Abstract

Lingkungan hidup sangat penting peranannya dalam kehidupan manusia. Tetapi suatu hal yang tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa saat ini telah terjadi degradasi lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh keserakahan manusia dalam mengejar kepentingan ekonomi. Di balik krisis tersebut masih terdapat secercah harapan untuk merawat lingkungan hidup dengan memanfaatkan pengetahuan dan kearifan lokal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kebiasaan dan pengetahuan masyarakat petani di Desa Bulutellue yang masih memperhatikan aspek kelestarian lingkungan dengan cara memahami dan mengetahui gejala-gejala alam di sekitarnya. Metode yang diginakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan cara mencari dan mengumpulkan informasi melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan mengenai fenomena alam sekitar telah manjadi pedoman bagi masyarakat petani dalam melaksanakan aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan pertanian.

Abstract

The UAE has potential and opportunities from all stakeholders to revitalise the country as a hub of specialty coffee in the Middle East. Nevertheless, with the agitating demand for coffee, where only 60% is met by global coffee supply from smallholders, besides five countries that limit the production of 72% of coffee in the world. In addition to the challenge of the world's demand for 25% of coffee in 2030, will specialty coffee be sustainable for future generations (WCR, 2021)? All stakeholders from leaders need challenges to embrace and cooperate; restore all chains from farmers' needs as the core of coffee itself. The UAE will become sustainable in every coffee value chain if UAE can overcome this challenge as early as possible. It is hoped that all opportunities will be able to create an absolute three bottom legs of sustainability in the coffee farm, which will support future needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penggunaan jenis tindak tutur asertif, direktif, ekspresif,deklaratif dan fungsi tindak tutur dalam transaksi jual beli di Pasar Ikan dan Sayur Banyu Barau Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif denga pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan dari pedagang dan pembeli saat transaksi jual beli berlangsung di Pasar Ikan dan Sayur Banyu Barau Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 15,16,17,18,19,20 dan 21 bulan Maret 2022. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi (simak), teknik rekam, dan catat. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, dari empat jenis tindak tutur yang digunakan , (1) tindak tutur asertif, (2) tindak tutur direktif, (3) tindak tutur ekspresif, (4) tindak tutur deklaratif. Hasil penelitian, tindak tutur yang paling banyak digunakan adalah jenis tindak tutur asertif, diikuti oleh penggunaan jenis tindak tutur ekspresif, direktif, dan yang paling sedikit digunakan adalah jenis tindak tutur deklaratif. Dari enam fungsi tindak tutur hanya terdapat lima fungsi yang di temukan dalam transaksi jual beli di Pasar Ikan dan Sayur Banyu Barau Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan, fungsi tindak tutur tersebut adalah (1) untuk menukar informasi faktual, (2) mengungkapkan sikap emosi, (3) mengungkapkan sikap moral, (4) meyakinkan atau mempengaruhi, (5) sosialisasi. Tindak tutur tidak ditemukan dalam transaksi jual beli di Pasar Ikan dan Sayur Banyu Barau Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan, yaitu mengungkapkan informasi intelektual.

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring menjadi pembelajaran yang popular di masa pandemi covid 19. Pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi terbatas dengan adanya pembatasan jarak sosial sehingga mengharuskan para guru untuk menerapkan pembelajaran daring. Banyak platform pembelajaran daring diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah wordwall. Dalam penelitian ini, wordwall diaplikasikan pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia untuk meningkatkan penguasaan bahasa baku. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan wordwall dalam meningkatkan penguasaan bahasa baku siswa di sekolah menengah pertama. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Kandangan. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan siswa dalam menguasai bahasa baku pada tahap pra siklus sebesar 40%, pada tahap siklus I sebesar 60%, dan pada tahap siklus II sebesar 83%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan grafik penguasaan bahasa baku dari para siswa setelah memakai wordwall sebagai media pembelajaran. Ada beberapa kendala yang masih terjadi dalam penggunaan wordwall ini yaitu kendala jaringan dan konsentrasi siswa yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi.

