Abstract

Penelitian ini menggambarkan permasalahan UMKM di era perdagangan global, terutama terkait dominasi dalam perdagangan sosial seperti TikTok Shop. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip etika ekonomi pada bisnis digital dalam menghadapi tantangan yang dialami oleh UMKM. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menggambarkan fenomena tersebut dengan eksplorasi data dari buku-buku dan jurnal di internet untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang faktual dan sistematis. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa TikTok Shop telah mengubah pola konsumsi masyarakat terhadap produk impor murah, yang seringkali tidak memenuhi standar etika ekonomi, termasuk upah yang sangat rendah dan eksploitasi lingkungan. Hal ini menjadi tantangan besar bagi UMKM lokal, yang harus bersaing dalam kondisi pasar yang tidak setara. Digitalisasi, diversifikasi, dan branding, yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai lokal produk, adalah cara untuk meningkatkan daya saing etis bagi UMKM dengan cara yang tetap beretika secara ekonomi, seperti keadilan bagi pekerja dan kelestarian lingkungan. Kebijakan pemerintah, termasuk pembatasan masuknya produk impor yang tidak beretika dan kampanye cinta produk lokal, penting untuk memberikan insentif bagi UMKM yang mempraktikkan etika ekonomi dan menciptakan ekosistem bisnis digital yang adil. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi antara UMKM, pemerintah, dan platform digital diperlukan untuk membangun perdagangan berbasis etika yang mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing produk lokal.

Abstract

Students around the world often face challenges in expanding their vocabulary in a second or foreign language. Common obstacles include understanding complex vocabulary, difficulty in pronunciation, and difficulty remembering new words. Cultural factors, learning environment, and teaching methods can also affect students' vocabulary acquisition. Vocabulary is one of the aspects present in most language skills such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing when learning English as a second language. In this study, the researcher employed this design to evaluate the effectiveness of the "word wall" strategy in enhancing students' vocabulary achievement. An experimental and a control group were formed, both of which underwent pre-tests and post-tests. This study used a quasi-experimental design, categorized as such due to the comparison between the group using the "word wall" strategy and the conventional group. The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the "word wall" strategy in improving students' vocabulary mastery. There were 27 students in the experimental group. Based on the data analysis, the researcher concluded that the use of "word wall" had a significant enrichment on students' vocabulary mastery. This finding was supported by the results of the t-test, which showed that the average post-test score of students in the experimental class (78.79) was higher than the pre-test score (59.53), with a difference of 19.26. The t-test results showed significance with p<0.05, specifically p<0.001, indicating that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. Additionally, the implementation of "word wall" also had a positive impact on students' attitudes toward the teaching and learning activities. When the teacher used "word wall" during instruction, students appeared more interested and motivated to learn.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia aims to create a learning process that is centered on students and relevant to the needs of the times. In the context of Islamic Religious Education, an integrative approach is one of the relevant strategic methods to align religious values with science and everyday life. This article analyzes the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning with an integrative approach in the Independent Curriculum, identifies the challenges and opportunities faced, and provides recommendations for optimizing the learning process. The research method in this article is qualitative research using a literature review approach. The data obtained are then analyzed using the content analysis method to identify the main ideas from the various sources used. This study aims to explore how the application of an integrative approach in Islamic Religious Education learning in the Independent Curriculum. The advantages of the integrative approach are increasing understanding and relevance, building Islamic character, developing creativity and collaboration, and enriching insight. The challenges of implementation are limited teacher understanding, limited resources, the need for additional training, and limited time.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana media sosial mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pelanggan di era digital. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah media sosial, ulasan pengguna, rekomendasi influencer, dan konten video akan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran yang efektif juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Tinjauan literatur dan informasi dari 24 publikasi jurnal penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Untuk memberikan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang hubungan antara media sosial dan perilaku konsumen, data dipelajari secara deskriptif. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial, melalui interaksi dan ulasan positif, serta kepercayaan yang dilakukan oleh influencer, memiliki dampak besar baik langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap perilaku pembelian pelanggan. Jejaring sosial juga berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen serta penilaian tentang produk dapat menjadikan informasi yang valid bagi konsumeni. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha perlu menggunakan media sosial secara strategis, berkolaborasi dengan influencer, dan mengumpulkan data analitis untuk mengidentifikasi ciri-ciri pelanggannya.

