Abstract

Background: Attitudes and actions of doctors, nurses, administration as well as inaction in services, drug supplies, inadequate infrastructure and medical equipment are still problems that become complaints by service users. Hospitals must have the ability to attract and retain customers who do not only come from the product or service itself. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to customer loyalty in the outpatient installation of the UPTD Hospital Type C Manembo-nembo Bitung. Methods: This research is an observational study with a cross sectional study design. A total of 100 outpatients who have received health services at the UPTD Outpatient Installation of Type C Hospital, Manembo-nembo Bitung participated in this study. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate and logistic regression statistical calculations. Presentation of data is made in table and narrative form. Results: The results showed that a significant relationship between products and customer loyalty with a value of p = 0.024, between processes and customer loyalty with a value of p = 0.000, between location and customer loyalty with a value of p = 0.061, between promotion and loyalty with a value of p = 0.435 , between employees with loyalty with a value of p = 0.000, between physical evidence and loyalty with a value of p = 0.005. However, there is no promotion relationship with loyalty. The results of the mutivariate analysis showed that the product factor was the most dominant factor influencing the loyalty of outpatients at Manembo-nembo Hospital Type C Bitung.Conclusion: This research can be conclude that the process factors are the most dominant factors related to customer loyalty in the Outpatient Polyclinic of the UPTD Type C Hospital, Manembo-nembo, Bitung.

Abstract

Background: The low understanding of mothers, families and the community about the importance of breastfeeding for babies and the absence of support or regulations at the district / city level has resulted in the exclusive breastfeeding program not running well. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of Government Regulation No. 33/2012 concerning the Giving of Exclusive Asi in Bitung City. Method: This research uses qualitative research methods, using primary data and secondary data. The informants in this study were 13 people. The method of research is through in-depth interviews and document observation, then recorded in the form of a transcript and then the data is presented in a matrix. The data were analyzed using source triangulation, method triangulation, and data triangulation techniques. Results: The results show that there are no regulations that support the implementation of PP 33 of 2012 on exclusive breastfeeding in Bitung City, there are no trained counselors, information about exclusive breastfeeding is still lacking, Posyandu cadres have not been involved in providing outreach on exclusive breastfeeding, lack of supervision as well as guidance for midwives so that there is still the sale of formula milk to breastfeeding mothers, the availability of nursing room facilities / facilities is not evenly distributed because it is only at the puskesmas level. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the policy on exclusive breastfeeding in the city of Bitung has not yet been implemented in accordance with Government Regulation number 33 of 2012.

Abstract

Background: Complaints of low back pain were one of the problems in occupational health. A complaint of low back pain indicates that something is wrong at work. Complaints of low back pain were influenced by many factors such as age and length of work. The purpose of this study is to describe the age, lenght of work and complaints of low back pain in tofu factory workers in the Batukota village, Malalayang district, Manado city. Method: This research is a descriptive study which was conducted in the Batukota sub-district, Malalayang district, Manado city from November 2020 to January 2021. Respondents of this study were 32 tofu factory workers. The variables in this study were age, length of work and complaints of low back pain. The instruments used were questionnaires, cameras, and writing instruments. Data analysis was carried out by univariate. Results: The results was showed that the majority of respondents were in the 21-30 year age group as many as 13 respondents (40.6%) and the least number in the> 40 years group was 3 respondents (9.4%). Furthermore, based on the length of service of the respondents, most of them worked 1-5 years as many as 26 respondents (81.3%). Most respondents were categorized as poor NPB complaints as many as 17 respondents (53.1%). The less good NPB category means that the respondents feel more pain frequently and always in the lower back while working. Conclusion: This research was conclude that most tofu factory workers are aged 21-30 years, working period 1-5 years and complaints of poor NPB. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further health checks regarding low back pain in tofu factory workers.

Abstract

Background: Fishermen are one of the coastal community groups who have public health problems, especially occupational health and safety, such as complaints of low back pain. Factors related to complaints of low back pain consist of several factors such as age, years of service, work attitude and others. The purpose of this study was to describe complaints of low back pain in fishermen in the Malalayang 1 Timur village, Manado city. Method: This is a descriptive study which was conducted in the Malalayang 1 Timur village, Manado city in January 2021 with 44 respondents. The variables in this study were complaints of low back pain, age, years of work and work attitude. The instruments used were questionnaires, cameras, and writing instruments. Data analysis was carried out by univariate. Results: The results of this study showed that the fishermen in the Malalayang Timur 1 Village are mostly in the age group of 20-44 years and 45-54 years, the working period is 16-25 years, the risk category for work attitude is very high and often experiences complaints of low back pain. The results of this study also indicate that the older the age, the longer the work period and the riskier work attitude, the more likely the respondent is to experience complaints of low back pain. Conclusion: This is can concluded the fishermen in the village of Malalayang 1 Timur, Manado city often experience complaints of low back pain. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to prevent and control it.

Abstract

Background: The Corona virus is a group of viruses that can cause disease in animals and humans known as Corona Virus Desease 2019 (Covid-19). In humans, this virus can cause respiratory infections ranging from mild flu, coughs, colds to more serious ones such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The purpose of this study was to describe the behavior of coastal community about prevention of the spread of Covid-19. Method: This is a descriptive study which was conducted in Desa Atep Oki Kecamatan Lembean Timur in August-December 2020 with 80 respondents. The variables in this study were knowledge, attitude, and action. The instruments used were questionnaires, cameras, and writing instruments. Data analysis was carried out by univariate. Results: The results of this study showed that the coastal community in the Atep Oki Village are mostly in the 61.3% of respondents have a good level of knowledge, 57.5% of respondents have a good attitude and 65.0% of respondents have good actions. Conclusion: This is can concluded the coastal communities in Atep Oki Village have good knowledge, attitudes, and actions in preventing the spread of Covid-19. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain and improve people's behavior through health promotion efforts.
