Abstract

The Empat Lawang Regency Government in advancing the welfare of its people has a program in the form of social assistance. The Empat Lawang Regency Government in distributing social assistance in the form of demolition of uninhabitable houses. Because in Empat Lawang Regency, there are still many people below the eligibility line, including housing or houses that are not suitable for habitation. While the process to get the house difference starts from the lowest government, namely the Village Head to record the residents who have uninhabitable houses and the economic income per day in meeting the needs of life, then the data is submitted to the Empat Lawang Regency Government. The Verification Team appointed by the Empat Lawang Regency Government made a selection to determine who would receive the social assistance funds. In this study to collect the data needed the author will use the data that has been collected by the Empat Empat Lawang Regency Government regarding the object that will receive assistance, if you have made observations, the author will enter the data into categories and regulations according to the provisions stipulated in the Ministerial Regulation. PUPR Number 13/PRT/M/2016. Next, to filter the data that has been obtained, the author will use System. The system to be built is a web-based system that will be combined with the C4.5 Algorithm.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a functional implementing unit that acts as a center for health development, a center for fostering positions and residents in the health sector, as well as an early-level health service center that organizes activities in an equitable, integrated, and prolonged manner for residents who live in certain areas. But sometimes there are some cases found in the Puskesmas such as cases in the drug warehouse. This problem exists at the Cempaka Oku Timur Health Center. One solution to overcome this problem is to design and build an inventory data system for drug management in the warehouse. With the existence of a drug inventory data system, it is hoped that it can help drug management more easily. To achieve the goal in tackling this problem is to improve the drug supply data system with the Fefo method and use the Laravel framework using a mysql database. The results of the development show that the resulting drug inventory has features that can handle warehouse cases well and are useful for warehouse officers at the Cempaka Oku Timur Health Center.

Abstract

Android smartphone is one of the devices that is difficult to escape from the human grip in today's era. With the large number of Android smartphone users, various kinds of software/applications based on Android smartphones are increasingly popping up. One of the ideas that can be applied in making android smartphone-based applications is an information system application for businesses or shops by implementing supply chain management (SCM). SCM itself is a series of supply chain management activities that are implemented and integrated to plan, control, and run the product flow including processes such as management of raw materials, production processes, until the product reaches the end consumer in an effective and efficient manner. Amori Florist is a wreath board business located in the city of Palembang, precisely in the Plaju Lorong Banten 2 area of ​​Palembang city. The system to be built is an information system for the management of goods data, orders, order transfers, and so on with the aim of reducing wasted time, maximizing employee performance, including consumers. Abstract The UNMAHA campus has a website with the address unmaha.ac.id as a medium of information, the website is still relatively new. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the UNMAHA Website which has the aim of conducting a UNMAHA Site Analysis with Google Analytics and SEOQuake Tools, and to find out the comparison between the performance of the Google Analytics and SEOQuake Tools on the UNMAHA Website. The first step is to analyze the unmaha.ac.id website with several tools including Google Analytics and SEOQuake then carry out the second step, namely Keyword Research, Competitor Research, Internal SEO, External SEO, and Website Page Speed ​​Optimization. Abstract

Abstrak          Pelayanan merupakan hal yang sagat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, bidang Pelayanan Kepolisian memiliki fungsi diantaranya melayani pengaduan masyarakat yang terkena tindak kriminalitas. Pada Polsek Seberang Ulu 1 Palembang, jika masyarakat melakukan pengaduan kepada kepolisian, pelayanan pada unit pelayanan polsek masih menggunakan sistem konvensional belum terkomputerisasi sehingga pada saat proses pelayanan berlangsung masih sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat, serta lambatnya dalam pencarian data yang diperlukan dan kurangnya informasi kepada masyarakat tentang persyaratan permohonan STTLP (Surat Tanda Terima Lapor Polisi). Untuk itulah penulis membuat sistem informasi SPKT yang dapat memudahkan petugas kepolisian dalam proses pembuatan, hingga pengarsipan STTLP, serta dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam permohonan STTLP   karena data permohonan dan persyaratan di upload melalui sistem SPKT berbasis web, sistem ini merupakan solusi yang baik untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada unit SPKT Polsek Seberang Ulu 1 Palembang, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang perkerjaan pada instansi.  Kata kunci—Sistem Informasi, Polsek, Website