Abstract

Pasar modal Indonesia berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan jumlah investor. Selain pasar modal, subsektor makanan dan minuman juga mengalami peningkatan dan memberikan dampak pada industri makanan olahan sehingga investor dapat mempertimbangkan untuk melakukan investasi pada industri ini. Investor mendasarkan penilaian dan mengambil keputusan pada informasi kinerja perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan dapat diukur dengan berbagai alat ukur, diantaranya dengan EVA dan MVA. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang meliputi data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan di industri makanan olahan yang listing di BEI periode 2018-2023, dan ditetapkan 5 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan EVA bernilai negatif, menandakan kinerja industri makanan olahan buruk. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan MVA, menunjukkan angka rata-rata industri yang positif artinya industri makanan olahan berkinerja baik jika diukur dengan MVA. Berdasarkan uji Mann-Whitney U Test, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang diukur dengan menggunakan Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA).

Abstract

The successful integration of blockchain technology into PT Telkom Indonesia's SMILE (Supply Management Information for Logistic Enhancement) system requires a structured and strategic approach. This study presents a comprehensive framework addressing technological, organizational, and regulatory aspects to ensure effective blockchain implementation. Recommendations include a phased implementation starting with pilot projects, integration of smart contracts to automate processes, and robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard data. Stakeholder engagement and training are emphasized to foster collaboration and acceptance, while adherence to regulatory compliance ensures alignment with legal requirements. The system's interoperability, platform selection, and sustainability considerations, such as energy-efficient consensus mechanisms, further enhance its functionality and environmental responsibility. Regular performance assessments using key performance indicators (KPIs) and partnerships with technology providers and academic institutions are suggested to drive continuous improvement and innovation. This framework positions PT Telkom Indonesia to optimize its supply chain operations and expand blockchain adoption across various organizational functions, setting a benchmark in the telecommunications industry.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of using digital-based educational game learning media on critical thinking skills at elementary and junior high school levels with a focus on mathematics subjects. The aim is to find out whether the learning media used has an impact on students in improving critical thinking skills. The method in this study is the systematic literature review (SLR) method. This method is carried out by reviewing articles from Google Scholar and Knowledge Maps sources from the years of publication 2020-2024. The review process consists of 3 stages, namely planning, conducting and reporting, the results and conclusions obtained regarding the use of educational game media on critical thinking skills have increased in use from year to year, especially in quiz-based games, while storytelling-based games are still rarely studied in their use. The use of educational games in research that has been conducted has shown an influence in improving students critical thingking skills.

Abstract

The integration of digital learning tools has revolutionized English language education by increasing accessibility, effectiveness, and student engagement in the learning process. This study systematically reviews the role of digital tools in improving English language skills, focusing on their benefits, challenges, and practical implications. Findings indicate that digital tools significantly improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, supported by innovations such as mobile learning, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and gamification. These tools not only personalize the learning experience but also encourage critical thinking and collaboration among students. Despite these benefits, challenges remain, including limited access to technology, inadequate infrastructure, and gaps in digital literacy among educators and students. Effective integration of digital tools into the curriculum requires ongoing professional development for teachers, development of engaging content, and equitable access to technology resources. Collaboration between educators, policymakers, and technology developers is essential to address these challenges. This study emphasizes the transformative potential of digital tools in English language education and calls for further studies to explore innovative applications of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. By addressing existing barriers, digital tools can be optimized to create inclusive and dynamic learning environments that prepare students for the demands of a globalized digital future.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Extrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Build Concrete Indonesia. The method used in this research is quantitative with a sampling technique using the census method with a saturated sampling type totaling 81 respondents. In the data analysis technique, using a model test with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool which consists of an outer model and an inner model. The results of this research show that: 1) Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the results of t-count > t-table (3,082 > 1.96) and significance level < 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05). 2) Extrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the results of t-count > t-table (2,646 > 1.96), and a significance level < 0.05 (0.008 < 0.05). 3) Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, the results of t-count > t-table (3,217 > 1.96) and significance level < 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). 4) Extrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with the results of t-count > t-table (4,149 > 1.96), and a significance level < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of t-count > t-table (4,013 > 1.96), and a significance level < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). 6) Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Employee Performance with the results of t-count > t-table (2,533 > 1.96), and a significance level < 0.05 (0.011 < 0.05). 7) Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between Extrinsic Motivation and Employee Performance with the results of t-count > t-table (2,589 > 1.96), and a significance level < 0.05 (0.010 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the types of students' illocutionary speech acts in Indonesian language learning in class, and the forms of students' illocutionary speech acts in Indonesian language learning in class. This study is a type of descriptive qualitative research and the data sources in this study are student speech with students and teacher speech with students in Indonesian language learning activities in class. The data collection technique for this study is the STLC (Listen Without Involvement). The results of this study found (10) utterances consisting of (3) directive speech acts, (3) expressive speech acts, (2) representative speech acts, (1) commissive speech acts, and (1) declarative speech acts.
