Abstract

Optimalisasi keuntungan merupakan tujuan utama dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha. Salah satu cara untuk mencapai hal tersebut adalah dengan mengoptimalkan jumlah penjualan produk. The Beadeary Jayapura merupakan sebuah usaha kerajinan tangan dengan dua produk utama, yaitu kalung dan gelang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah penjualan kalung dan gelang agar diperoleh keuntungan yang maksimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode grafik dengan langkah-langkah meliputi identifikasi variabel keputusan dan fungsi tujuan, penggambaran fungsi kendala, penentuan daerah feasible, dan penentuan titik optimal dengan garis isoprofit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk memperoleh keuntungan maksimal yaitu sebesar Rp2.000.000,00 per bulan dari hasil penjualan produk gelang dan kalung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of institutional ownership, level of debt and company characteristics on tax management (empirical study of property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period) both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative. The samples in this research were obtained using purposive sampling techniques, resulting in 9 samples obtained for the 2017-2021 research period. The data used in this research was obtained from financial reports. The tests used in this research are descriptive statistical tests, selection of panel data regression estimation models, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. Data were analyzed using the Eviews 9 tool. The results of this research are that based on a simultaneous test of Institutional Ownership, the level of Debt and Company Characteristics influence Tax Management. Partially, Debt Levels have no effect on Tax Management. Institutional Ownership and Company Characteristics influence Tax Management.

Abstract

Class management based on Multiple Intelligences (MI) and digital technology has become the main focus in improving the quality of learning at the Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Development of the Syarif Hidayatullah Foundation Jakarta. This research aims to explore the application of the MI approach and the integration of digital technology in classroom management, as well as its impact on student learning outcomes. The research results show that the implementation of MI-based classroom management has increased student involvement in learning and helped identify their individual potential. Teachers use a variety of learning strategies that suit students' various intelligences, such as project-based learning, group discussions, and creative activities. In addition, the integration of digital technology, such as the use of interactive learning software and social media, has enriched students' learning experiences and facilitated access to information more broadly

Abstract

Madrasah bukan hanya merupakan lembaga untuk belajar, tetapi juga tempat untuk bertemu dengan berbagai individu dengan latar belakang, pemikiran, dan perspektif yang beragam. Tujuan pendidikan di madrasah adalah untuk membentuk individu yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Allah SWT, mematuhi prinsip-prinsip agama yang baik, serta mempromosikan kebaikan melalui praktik Islam sebagai rahmatan lil’alamin (rahmat bagi seluruh alam). Salah satu strategi yang digunakan untuk mewujudkan konsep Islam sebagai rahmatan lil’alamin adalah dengan membina saling menghormatidan toleransi, yang bertujuan untuk mencapai kehidupan manusia yang harmonis dan beradab. Pendidikan agama moderat di madrasah berfungsi sebagai kerangka kerja untuk mengajarkan pengetahuan agama yang juga diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, mempromosikan demokrasi melalui pengembangan kebiasaan dan sikap positif. Esensi dari karakter agama moderat terletak pada keterbukaan, penerimaan,kerjasama antar kelompokyang berbeda, dan penghormatan terhadap orang lain. Kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong dan memajukan prinsip-prinsip ini, bertindak sebagai agen perubahan dan pembaharu untuk masa depan yang lebih baik bagi generasi muda

Abstract

In an organization, conflict is something that cannot be avoided, in fact Conflict will always exist and be present in every cooperative relationship between individuals and groups as well as organizations. Conflict is actually something natural, within a certain time limit can be positive for school development, but must be managed well and carefully, because if it crosses the line it can have fatal consequences. Principal as The highest leadership in the school must be able to manage conflict well, so as to provide positive benefits and avoid negative consequences. so as School principals are required to be able to manage conflict well. The aim of this study to find out school principals' strategies for managing conflicts in the world of education. The method used in this research is to look at events in the field and the results of the research show that the head Schools manage conflict through three strategies, namely collaboration strategies, accommodation, compromise. With the three existing ways of handling conflict It has the ability to reduce or avoid the possibility of disputes or hostility between individuals within the school environment.
