merupakan jurnal internasional yang diterbitkan oleh Ikatan Dosen PTKIS Indonesia. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus melalui proses tinjauan double-blind. Jurnal ini menerima artikel penelitian dan non penelitian yang akan direview oleh paling sedikit 2 (dua) reviewer. Setelah naskah diserahkan melalui proses online, editor jurnal memeriksa naskah dan menentukan kesesuaiannya untuk tinjauan sejawat lengkap. Jika seleksi awal berhasil, naskah akan dikirim ke satu atau lebih peer reviewer. Dewan editorial jurnal kemudian akan mempertimbangkan laporan peer reviewer dan menyerahkan keputusan akhir untuk menerima atau menolak manuskrip untuk diterbitkan. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini sejak tahun 2021 adalah bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Islam entered the island of Java with the condition that the community already had a tradition. One tradition that still exists today is Kungkum Purnama in Kalicawang, Banjarpanepen Village, Sumpiuh, Banyumas District. The Kungkum Purnama tradition is carried out every year in the month of Sha'ban as a form of welcoming the month of Ramadan for Muslims. The implementation of the Kungkum Purnama tradition is followed by village communities who are not only Muslim, but also non-Muslim communities or beliefs. It is undeniable that the Muslim millennial generation is one of the inheritors of tradition. This study aims to describe the response of the Muslim millennial generation to the kungkum full moon tradition. In its implementation, the researcher uses qualitative research methods, the type of field research. Data collection was done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Kungkum Purnama tradition is a form of acculturation of Islam with Banyumasan culture, which contains social and religious values, namely the symbols of Islam, to welcome Ramadan, friendship, and clean oneself. The response of the Muslim millennial generation shows their views on the kungkum full moon tradition. From a religious point of view, the practice of the full moon kungkum tradition on the other hand contains teachings that are contrary to Islamic teachings. From a cultural point of view, the full moon kungkum tradition is a local tradition and a tourist attraction that needs to be preserved. From a social point of view, the kungkum full moon tradition contains the values of cooperation, mutual cooperation, and togetherness.

Abstract

Consumption activities are part of a very important economic activity. Islamic studies of consumption are very important, so that someone is careful in using wealth or shopping. A country may have abundant wealth, but if the wealth is not regulated properly and the benefits are measured, then welfare will fail. To be able to implement the values of consumption in Islam, it is necessary to understand through the study of consumption ethics in an Islamic perspective. The writing method uses descriptive analysis and sources of writing using promer data sources taken through books, journals and other literature relevant to writing this scientific work. This paper offers about the ethics of consumption in Islam in accordance with the principles suggested in Islamic Sharia

Abstract

Investment is a form of commitment to be able to hold a number of funds with the aim of obtaining a number of benefits (profits) and benefits (benefits) in the future. However, there are still investments as a means of collecting funds from the public with products and business activities that do not comply with the standards of government regulations, and do not even meet sharia compliance standards. Sharia compliance, which is in accordance with sharia principles in investing, is important as a guide for the community. Investment activities explicitly or implicitly are contained in a number of verses of the Qur'an and the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. Where in every investment activity that does not contain elements of haram, gharar, maysir, usury, tadlis, talaqqī al-rukban, ghabn, darar, rishwah, immorality and zulm. Furthermore, the Islamic Capital Market, as one of the Islamic investment instruments, is experiencing significant growth. The current performance of the Islamic Capital Market is in dire need of sustainability investment efforts in dealing with various forms of disruptive innovation management that are increasingly developing with various flagship products and excellent services. The birth of disruptive innovation provides easy accessibility and relatively more affordable costs for the user community. On this side, disruptive innovation is a market development that has a good impact on society and an increase in economic value on the consumer and business side, this must also be in accordance with the values of compliance with sharia principles (sharia compliance).

Abstract

One of the pillars of marriage is a guardian. However, according to the Hanafi school, guardians are not in harmony, especially for widows. So there is a case in Balikpapan marriage of a widow without a guardian based on istinbath in the Hanafi School. What is the picture of the marriage and its relevance to marriage without a guardian according to the current context in Indonesia. Researchers use a qualitative approach by using is a case study. In case study research tries to see a case from several sources of data that can reveal the case. Agus and Imah's marriage without a guardian in Balikpapan cannot be justified in Indonesian marriage law, based on the Marriage Law and the KHI. Because the Indonesian government adheres to the Imam Syafii school of thought, which makes guardians a pillar of marriage. Suggestions for the Government to take action on the Marriage Law so that the Marriage Law can be revised again by accommodating the Hanafi School.

Abstract

This paper discusses "Nationalism in the perspective of Maqasid al-Shari'ah Law" by revealing the problems, namely: (1) How is nationalism in the Qur'an and Hadith, and (2) How is the basis of nationalism (hifdz al-wathan) in the view of maqasid al-syari'ah. Nationalism in the Qur'an is described by Allah Swt in surah Al-Baqarah: 126 about Abraham's love for his country by praying that the country is safe and peaceful and its people are blessed with abundant sustenance. Likewise, nationalism in the Hadith is described about the Prophet Muhammad who loved the land of Mecca and Medina. While the foundations of nationalism (hifdz al-wathan) in the view of maqasid al-syari'ah include: ideological basis, normative basis, psychological basis and sociological basis.

