Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the social criticism represented through a documentary film entitled The Dark Room Behind the Splendor of the Jakarta International Stadium from the Assumption YouTube channel. Seen from Representment, Object and Interpretation. The Assumption YouTube channel on February 11 2022 uploaded a documentary video that discusses life around the Jakarta International Stadium location which makes them sometimes have to leave their place of residence. This is a qualitative study using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis. The data source used by the researcher, namely the primary data source, is a video uploaded on the Assumption YouTube channel with the title The Dark Room Behind the Splendor of the Jakarta International Stadium. Other sources are secondary data sources including internet news, journals and previous theses, as well as books related to research. Observation and documentation are data collection strategies used in data analysis. From the results of research to find representations of social criticism in the documentary film The Dark Room Behind the Splendor of the Jakarta International Stadium, researchers have concluded that this representation can be seen from three points, namely the representamen, objects and interpretations represented from the dialogue monologues Ayong, Kasdiyah and Basadan as well as from taking pictures.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the political communication of President Joko Widodo in his visit to Ukraine and Russia. Political communication is an inseparable part of the political dynamics in which communication works. This research uses a literature study approach related to theoretical studies and other references related to political and social value issues. The results of the study explain that Joko Widodo's political communication on his visit to Ukraine and Russia to convey a message of peace with the President of Ukraine with the sentence Manifestation of Indonesia's concern for the situation in Ukraine, namely Indonesia wants to establish cooperation with Ukraine both politically and economically. In fact, Ukraine is one of the largest wheat producers in the world today. But President Zelenskyy wants bilateral cooperation between the two countries both in the political and economic fields. President Jokowi also conveyed the message of peace to the Russian leader with a subtle phrase by positioning himself as a mediator I became a bridge of communication between the two leaders, this phrase is a safe and subtle method so as not to corner one of the parties, either Russia or Ukraine. President Putin pointed out that the peace mission brought by Jokowi was not responded to by Putin.

Abstract

Domestic violence is a crime that occurs within the scope of the household. Acts of domestic violence are not only in the form of physical and sexual assault and neglect of the household. But there are also acts of verbal/psychological violence. Anyone can be a perpetrator or victim of verbal violence, verbal violence is violence that hurts the feelings of other people, because the perpetrators of this violence are often not aware of what they are doing. Victims of domestic violence are members of the household, including the wife's behavior towards her husband. As happened to a young couple in Srijaya Hamlet, Negara Aji Tua Village, Anak Tuha District, Central Lampung Regency, namely "Wife Verbal Violence Against Husband from a Criminal Law Perspective". The purpose of this research is to examine verbal violence in the household, in terms of criminal law and to find out whether this verbal violence can be criminalized. In this study the method used was field research, the researcher conducted observations, interviews and documentation related to the wife's acts of verbal violence against her husband. Then perform data processing to be combined with various reference sources that have been prepared. According to the criminal law perspective, the results of this study are verbal violence against husbands or vice versa, which is a form of domestic violence. In the PKDRT Law, all forms of violence that occur within the household sphere are included in crimes against humanity and forms of human rights violations, so the perpetrators can be criminalized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses integrasi nilai-nilai ajaran islam pada mahasiswa yang sedang melaksanakan praktik klinik rumah sakit berbasis KKI (kuliah klinik Ke Islaman). Hal ini penting karena nilai-nilai ajaran Islam pada saat ini belum sepenuhnya menjadi bahan rujukan atau landasan dalam pelaksanaan praktik klinik rumah sakit, ditambah sebagian besar pasien yang ditangani mahasiswa adalah beragam Islam. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah jenis literatur kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah literatur di bidang nilai ajaran Islam meliputi aqidah ibadah dan akhlak. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan pola berpikir induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kuliah klinik islam merupakan salah satu cara yang di anggap paling strategis dalam proses pengenalan nilai-nilai Islam baik hukum, tauhid, aqidah, ibadah maupun akhlak) yang berkaitan dengan ilmu kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Sleman Regency Public Service Mall at the Dukcapil Service counter using the Total Quality Management (TQM) Theory concept approach. As for this research, it uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained from the results of this study through observing the implementation of the Sleman Regency Public Service Mall, especially at the Dukcapil service counters. The results of the study that emerged showed that in the implementation of Dukcapil services at MPP Sleman, namely (1) MCH Application Services (Child Identity Cards), (2) Online registration information services; (3) KTP and KIA printing services through independent pavilion machines that have registered online. This article tries to analyze the Total Quality Management concept approach in the delivery of services at the Sleman Public Service Mall. TQM is a concept in the Sleman Public Service Mall. In the TQM concept, namely seeking to focus on customer engagement, involvement and empowerment, strengthening human resources through education and training, continuous improvement. If we compare it with the TQM approach, self-organization is not maximized. If we examine the information from MPP officers at the Disdukcapil counter, the service itself is limited and the service is held only once a week, namely on Thursday. When we break down from the explanation of the concept of TQM, the focus is on customer service in an effort to improve excellent service to customers or in this case to the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melatarbelakangi tentang Adek Berry merupakan seorang jurnalis foto di kantor berita keenam dunia saat terlibat dalam sebuah peliputan di Afganistan. Profesinya sebagai jurnalis foto kerap mengantarkan Adek Berry menghadapi tantangan mulai dari liputan di wilayah penuh konflik, tragedi bencana alam, hingga liputan seremonial. Profesi yang kebanyakan diemban oleh oknum laki-laki, dibuktikan Adek Berry bahwa perempuan pun bisa menjalaninya. Skripsi berjudul “Analisis Semiotika Foto pada Buku Mata Lensa Karya Adek Berry”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis semiotika foto pada buku mata lensa karya Adek Berry. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian teknik analisis data melalui reduksi, penyajian dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian yaitu karya fotografer Agence France Presse (AFP) Adek Berry bukan hanya mengedepankan karya foto jurnalistik, tetapi memberikan makna bagi yang melihat karya foto tersebut yang berisi tulisan di tengah kancah tugasnya tegun dengan profesi sebagai jurnalis foto. Makna yang ditampilkan pada buku ini juga menggambarkan kodratnya sebagai seorang ibu rumah tangga yang harus bertanggung jawab terhadap nasib anak-anaknya. Hasil karya dan perjalanan menghadapi berbagai halangan dan rintangan selama memburu bukti kebenaran akan foto yang ditampilkan membuat sosok Adek Berry berani mengambil resiko apapun hal ini menunjukkan sikap optimis dan semangat tingginya patut untuk dicontoh.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh strategi promosi, strategi penetapan harga dan nilai religiulitas serta hambatan 212 mart terhadap persaingan dengan indomaret. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Mixed Method dengan sampel 95 orang dan 4 narasumber, dengan menggunakan rumus Moe dimana populasi terlalu besar dan tidak diketahui jumlah pastinya. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, kuesioner/angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan Uji statistik deskripsif, Uji asumsi klasik, Uji hipotesis, Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Penarikan kesimpulan dan penarikan data. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa hasil pengujian, diketahui Strategi Promosi 212 Mart berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persaingan dengan Indomaret, berikut hasil olah data dengan program SPSS versi 25,0 yang memperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel sebesar (4,433 > 1,662) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Strategi Penetapan Harga 212 Mart tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak mengalami signifikansi terhadap persaingan dengan Indomaret, hasil olah data dengan program SPSS versi 25,0 yang memperoleh nilai thitung < ttabel sebesar (1,037 < 1,662 ) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,303 > 0,05. Nilai Religiusitas 212 Mart berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persaingan dengan Indomaret, hasil olah data dengan program SPSS versi 25,0 yang memperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel sebesar (3,350 > 1,662 ) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Faktor hambatan 212 Mart dalam menghadapi persaingan dengan Indomaret peneliti menemukan faktor yang menjadikan konsumen kurang berbenja di 212 Mart variasi produk yang sedikit, kurangnnya gerai disuatu daerah, kurang luasnya promosi yang dilakukan oleh manajemen untuk menarik minat konsumen. Saran dari penulis untuk 212 Mart upaya untuk meningkatkan strategi dalam menjalankan kelangsungan perusahaan supaya menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara status gizi, asupan fe, asupan protein dan siklus menstruasi terhadap kejadian anemia pada siswi Kelas VIII MTs Al- Ikhlas Losari. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa anemia 10 (23,3%) tidak anemia 33 (76,7%), status gizi normal 29 (67,4%), tidak normal 14 (32,6%), Asupan Fe cukup 38 (88,4%) kurang 5 (11,6%), asupan protein sesuai 16 (37,2%) tidak sesuai 27 (62,8%), siklus menstruasi normal 8 (18,6%) tidak normal 35 (81,4%. Hasil uji chi-square variabel status gizi terhadap anemia p<0,05 (p= 0,329), variabel asupan fe terhadap kejadian anemia (p=0,034), variabel asupan protein terhadap kejadian anemia (p=4,129), dan variabel siklus menstruasi terhadap kejadian anemia (p=0,637).

