Abstract

The problem in this research is that the information system on the sale of clothing and accessories that is being used to manage sales data and inventory is still conversion, namely using a bookkeeping system, where operational activities do not utilize the existing computer. So the purpose of this research is to design and create an application for selling clothes and accessories using visual basic at the Chya Shop Shop. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. System development using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and testing using black box testing. The result of the system created is to be able to make clothing and accessories sales applications well and can be implemented. The conclusion is that the application of clothing and accessories sales can provide information about stock data of goods, sales data and presentation of reports based on a certain period in order to make it easier for owners to manage inventory. Abstract

Mie Ayam Bakso Solo Restaurant is a business engaged in the culinary business, namely the sale of food and beverages. However, at this time, information management is still using a manual system, namely data processing is still done by hand, so errors often occur in recording orders and payment transactions when payment transactions, the media used is a calculator so errors often occur, there are difficulties in making order reports. food, causing unclear details of income earned. The purpose of this information system is to process web-based food and beverage ordering data at the Mie Ayam Bakso Solo Restaurant to facilitate the work process, especially in the process of ordering food menus and transaction reports. The research method used to design a web-based food and beverage ordering information system is by conducting observations, interviews, and literature studies. The design method used in this research is the design method with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model. While the system development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) technique. The test method used is the Black-Box Testing method. The results achieved in this study are the formation of a web-based food and beverage ordering information system at the Mie Ayam Bakso Solo Restaurant which can facilitate the process of ordering food and drinks and transaction reports. Abstract

Abstract The design of a web-based archiving information system for incoming and outgoing letters at the University of Flores aims to help facilitate the letter archiving process such as recording the letter number, date of receipt, date of incoming letter, subject, origin of the letter and also the disposition of letters is still done manually using a ledger. and Microsoft Excel, which often causes many problems, which are easily damaged and lost and the search process takes a very long time, sometimes errors or errors occur on the disposition sheet. Therefore, to overcome these problems the authors conducted research and the method used in this study was the Agile method starting from the planning, implementation, software testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance stages. In this study, the system testing method used is the Black Box method of testing a software without having to pay attention to software details. Abstract

The problem at the Ende Regency Environmental Service is that waste disposal in the environment is still carried out conventionally, namely with ordinary trash cans. The purpose of this study is to design a smart trash can application with notifications using telegram. The method used in this study is an experimental method, which can be said as a research method used to seek certain treatments for others in uncontrolled conditions. Abstract

Activities that provide activity records and documentation of existing activities in state institutions and companies will result in correspondence management activities that are archived into documents. Archives play a crucial role in state institutions and companies because they are a source of news. The purpose of archiving is an archive that is combined into a source of information that requires fast time to deliver the required information. The purpose of developing this letter archiving application is to provide web-based mail archiving which consists of the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail and making more efficient and effective mail management reports. Extreme Programming is the technique used. The research results are presented in a web-based application that makes it easier to archive and search for information sources that are more effective, efficient, and up-to-date than the previous system. It also features archive recording and correspondence filing notifications for information retrieval and correspondence reporting.

Abstract

Sales information system is an information using electronic media. By using this system, it is hoped that customers can find out the latest product information issued by the company and as the best promotional tool so that service to customers will increase. This system is also equipped with product ordering which intends to make it easier for customers to place orders for products. With the creation of this system, companies can find out customer needs and customer desires so that good relationships with customers are established. For this reason, a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is needed so that in making a web-based sales information system it can assist customers in obtaining information and provide comfort and convenience for customers. The purpose of this study is to provide product information and order transactions to customers quickly, practically and find out what customers need using the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) method in order to increase sales of gazebos and wooden houses at stores in the city of Palembang. Abstract

The Village Financial System Application (SISKEUDES) is an application developed by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) to improve village financial management. The research aims to determine the success of the SISKEUDES application in Banyuasin Village. This research uses the Delone and McLean concept which consists of six assessments: system quality, data quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and benefits. Data collection was done by interview and observation. The analysis of the success of the DeLone and McLean models shows that information quality is quite good and system quality equires maintenance, the quality of service is very good and helps the surrounding community in accessing and knowing the transparency of village finances. The obstacles faced are insufficient human resources from the village head to the community, the network is not evenly distributed in each region, and there are people who have not been able to afford to buy internet quota to access the SISKEUDES application.