Abstract

Moderation of students in the midst of global developments is a challenge in itself. This of course really depends on the pattern of gender leadership in Islamic boarding schools. This article conducts an in-depth analysis of how the sociology of knowledge can detect the students who have been fostered in Islamic boarding schools, so that in the future they can provide enlightenment to themselves, their families, the people and the nation, so that they become social agents who are able to bring about social change that puts forward an understanding of Islam that is moderate. Moderate means here, of course, to avoid all forms of discrimination that cover socio-cultural aspects to religion. The practice in the discussion here focuses on gender issues in the Gender leadership pattern of Habib Saggaf bin Mahdi bin Sheikh Abu Bakar bin Salim at the Al- Ashriyya Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School Parung-Bogor. Pesantren in recent times has given a new face to Islamic studies, because the face of pesantren has received a stereotype (negative labeling) for its teachings related to fiqh which always discriminates against women (gender bias). Islam always protects the human rights of both men and women wherever they are, to be able to take part constructively in society. Likewise, Islam guarantees equality and equality of rights in terms of education, health, economy, legal protection, and political rights that enable them to lead and be led or vote and be elected. Through the sociology of knowledge, it is known that the role of Pondok Pesantren with its leadership pattern is a vital elan of santri in all the movements of their lives in the future. This article explains how to look at these two components.

Abstract

Social distancingin the new normal era in tasawwuf‟s perspective is very important to be offered and very suitable to be publicated because of three reasons, first, the social interactive attitude in tasawwuf‟s perspective is relevant with the requipment 0f social interactive in New Normal era. Second, for strategy of interaction in new normal era is not only for the world importance only (health), but also it has a long and goal in the future to get the happiness in hereafter. Third, strategy of social interaction that get source from religion doctrin will be received faster and it is very essy to be done. This research is qualitative descriptive research. This kind of research is library research, that is a set of activities about the metode of collecting library data, reading and writing and processing research material. The important of socialdistancing in daily interactions in tasawuf‟s perspective because of two reasons; first, the creature disturb concentration of worship. Second, creature cause the reward of worship losing. At realm of social distancing strategy in tasawwuf‟s perspective clarify human in two part; First, layman, second,holyman who needed by many people. For layman, he may not in the crowds except possitve assemblage, such as praying together or activity to find money or livehood for life. Whereas the holyman in second criteria may not live alone and avoid from social activites. Keep the continuity of social distancing, there are three things that must be looked; first, make our selves busy with the positive things at home. Second, we always remember the dangerous of interaction in the crowds condition. Third, we minimalize our dependence to other people.

Abstract

Muqaddimah (kata pengantar) dalam ceramah, pidato, surat, buku, atau topik apapun merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam karya. Muqoddimah tidak hanya berfungsi memberi identitas karya. Akan tetapi, muqaddimah juga dapat menyajikan gambaran umum isi dan meningkatkan minat masyarakat dalam membaca karya terkait. Terkadang kita lihat dalam sebuah karya baik tertulis ataupun diartikulasikan (diucapkan) antara kata pengantar (muqaddimah) dan isi tidak relevan. Oleh karenanya seorang penulis, pembicara, khatib, penyair yang handal harus dapat memperhatikan relevansi makna antara kata pembuka (muqaddimah) dan isi yang disampaikannya. Karenanya seorang penulis atau pembicara dapat dikatakan gagal atau belum dikatakan seorang penulis yang ulung atau pembicara yang profesional atau berkualitas, jika ia tidak dapat merelevansikan antara kata pengantar yang menarik dan tujuan penulisan atau pembicaraan. Intinya muqaddimah harus disajikan dengan singkat padat, jelas dengan bahasa yang kuat, baik dan menarik serta tidak lari dari isi. Karena muqaddimah yang menarik dapat menarik perhatian kepada pembaca atau pendengar untuk terus menyempurnakan bacaannya atau melanjutkan pendengarannya sampai tuntas. Dalam sebuah tulisan surat saja contohnya memiliki pilar-pilar yang harus dipenuhi agar pesan bisa sampai kepada pembaca dengan baik. Dilihat dari masa kemasa (masa Jahiliyah, masa Rasulullah, khulafaurrosyidin, dinasti Abbasiya, dinasti umawiyah dan seterusnya) gaya bahasa muqaddimah memiliki ciri khas dan karakter sendir. Boleh diakui sampai saat ini dari sisi tulisan kata pemula (muqaddimah) dalam tulisan yang paling indah ada didalam Al-Qur’an Al-Karim. Banyak pertanyaan yang muncul dibenak kita, diantaranya,‘’ Bagaiman standarisasi sebuah pengantar yang dianggap baik, atau memenuhi syarat menurut para pakar??’’ dan ‘’Apakah muqaddimah bersifat baku, atau mengalami perubahan?’’ Artikel ini akan menjawab dan menguraikan tentang rukun-rukun dalam sebuan tulisan yang bernilai sastra, syarat syarat keindahan muqaddimah (kata pengantar) yang memiliki relevansi yang kuat pada isi tulisannya, baik dalam bahasa narasi (natsr), dan sajak (nadham) yang terurai dalam bentuk surat menyurat, khutbah, dan syair.
