Abstract

Saat ini Penjadwalan di BPSDM masih menggunakan sistem manual, dan widyaiswara kesulitan mendapatkan informasi dan jadwal widyaiswara yang sering tidak sesuai serta informasi di dapat melalui sms, belum lagi jika yang bersangkutan belum dapat hadir atau berada diluar daerah. Penjadwalan untuk widyaiswara merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting dalam proses kelancaran selesainya diklat para pegawai negeri sipil. Melihat permasalahan di atas maka diperlukan suatu sistem untuk mengatur penjadwalan diklat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem penjadwalan pendidikan dan pelatihan bidang struktural di BPSDM Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan adalah Prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem ini mempermudah proses penjadwalan diklat serta mempermudah proses pencarian jadwal diklat.Kata Kunci: Penjadwalan Diklat; Prototype; Web

Abstract

Panti asuhan merupakan lembaga kesejahteraan sosial yang bertanggung jawab memberikan pelayanan pengganti dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan fisik, mental dan sosial pada anak asuhnya, sehingga mereka memperoleh kesempatan yang luas, tepat dan memadai bagi perkembangan kepribadian sesuai dengan harapan. Masyarakat umum sangat sedikit mengetahui informasi tentang panti asuhan, karena data-data dan informasi panti asuhan masih melalui pemerintahan yang bertanggung jawab dalam hal ini yaitu Dinas Sosial Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall, dan desain sistem menggunakan perancangan DFD, yang terdiri dari (Identifikasi Entitas Eksternal, Diagram Konteks, Diagram Alir Data Level 0, dan Diagram Alir Data Level 1). Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Pemetaan Panti Asuhan berbasis web di Panti Asuhan Kota Gorontalo yang secara khusus mempermudah mengakses informasi mengenai panti asuhan yang ada di kota gorontalo dan dapat menemukan lokasinya dengan lebih efisien dan efektif. Pengujian sistem diuji dengan blackbox, dan sudah memenuhi kriteria sesuai dengan tujuan.Kata Kunci : Panti Asuhan, Sisten Informasi Pemetaan, Waterfall.

Abstract

Kebun Bibit Rakyat (KBR) merupakan program yang diselenggarakan oleh Swakelola Tipe IV yaitu BPDASHL dan bekerja sama dengan kelompok masyarakat. Pengelolaan KBR pada BPDASHL Bone Bolango masih bersifat konvensional, yaitu pada proses pengusulan KBR oleh masyarakat dan penetapan KBR oleh pihak BPDASHL. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall, dan desain sistem menggunakan perancangan DFD, yang terdiri dari (Identifikasi Entitas Eksternal, Diagram Konteks, Diagram Alir Data Level 0/Diagram Overview, dan Diagram Alir Data Level 1). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh berupa sistem informasi pengelolaan Kebun Bibit Rakyat (KBR) berbasis android di BPDASHL Bone Bolango yang secara khusus membantu  proses pengusulan KBR oleh kelompok masyarakat, dan membantu pihak BPDASHL  untuk melakukan verifikasi serta penetapan KBR dengan mudah. Pengujian sistem diuji dengan blackbox dan whitebox, dan sudah memenuhi kriteria sesuai dengan tujuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemasalahan terhadap pelayanan yang ada di lembaga Arcstics Cendekia, dimana pelayanan di lembaga Arcstics Cendekia masih mengadopsi sistem manual sehingga sering menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan seperti penyimpanan data masih menggunakan pembukuan sehingga memungkinkan data hilang atau rusak, CEO kesulitan untuk mengetahui progres kerja konsultan dan kurangnya informasi yang diterima oleh pelanggan terkait  layanan dan waktu pelaksanaan layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi manajemen Arcstics Cendekia berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang ada di lembaga Arcstics Cendekia khususnya pelayanan bagi pelanggan agar lebih mudah, cepat dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem yakni menggunakan metode waterfall. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan juga wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen Arcstics Cendekia berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan layanan, pembayaran dan menerima layanan secara online. Lembaga dapat melihat data pelanggan, data konsultan dan data transaksi dengan mudah dan cepat.  Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa sistem yang dibangun sudah memenuhi persyaratan fungsional, artinya sistem yang telah dibangun dapat menghasilkan manajemen informasi yang diharapkan. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Kualitas Pelayanan, Arcstics Cendekia, Waterfall

