Abstract

Absensi sekolah untuk menandai kehadiran siswa umumnya masih di lakukan secara manual Tidak terkecuali pada sistem kehadiran siswa, dimana hal ini sangat rentan khususnya para guru karena informasi tentang kehadiran bisa saja dimanipulasi oleh siswa atau kecurangan baik dari pihak manapun siswa maupun guru, Oleh karena itu, sistem ini dirancang dan dibuat dengan tujuan mengurangi atau menghilangkan masalah-masalah tersebut dan itu diperlukan penanganan untuk mengatasi kesalahan dengan merancang sebuah Sistem aplikasi absensi berbasis android dengan memanfaatkan QR Code sebagai alat bantu untuk menandai Kehadiran siswa. Di mana jauh lebih praktis dan dapat menyampaikan informasi dengan cepat dan respon yang cepat juga. dalam pengembangan sistem absensi Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall yang dimulai dari tahap analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan dukungan. Sedangkan pengumpulan data beberapa metode dalam proses yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dan untuk Metode pengujian sistem menggunakan blackbox testing. dengan desain perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). dan dapat dibuat kesimpulan dari sistem kehadiran siswa menggunakan Qr code di SMK Negeri 3 Lubuklinggau ini sangat membantu siswa dalam melakukan proses absensi kehadiran dan memudahkan siswa atau guru dalam proses belajar.

Abstract

Bima is an acronym for Research and Community Service Information Base. So that currently there has never been an evaluation of the performance of the website. Making it easy to find out which information sites are intended for from this research is a measurement of the usefulness of the website for sending proposals, reporting on the progress of activities, and online-based research results. The purpose of the study was to obtain user satisfaction and to obtain results from a questionnaire that affected the performance of the Ministry of Education and Culture's bima website. Measure the performance of the Ministry of Education and Culture's bima website by analyzing website performance, interaction and website users on user satisfaction. Analysis of the performance of this website is carried out through several stages, namely data collection with user satisfaction results. Then analyze the System Usability Scale method site by preparing a questionnaire based on the dimensions of the System Usability Scale to support the research. The research conducted observations, literature studies and surveys as the most influential data collection in building website performance satisfaction for the Ministry of Education and Culture's bima users is the information provided. Abstract

Public complaints are an important element in government agencies, because complaints aim to improve the shortcomings of activities that have been carried out by the government. Public complaints in Tanjung Dalam Village have not been fully published, so people are confused about where to complain. The method used in this study is the Weighted Product. This method is a Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) method to determine priorities or rankings. The conclusion of this research is that this Public Complaint Service Application can be used as a medium to complain about events experienced by the Tanjung Dalam Village community in responding to public complaints more effectively and efficiently than the manual method. Abstract

A website is beneficial for everyone in various aspects, especially in the world of work. Software quality assurance is one of the activities that use information technology in the world of work. PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, commonly known as PT Pusri, is a subsidiary of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). IT Service & Business Partner department is one of the departments that has an important role, such as managing all activities related to networking, computerization, and digital transformation. One of the websites created by IT Department is TKNO website. It is necessary to conduct a quality evaluation to create a high-quality website. This study aims to determine the quality of TKNO website using ISO 9126 standards and characteristics that have been adapted to the methods of TKNO website. The technique used in the measurement is different for each aspect tested so that it produces a value on the functionality aspect worth 3 (sufficient), usability aspects worth 0.89 (good), efficiency aspects worth 84.5% (good), and portability aspects worth 5 (very good).

Abstract

Rumah Pangan Kita( RPK) merupakan outlet penjualan pangan pokok kepunyaan warga yang dibina oleh Perum Bulog. Perum Bulog menyediakan layanan aplikasi untuk anggota RPK yang bernama RPK Mobile. Kendala yang dihadapi anggota RPK pada aplikasi ini berupa produk yang dijual tidak menampilkan gambar, stok produk jarang diperbarui, dan keluhan lama ditanggapi. Layanan aplikasi perlu diukur untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction( EUCS). Tata cara EUCS terdiri atas 5 variabel leluasa ialah isi, akurasi, wujud, kemudahan pemakaian serta ketepatan waktu dan satu variabel terikat ialah kepuasan. Penelitian ini akan di lakukan di Perum Bulog Palembang dan terdiri dari 92 responden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data menggunakan questioner yang akan di bagikan melalui google form dan mendukung hasil riset informasi kuantitatif digunakan perlengkapan uji statistik, yang salah satunya merupakan pemakaian program SPSS 25

