Abstract

The causes of scarcity in the economy have two different opinions, firstly due to insufficient natural resources to meet human needs, secondly due to reasons of unequal distribution while natural resources are sufficient to meet human needs, these two arguments argue against each other and claim to be the most correct. The purpose of this study is to look at the causes of scarcity in terms of phenomena and in terms of texts (the Koran and hadith) and equate the two opinions. The method used in answering this problem is normative and sociological qualitative methodology, namely research based on the Koran and using analysis of an object problem, as well as understanding (understanding) phenomena or social symptoms. By collecting various literature that has been published using the Publis or Perish application, it is continued to analyze the results of the literature on the factors of scarcity using the Nvivo application tool, then the results are reviewed from the arguments of the Koran and hadith. The results of this study found that scarcity caused by natural resources, population, experts and unequal distribution, these four causes have the truth in the textual postulate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how strong the influence of service quality and trust on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bank Nagari Syariah Unit Tapan Branch. Agency theory is used to describe the quality of Service Quality and Trust in Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a type of quantitative research. Quantitative analysis in this study is needed to provide an overview of the results of the study, then in order to strengthen the existence of a use of interest in being a customer between variables, it requires proof of analysis carried out on the answers to the results of the questionnaire distributed to respondents. This study aims to find an explanation of the influence of the quality of service quality and trust. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the services provided, the higher the customer satisfaction that can be achieved. Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the performance of a banking trust, the higher the customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The creation of high satisfaction allows customers to remain loyal to the banking trust used.

Abstract

The intention of this study is to examine how macroeconomic factors, microeconomic indicators, the NPF Nett ratio, and Third Party Funds (DPK) affect the growth of the market share of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia from 2016 to 2023. The Financial Services Authority's Islamic Banking Statistics statistics are available on the official website www.ojk.go.id, which is the study's information source. One of the criteria utilized in this study is Islamic Commercial Banks that have constantly been registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) between 2016 and 2023. In this study, data are processed and Classical Assumptions are tested using the Least Square (LS) method. Research of this kind is quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the macroeconomic indicators are the inflation and interest rate variables, FDR, ROA, BOPO, and NPF Nett statistically have no influence, but implies that the NOM, CAR, and DPK variables statistically have influence on the market share of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in the period 2016-2023.

Abstract

Kepemilikan rumah dijadikan sebagai sarana investasi untuk jangka panjang bagi orang yang mampu. Prosedur KPR adalah salah satu cara yang tepat untuk membangun sebuah rumah, biasanya melibatkan beberapa orang dalam satu departemen untuk menjamin penanganan transaksi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan kajian mengenai Analisa Proses Pemberian KPR pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. KCP Pasuruan. Memperoleh gambaran bagaimana Prosedurnya KPR yang baik dan benar. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. KCP Pasuruan dijadikan objek studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Prosedur Pemberian KPR. Kajian ini dapat menjadi bahan perbandingan bagi KPR Subsidi dan KPR Nonsubsidi. Kata kunci: Perbankan, KPR Subsidi, KPR Non Subsidi

Abstract

Di era ekonomi dan bisnis Islami yang terus berkembang, platform digital menjadi kunci kesuksesan wirausaha. Studi ini mengkaji peran transformatif Instagram dalam meredefinisi kewirausahaan Islami dan dampaknya terhadap praktik bisnis berbasis syariah, khususnya strategi pemasaran digital. Instagram, sebagai platform media sosial berbasis visual, menjadi alat penting bagi wirausahawan Muslim untuk terlibat dengan audiens, mempromosikan produk halal, dan membangun hubungan komunitas sesuai prinsip Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran, menggabungkan analisis kuantitatif metrik keterlibatan Instagram dengan penilaian kualitatif keselarasan konten dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Temuan kami menunjukkan bahwa Instagram tidak hanya menjadi alat pemasaran yang efektif biaya, tetapi juga sebagai media untuk mengekspresikan dan memperkuat prinsip ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi akademisi, praktisi, dan pembuat kebijakan di bidang ekonomi dan bisnis Islami.

Abstract

Islamic economics emerged as part of a larger project of Islamization in the field of economics. The Philanthropy is a concept that already exists in Islam, which aims for good. The effectiveness of philanthropy in efforts to reduce social inequality is inseparable from the role of philanthropic institutions that manage these activities. While the concept of maqasid sharia is the concept of benefit. And realizing benefit is the keyword for humans to recognize what is good for them. The rationale for benefit comes from the Qur'an and al-hadith, which are used by humans to create ijtihad and determine the idealized benefit in their lives and lives. Initially, the discourse on the concept of Maqashid Syariah was a separate sub-topic of the discipline of Ushul fiqh.

Abstract

CWLS is a fintech platform based on digital financial applications, which has entered the digital era through a website released by the Ministry of Finance. This website focuses on information about cash waqf, CWLS could be a solution for Indonesia's economic stability, but there are still many people, especially Muslim communities, who know about CWLS. This study wants to examine strategies that would be able to bring CWLS to greater existence and be better known to the wider community. The method used in this research is a qualitative method so that it explains more about the research results related to the strategies used to develop CWLS. The results of this research show that CWLS is able to appear and exist in the global realm if it has contemporary marketing, and also targets most web users, namely gen-z, as well as using CWLS more creatively so that it has more real influence in society.

Abstract

This research is to evaluate the financial system at a university which analyzes the performance of the financial system, the performance and financial management of a university so that it can be used as evaluation material that support better change, This research is descriptive research , the result of applying financial patterns that effective, good and effective performance system provide financial governance result that are in accordance with systematic financial patterns,aim to encourage a better and more efficient performance system thereby improving the quality and of service.

Abstract

Abstract This research analyzes the role of the Sidogiri Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) in managing zakat, infaq, alms and waqf (ZISWAF) funds, as well as other humanitarian funds. As a non-profit entity, LAZ Sidogiri aims to improve the welfare of the poor and mustahik through comprehensive programs. LAZ Sidogiri's vision and mission include increasing awareness of zakat, empowering community potential, and improving the quality of life of the people through education, health, economics, social and da'wah. Flagship programs such as Kun Fayakun, Latansana, Burdah, and Hidayati are designed to provide various assistance according to community needs, ranging from basic needs assistance to business skills development and special attention to orphans. The implementation of these programs is based on the principles of Islamic sharia and Rasulullah's management, and is supported by a strong organizational culture. This research shows that through effective and strategic management, LAZ Sidogiri has succeeded in contributing significantly to improving the welfare of underprivileged communities.

Abstract

Ziswaf (Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah and Waqf) is the practice of giving gifts or endowments in Islam. Ziswaf plays a very important role in teaching Islam in a social, economic and spiritual context. The Ziswaf program itself aims to facilitate the practice of Ziswaf in society. This program can take the form of a zakat, infaq, sadaqah and waqf collection program organized by social or religious institutions. The aim of this research is to examine how zakat funds are managed to empower the education of orphans and poor people in Yatim Mandiri Pasuruan. The research carried out in this study used qualitative methods with the aim of interpreting and describing the data in question. The qualitative method we use in this research is a literature study. Literature study is a research method in which information is sought through books, magazines and other literature. The Ziswaf program aims to facilitate the practice of ziswaf to make it easier and more effective and ensure its usefulness. managed well and used for purposes that are truly beneficial to society