Abstract

Culture is local wisdom that has important value in people's lives, especially in Boti village, South Central Timor Regency. The community not only uses culture as a role model, but also attracts tourists, both foreign tourists and domestic tourists. Most tourists who visit are to see firsthand parts of the existing culture such as customs, rituals, traditional houses and clothing as well as traditional communities. Many follow-up visits have caused cultural shifts, but have further strengthened indigenous communities to preserve their culture from generation to generation. Therefore, from this research, researchers want to learn more deeply about how the communication behavior of indigenous peoples maintains and preserves culture in Boti village. This research was conducted using qualitative methodology with an ethnographic approach involving traditional leaders, tribal leaders and young people. The research results obtained in this study show that there is a pattern of communication behavior in indigenous communities which is depicted in the star communication pattern. Referring to this model, it is clear that every person who communicates really reflects the extent to which indigenous peoples still maintain the preservation of their traditions. This can be seen in verbal and non-verbal communication as well as the means of communication used.

Abstract

Semakin berumurnya zaman semakin maju dan berkembang pula teknologi yang berbentuk internet. Jika dilihat dengan kacamata dari segi norma kesusilaan yang kemudian dibawa atau dikaitkan dengan teknologi didunia maya, maka banyak nilai-nilai kesusilaan yang menyimpang dalam berdunia maya. Norma kesusilaan sendiri bisa diartikan sebagai suatu aturan berbentuk nilai yang terkandung didalam diri pribadi seseorang, yang mana norma itu nantinya dapat bernilai baik maupun buruk tergantung penempatannya. Salah satu contoh kasus penyimpangan yang terjadi didalam dunia maya adalah “CyberSex”. Dapat dipahami Cybersex ini terjadi kepada seseorang yang sedang beraktivitas menggunakan Internet sebagai media Interaksi dengan orang lain yang tujuannya untuk mendapatkan kepuasan seksual pribadinya. Untuk mencegah adanya lagi tindakan penyimpangan yang terjadi dalam dunia maya, maka perlu adanya pengetahuan yang mendalam mengenai kegunaan dalam berdunia maya, guna untuk menciptakan nilai-nilai dalam norma kesusilaan yang baik dan benar.
