Abstract

In Law Number 31 of 2009, MKG information has a strategic role in improving the safety of life and property, the economy, as well as defense, and security. Therefore, the management of MKG data is important so that the implementation of MKG is not hampered. Following up on this, BMKG implemented E-Government by developing an integrated, centralized, online data management system and facilitating data access called the BMKGSoft System. In its implementation, various problems indicate an irregularity in the implementation of the BMKGSoft system. This study aims to audit the governance of the BMKGsoft database application using the COBIT 2019 framework with the MEA01, MEA02, and MEA03 domains to see how far the performance of the BMKGsoft application has been achieved. Performing a GAP analysis on the performance of the BMKGsoft database application system and designing recommendations for improvement so that the application can be utilized. The results of this study MEA01, MEAO2, and MEA03 obtained level 4 (Predictable Process) in capability and maturity level. It can be said to have implemented IT processes to achieve its objectives, it is well defined, and its performance (quantitatively) can be measured against the defined attributes. Furthermore, suggestions and improvements are given to combining several frameworks in conducting further research for comparison.

Abstract

CV Ridho Jaya Brother is engaged in the procurement of materials, performs its financial activities manually, is recorded in a ledger which is limited to recording income and expenses without using an account so that it does not have financial reports based on actual accounting. This causes financial activities to be vulnerable to cases of theft of funds, inaccurate financial reports, not on time, so that the results cannot be compared from year to year to see an increase or decrease in profit. The research objective is to design a financial information system that is integrated with financial data, in the form of a financial information system website in the field of Material Procurement at CV Ridho Jaya Brother. The system development method uses the waterfall method starting from communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment.. The results of the design of the financial website program code are implemented using HTML, PHP, Javascript, and CSS. The results of the financial system products on CV Ridho Jaya Broter were very helpful and facilitate their financial activities, where financial managers can easily record transactions, have broad access so that they can be done anywhere, financial reports are accurate, timely and quickly obtained, and make financial reports as a source of information. basis for future decisions

Abstract

Through the Design and Build of a Web-Based Retribution Receipt Information System, it is able to provide a controlled and well-managed system by the Palembang City Transportation Service, especially in the south parking zone and north parking zone. The purpose of this study was to identify and identify the Retribution Receipt at the points of the web-based south parking zone and north parking zone at the transportation service of Palembang City. The system development method that will be used in this research is Waterfall, with a systematic approach, starting from the system requirements stage and then heading to the analysis, design, coding, testing/verification, and maintenance stages. This research can help the Department of Transportation in receiving retribution and help manage financial reports effectively and with the application or Web-Based Retribution Receipt Information System at the Palembang City Transportation Office, it can assist the agency in overcoming problems that occurred previously and increase effectiveness in managing financial statements.

Abstract

Banana horn (Musa corniculata) is widely used as a food ingredient. In general, bananas are suitable to be processed into food group dishes. Bananas are very much needed in the domestic market as well as the international market. Therefore, to increase the selling value of horn bananas, quality standards must be maintained. Based on this problem, a system for classifying ripe bananas was carried out using RGB and HSV colors and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Classifying determines image processing using matlab software and the preparation of the classification system is divided into 4 classes, namely raw, half cooked, ripe and overcooked. The results of the study found that it was necessary to improve the quality standard of horn bananas. And the data carried out in this study contained 634 data divided into 506 training data and 128 test data. From this study, the accuracy obtained is 89% with more classification results of test data, namely 128 by obtaining accurate classification results as many as 114 and 14 data obtaining inaccurate classification results. Abstract

There must be changes made to the system being used in order for it to be more effective and efficient if we are to increase the level of quality health care for the common people. Collection of data is crucial for the society as a whole's health care system. With the presence of information retrieval, certain information can be uncovered to support a process of public health care that can address any need for public health information. As the sole facility for providing healthcare services, Muhammadiah Palembang C type Hospital is located on Jl. A. Yani 13 in the nearby village of Ulu II in the city of Palembang. The system's performance in maintaining outpatient patient in Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang is less than optimal because outpatient data is still collected manually. Many problems that people face in their homes include problems with input, data expansion, and the occurrence of duplicate patient files, making data processing less effective and efficient. This can hinder the course of reports and smoothness in terms of service to patients. Because of this issue, it is necessary to develop a software application that can assist sick households, specifically in the administration of raw land, as well as in the reduction of costs associated with raw land, as well as in providing convenience in obtaining relevant, accurate, and timely information.