Abstract

Information system plays an essential role in higher education institution, particularly the use of Thesis Information System and Job- Training (SISKP) application in Department of Informatics Engineering State University of Gorontalo. One of the most significant components in building a system is having usability that is easy to learn, use, and encourage the users to complete their tasks. Nevertheless, there is no current investigation measuring the SISKP application. Therefore, this research intends to determine the level of usability in the SISKP application based on lecturer's and informatics engineering students' perceptions. The measurement method in this condition uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) because the users can give subjective assessments. The result of this research obtain 72 scores of the SUS for SISKP application which includes in Grade C and classifies as a good category, while the NPS gets a Passive label that is the users who do not recommend SISKP or those who gave negative rating toward SISKP. Hence, for further investigation, it is suggested to explore the factors affecting the lower score of usability on the SISKP application.

Abstract

This study is conducted based on the problem faced by the owner of the Nurhayati Shop. motivated by the obstacles that are often experienced by the owner nurhayati shop. The 2D Tupperware catalog used by Nurhayati Shop becomes the core problem in serving the customers due to the inefficient time and product description. This study applies Multimedia Life Cycle (MDLC) as the method. The result shows that augmented reality technology integrated into a magic book can be used as the marketing media with android-base. Technology helps the seller in promoting the product throught the android that changes the object into 3D. Besides, it helps the buyer to have an effective time to choose the product.

Abstract

Official travel is a trip carried out by employees in an institution/company related to official duties. Official travel occurs in each institution, for instance, at the Office of Investment, Energy and Mineral Resources, and Transmigration in Gorontalo Province. Yet, there are several problems encountered in the official travel system. The problem is that institution's data recap regarding official travel will be lost every year. Another problem is in the process of report filling, where the report filling can only be performed by the treasurer. As a result, the treasurer has difficulties since s/he must input various reports, and it took a long time. Equally important,as long as the report has not been filled in, the employees cannot perform official travel. Based on the problem above, the proposed solution is creating an information system that can facilitate the treasurer in managing the data of employees and searching the annual reports. Abstract

This research is conducted due to the constraints that are often found in organizing the thesis defense and practical work schedules at the departement of informatics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo. The constraints are in the form of frequent delays in scheduling because the admin has to check the room beforehand, the lecturers' absence, and the time to prevent conflicts in scheduling the research method is a prototype. The research result is an application in scheduling the thesis defense and practical work, which will help organize the thesis defense and practical work schedules in addition, the admin is also able to easilydetermine both schedules in the Departement of Informatics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Gorontalo.Keywords: Scheduling Application, Thesis, practical work

Abstract

This present study is motivated by a problem experienced by supervisors in processing data where they remain applying Microsoft Excel so that it is eventually time-consuming and leading to frequent data duplication. In addition, the data storage process is still in the form of document or archive thus, it delays the search process over certain data, and it is vulnerable to be lost or corrupted. The study is classified as a descriptive study which uses prototype method for system development. The study's result is a Web-based Regional Asset Inventory Information System which is helpful in the regional asset inventory process. Additionally, the system can help prepare and register data so that it benefits Bone Bolango District administration in relation to the regional asset inventory process. Abstract

The present study was heavily motivated by the problems that often occurred in the students' affairs of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The process of student ranking in the students' affair unit of the Faculty of Engineering employs a manual method of data collection of students' achievements. All files of students' achievements are photocopied, scanned, and archived into a computer. This method is lacking in a crucial aspect; students with achievements or recognitions cannot input and archive their achievements into the university database by themselves. Therefore, the data of achievements might get scattered and hinder the evaluation process. The study employed a prototype method. The results showed that an information system of student ranking management was developed to assist the compilation process of students' achievements. By the developed information system, the students are enabled to input the achievements they have into the system by themselves.Keywords:  Management, Ranking, Student Ranking Management Information System, Prototype