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini, peneliti memvisualisasikan data kependudukan untuk wilayah kecamatan Kertapati di kota Palembang. Dimana data kependudukan diolah dengan tool Tableau publik dan digunakan untuk melihat hasil pola visual pada data kependudukan berdasarkan pekerjaan, jenis kelamin, dan usia, serta penduduk penerima manfaat dari bantuan sosial Dinas Kota Palembang. Tableau Public Tools merupakan perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menggambarkan kumpulan data dalam bentuk wawasan pengambilan keputusan, dan digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam pengambilan keputusan organisasi. Luaran yang menggunakan alat Tableau Public dilakukan untuk memvisualisasikan data dalam bentuk dashboard grafis berdasarkan pola data demografi seperti pekerjaan, jenis kelamin, usia dan populasi pada kesejahteraan yang bisa oeh pihak terkait untuk mengambil keputsan dari analisis data yang ditampilkan berupa dashboard. Dashboard yang berisikan informasi dan grafik berdasarkan attribut data penduduk tersebut berguna untuk dijadikan bahan evaluasi dalam mengelola data kependudukan oleh pihak Kecamatan Kertapati Palembang.   Kata kunci— Dashboard, Penduduk, Tableau, Visualisasi

Abstract

In selecting the best supplier in PT. Senjaya Rejekimas still has several obstacles, such as the assessment of each supplier is still done manually, which causes the assessment process to be less accurate and inefficient. In addition, to obtain or find out information on the results of selecting the best supplier, it takes quite a long time, because you have to re-enter the value of each supplier into Microsoft Excel and make value pranks manually. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and literature study. The decision- making method used by the author is SAW, while the system development method used is the SDLC method with UML design tools. Implementation of the program using the PHP programming language with MySQL database. Decision support systems can be used to facilitate the school in managing data, presenting information, generating reports and reducing errors in calculating values and getting accurate supplier ranking results and the application of the SAW method can improve the quality of decision making in selecting the best supplier. Based on the results of research conducted at PT. Senjaya Rejekimas got the best supplier value according to the ranking, namely PT Mitra Bangun Serasi with a value of 4.33.

Abstract

SIMPONI implementation in the learning system can help the teaching and learning process at STMIK MDP. Measurements using Usability emphasize aspects of effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction. This study aims to determine the level of SIMPONI usability and evaluate the use of SIMPONI as a support in the learning process in Higher Education. The instrument used in this measurement is to use the USE Questionnaire containing usefulness (U), Ease of use (EOU), Ease of Learning (EOL) and Satisfaction (S) variables. Each of these variables will be broken down into a package of statements in a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The test was carried out using statistical calculations with SPPS application tools and number processing applications (excel). Data in this study were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 259 respondents consisting of students and lecturers. The results of this study are the SIMPONI usability level and the SIMPONI evaluation, overall the SIMPONI usability level is 83.5% and is included in the "Very Eligible" category. Abstract

The problem in this study is that students still have difficulty in choosing a boarding house based on the criteria for the rental price of the boarding house, available facilities, security and cleanliness. The purpose of this study is to determine the selection of boarding houses using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method. The research method used is a type of quantitative research that is descriptive. The data collection techniques used are unstructured interviews and questionnaires using the Guttman scale. The system development method uses waterfall and the testing uses black box testing. Abstract

The processing of academic data is increasing day by day. In this case, school operators need an application that can support academic data processing and produce information needed by the school administration. There are two applications that mostly used by the school administrations. These two applications are word and excel. Unfortunately, word and excel didn't help a lot. The operation administrations still need to process the data academic manually. In 2014, the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia has finally issued an e-report application. This application is made for the needs of managing student report cards, biodata, grades, attendance and student transfer sheets, where the features are in accordance with the needs of the school. However, this application has a weakness. This application is too focused on report cards, thus forgetting the important role of the principal. In this application, features for principals such as teacher data information and student data information are less specific. As a result, when the principal needs more specific information, then the academic processing department will find it difficult to get the data information. To solve this problem, the researcher built an academic application using the prototype method. This method was used because it involves the users to participate in application development. The result of this study is a web-based academic application that has a mobile web feature, where there are new features for principals, teachers and students that are not available in the e-report application.