Abstract

The classification of leaf diseases in amaranth plants provides a promising step towards sustainable food security in agriculture. Production Costs can also be significantly increased if plant diseases are not detected and cured in the early stages. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is an algorithm that can classify the types of diseases in spinach leaves. The image was taken using a smartphone as many as 1426 images divided into 3 classes. The class in this study represented 2 types of diseases in spinach leaf plants, namely hollow disease, and rust disease. This study proposes a classification of diseases in the leaves of amaranth plants based on the texture features of the Grey Level Co-occurrence Matrix. then carried out the classification of amaranth leaf disease using the support vector machine (svm) method. The results of the experiment successfully classified between hollow spinach leaf disease and rust spinach leaf disease using the Support Vector Machine (SVM), the correct recognition rate of the training data was 54.6293 percent, and the correct recognition rate of the image test was 57.2614percent. Abstract

Nowadays, the state of the digital world is now experiencing a very rapid development of technological sophistication today, for example in the business world. The presence and development of digital services today makes every transaction activity, be it sales, marketing, and promotion of products and services, can be done online or digitally. In south Sumatra, especially in the city of Palembang, digital service business actors who are just starting a business are very unlikely to get consumers who choose the digital services they offer. And sometimes people find it difficult to find the digital services they need. With this, the researcher intends to design and build a website-based freelance marketplace information system to bring together service providers with service users in the digital world. The research method used is a prototype method which includes Communication, Planning Quickly, Modeling Design Quickly, Forming Prototypes, Handing Over Systems and Reciprocity. This website will be built using php programming language using codeigneter 3 framework and connected to MYSQL database.

Abstract

Based on data stated by the Ministry of Communication and Information, the level of use of mobile devices and the internet in Indonesia is very high. One application of mobile device technology is in the body health monitoring system. This health care monitoring system will help people monitor their health conditions to prevent and control chronic diseases and allow the medical team to monitor and assist when needed. In this study, a health prediction model and mhealth application were developed using one of the machine learning techniques, namely Naïve Bayes. Mhealth which has been integrated with machine learning can determine the possibility of individuals being healthy, moderately healthy, less healthy, and unhealthy. The body health prediction information data sent are in the form of body temperature, heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, respiration, and saturation, which are then displayed on a smartphone. With the help of the Health detection app, an individual can find out and deal with it at an early stage, to prevent the situation from getting worse

Abstract

This Research aims to design a Customer Registration Application for PT. Indonesia Comnet Plus SBU Palembang as a place for customers to register, upgrade installation and make it easier for admins to manage data. Therefore, the authors designed a mobile-based application design that can be used flexibly. This application is designed to use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) language to describe the system designed and make it easier to visualize the system designed by the author using a web-based application, namely Figma to design the user interface of the application. This application was developed using the waterfall method where this method provides an ordered and systematic picture. This application design is expected to help PT. Abstract

Abstark Saat ini masyarakat masih kesulitan mencari tenaga kerja atau tukang yang dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada di rumah mereka dengan instan, cepat, terpercaya dan murah, yang dimaksudkan adalah jasa tenaga kerja tukang yang bisa memberikan pelayanan jasa bukan hanya membangun atau memperbaiki suatu bangunan, tetapi juga bisa melakukan pelayanan seperti memperbaiki atap rumah, jasa pengecatan, jasa perbaikan dapur, kamar mandi, jasa pemasangan keramik, pengerjaan plafon, pintu dan juga jendela, pekerjaan pipa dan lain sebagainya. Jasa tukang ini akan dirancang untuk bisa dilakukan secara online jadi, pemesanan jasa tukang secara online ini akan memudahkan customer untuk mencari tukang yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, aman dan terpercaya. Dalam rancangan sistem informasi tukang online ini peneliti merancang ada dua pengguna yang bisa menggunakan sistem informasi ini, yaitu admin dan customer. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan merancang sebuah sistem informasi pemesanan jasa tukang online berbasis website yang dapat mencari dan memesan tukang tersebut secara online. Sistem ini akan dirancang dengan menggunakan metode prototype.   Kata kunci—website, online, prototype