Abstract

Changes in economic conditions both domestically and internationally can have an impact on exchange rate stability. In this case, fluctuations in exchange rates are not only influenced by the law of supply and demand for foreign exchange in the market, but changes in market expectations also affect it. The research was conducted to determine the effect of several macro variables on the rupiah exchange rate. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study indicate that the macro variables that affect the rupiah exchange rate such as money supply, foreign exchange reserves, inflation and interest rates are different but significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of Macro Variables such as; Economic growth, Bank Indonesia Certificate (SBI) or 7-Day Reverse Repo Rate and US Dollar Exchange Rate against the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2010 to 2020. The number of years in the sample is 11 years, from 2010 to 2020. Multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, Coefficient of determination test using SPSS Version 26 software. The conclusion is that Economic Growth and SBI partially have not significant effect on JII, while the US dollar exchange rate has a significant effect on JII. But simultaneously economic growth, Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) and the US Dollar Exchange rate not significantly affect the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2010 to 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the emergence of new regulations in accounting research. Especially the existence of PSAK 73 will replace PSAK 30 in terms of Leases. This study provides an estimate if the new regulations will be implemented. PSAK 73 changes the form of the double accounting system into one, which means leases are not classified and are calculated using two methods such as capital leases and operating leases. It uses a capital lease calculation and is classified as a structural asset. Assets are recognized and then depreciated. The results of this study indicate that the conversion from PSAK 30 to PSAK 73 affects the entity's income statement. Unit costs increase due to additional interest expense and depreciation. Assets also increased, so the asset management ratio and profitability ratio both decreased.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan salah satu inovasi dalam pembelajaran PKn melalui mata pelajaran Wawasan Nusantara yang bisa menanamkan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam diri peserta didik. Sebagaimana tujuan dari pembelajaran PKn yaitu mendidik warga negara supaya menjadi warga negara yang baik, yang bisa dilukiskan dengan “warga negara yang patriotik, toleran, setia terhadap bangsa dan negara, beragama, demokratis, serta Pancasila sejati” (Somantri, 2001:279). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan partisipan peserta didik dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran Wawasan Nusantara ini memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan yang lebih luas kepada para peserta didik mengenai keberagaman Indonesia, Sehingga peserta didik lebih mengenal daerah-daerah di Indonesia dan kekayaan alam, adat dan budayanya, diharapkan tumbuh kecintaan terhadap negara. Dengan menggunakan metode Discovery Learning dan mengemas pembelajaran yang menarik melalui video animasi dan kuiz interaktif sehingga peserta didik tidak merasa berat dengan beban belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze transformational leadership and transactional leadership on organizational citizenship behavior either partially or simultaneously. The study was conducted on employees of Central Bengkulu General Hospital with a total sample of 105 employees. In this study the authors used quantitative methods and data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires.Based on the results of research using the SPSS version 22 program. It can be concluded that Transformational Leadership (X1) and Transactional Leadership (X2) have a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the following equation: Y = 2.823 + 0.378 (X1) + 0.811 (X2) and the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.565 or 56.5%. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, namely the t test (partial) and the F test (simultaneous), the significance value of Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership is = 0.000. It means that the Fsig value < 0.05, then together these variables have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the opportunities and challenges faced by Kebun Tinggi Tourism Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province as a sustainable tourism destination and how to implement the concept of sustainable tourism and how the role of stakeholders in carrying out development in Kebun Tinggi Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province.This research is a qualitative descriptive type. Data collection techniques were obtained in the form of observation, documentation and interviews, then data processing and analysis were carried out to obtain an overview of the variables involved in the study.The results of the study explain that the opportunities possessed by Kebun Tinggi Tourism Village are that the area still has a lot of tourism potential that can be developed further and the biggest challenges are the lack of infrastructure and the absence of telephone or internet networks. The feasibility of the Kebun Tinggi Tourism Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province as a sustainable destination can be seen from the cultural preservation activities in the community that are still maintained and the presence of these tours has proven to have an impact on increasing living standards in the community and with the existence of tourist destinations in the tourist area, although many forest areas are still intact. asri has been converted, but is still carried out within reasonable limits. Each stakeholder involved in the development of the Kebun Tinggi Tourism Village has carried out its role in accordance with the functions of each stakeholder.