Abstract

Abstrak   Perpustakaan adalah salah satu sumber informasi dan tempat belajar sehingga Setiap informasi peminjaman buku disimpan oleh perpustakaan dan akan menghasilkan data peminjaman buku dalam ukuran besar. Perpustakaan Stikes Abdi Nusa memiliki jumlah keseluruhan buku sejumlah 1.535. Dan data peminjaman buku pada perpustakaan stikes abdi nusa untuk periode 2 tahun kebelakang yaitu tahun 2016-2017 tercatat sebanyak 1.610 peminjam, sehingga akan mempengaruhi penyusunan pola peminjaman buku, dan selain itu tata letak buku belum terekomendasi secara baik sehingga pengunjung kesulitan mencari kembali buku yang sering dipinjam. Maka untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis akan mencari pola peminjaman buku yang sering dipinjam secara bersamaan dengan menggunakan metode Association rule. Penulis juga akan melakukan analisis perbandingan dari kedua algoritma yang digunakan yaitu algoritma Apriori dan algoritma ECLAT. Penulis juga telah menetapkan nilai minimum support 0.008 dan minimum confidence 1.0. Sehingga data peminjaman buku pada tahun 2016 dan 2017 menggunakan algoritma Apriori dan Algoritma Eclat menghasilkan rule yang sama yaitu pada tahun 2016 membentuk 1 rule dan 2017 membentuk 2 rule sehingga dari pembentukan kedua algoritma tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa algoritma ECLAT lebih unggul dari algoritma Apriori dilihat dari nilai support kedua algoritma.  Kata kunci—— Perpustakaan, Assosiation Rule,Algoritma Apriori, Algortima ECLAT

Abstract

Abstract At this time, where the development of technology and information is growing very fast. This has an impact on the security of data traffic on computer networks is very important, especially if it involves sensitive data. However, data security is still considered less important and attracts less attention from computer users. This is because it is still difficult to implement data security for both individual and corporate computer users. Virtual Private Network (VPN), is a network created to conduct encrypted data transactions between two or more authorized network users. VPN networks all use the internet so the security factor is very important. Some of the attacks that may occur on the internet network are Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, sniffing, spoofing, session hijacking, and many more. Researchers try to simulate network security using the GNS3 simulator to run two methods for point-to-point network security, namely by using IPSec VPN and GRE which functions to encrypt data traffic sent over public networks. At the time of uploading a file of 50 Megabytes from computer 2 and computer 3 to the FTP Server with a throughput of 0.878 Mbps with the IPSec method, the average ping is 75ms; and 1,060 Mbps throughput with the GRE method ping an average of 78ms; traffic is still normal, no problems on the network or request time out (RTO). Abstract

The rapid development of technology affects people's lifestyles in various lines. Various kinds of data exchange occur through the internet causing the internet to become a basic need for most people. Therefore, the Government sees the need for a system that accommodates these needs through Presidential Regulation number 95 of 2018 concerning an electronic-based government system. In its implementation, one of the things needed is the management of access to data stored on government servers. In order to support the needs of government server managers, a technology that can accommodate security needs in accessing the server is needed, the authors design this access through a Virtual private server Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol Over IP Security and port knocking which allows managers who have access rights to access the network. locally via the public internet network securely.

Abstract

Some students in choosing concentration are like friends who don't pay attention to their abilities in that field. It is hoped that this research will form a concentration clustering pattern that is in accordance with the interests and abilities of the students. This grouping information in the selection of student concentration becomes one of the most important information, to get this information is to use the concept of data mining. Data mining is grouped based on the tasks performed, one of which is clustering. Clustering is the process of partitioning a set of data objects into subsets. The K-Means algorithm is a method for grouping objects into a number of K clusters.

Abstract

Abstark Sistem Informasi Portal Berita Kriminal Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mencari dan membaca sebuah berita yang berfokus dalam satu berita. Sistem ini dibuat berbeda dari portal berita yang ada di LamanQu.id agar para pembaca lebih mudah mencari sebuah berita, dimana portal berita yang ada di LamanQu.id tidak berfokus dalam satu berita.  Meningkatkan pemanfaatan website dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta mengembangkan sistem portal berita online. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode Waterfall yang dimulai dari tahap analisis, desain, pengokedan, pengujian dan dukungan. Sedangkan dalam proses pengumpulan data beberapa metode yang dilakukan adalah wawancara observasi dan Studi Pustaka.
