Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) have become an integral part of modern organizations to facilitate data processing, decision making, and provision of relevant information. This research aims to design a boarding house SIM using the Content Management System (CMS) method in Banda Aceh City. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods was used to collect data from boarding house owners and boarding house users through direct interviews, as well as other data sources such as books, journals and online sources. Data collection techniques use CMS to enable dynamic management of website content without in-depth technical knowledge. The development process follows the waterfall model with stages of analysis, design, coding and testing. The result is a system that allows users to search for and book boarding houses online, and provides benefits for the author in increasing knowledge about boarding house SIMs and for boarding house owners in promoting their properties digitally.

Abstract

The Financial Assistance Information System is designed to streamline the process of managing and distributing financial aid. This system offers a user-friendly interface for applicants to submit their requests, check the status of their applications, and receive updates. Additionally, it enables administrators to efficiently review applications, verify eligibility, and allocate funds. By incorporating features such as automated eligibility checks, real-time status updates, and comprehensive applicant records, the system enhances transparency and operational efficiency. The system also includes robust reporting and analytics tools that assist management in making data-driven decisions. Furthermore, it supports integration with various payment platforms, ensuring secure and timely disbursement of funds. Overall, the Financial Assistance Information System aims to improve the management of financial aid programs, ensuring that assistance reaches those in need promptly and effectively, thereby enhancing both applicant experience and administrative processes.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and evaluate interactive learning media that uses Adobe Animate to teach electricity and conductivity concepts to students at State Elementary School 4 Banda Aceh. This interactive learning media is designed to increase students' interest and understanding of science subject matter. The development method used includes the design stage, content development, and testing on a group of students. The development of this learning media is based on constructivist learning theory and an interactive learning approach. Adobe Animate is used as a tool to create interesting animations, simulations and interactions, with the aim of making it easier for students to understand abstract concepts such as conductors, insulators, electric currents and circuits. Testing of learning media was carried out through trials on students in Banda State Elementary School 4 class. Aceh. The test results show that this interactive learning media is able to increase students' interest and understanding of the concepts of electricity and conductivity. Students show more active participation, and are able to better explain the concepts taught through this interactive media. This research indicates that the use of interactive learning media using Adobe Animate can be an effective alternative in supporting the learning of electricity and conductivity concepts at the school level Base. The implications of this research provide guidance for further development of interactive learning media in an effort to improve the quality of science learning for elementary school students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze information gathering on wanted list (DPO) targets using the open source intelligence (OSINT) method at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office. This research focuses on the Google search engine platform and Facebook social media. Before conducting information gathering, a sock puppet account will be created. Information gathering will go through four stages, namely: collection, processing, exploitation, production. At the collection stage, several OSINT techniques will be used, namely: real name techniques, search engine techniques, and social network techniques. Then, entering the processing stage, the information will be validated and made more useful. At the exploitation stage, existing information is analyzed in depth and eliminates information that is less useful. The production stage will describe in detail the personal information obtained and processed. From these results, the target's personal information is obtained such as full name, profile photo, domicile, occupation, place of work, vehicle and family relationships. This provides a real picture that the Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) method can make it easier for law enforcers to carry out their duties, especially carrying out searches and finding targets on the People's Wanted List.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development and implementation of a Package Delivery Information System for postal services to enhance courier service efficiency. The system is designed to streamline the management of package delivery processes, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates, and efficient route planning. Key features of the system include real-time tracking of packages, automated notifications for customers, and optimized route management for couriers. By integrating GPS technology and advanced data analytics, the system provides a robust solution for managing large volumes of deliveries with high precision. The study outlines the design, development, and deployment phases of the system, highlighting the selection of appropriate technologies, system architecture, and user interface design. The implementation of this system is expected to lead to significant improvements in delivery times, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The paper also discusses the challenges encountered during the development and deployment phases, as well as the strategies adopted to overcome these challenges. Results indicate that the Package Delivery Information System effectively addresses the limitations of traditional delivery management practices, offering a scalable and reliable solution for postal services aiming to enhance their courier operations.

The research outlines the design, development, and deployment phases of the system, including the selection of appropriate technologies, system architecture, and user interface design. The implementation of this system is expected to result in significant improvements in operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction. The paper also discusses the challenges faced during development and deployment, as well as the solutions implemented to address these challenges. Results indicate that the Goods Distribution Information System effectively overcomes the limitations of traditional distribution practices and provides a scalable solution for businesses looking to enhance their supply chain operations.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based library information system tailored to the needs of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 45 in Aceh Besar Regency, Kota Jantho District. This system aims to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing book collections, the process of borrowing, returning and renewing books in libraries. The research methods used include literature studies to understand basic concepts in developing library information systems, observation to understand existing needs and processes in libraries, as well as system development to design and implement solutions that suit needs. The result of this research is a comprehensive web-based library information system. This system is equipped with important features such as efficient book search, library member registration, structured loan management, easy book returns, and online book loan extension. Through careful testing, this library information system is proven to work well and meet the standards of user needs. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that there will be a significant improvement in library management, both in terms of monitoring book collections and services to users. This will make a positive contribution in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 45 Aceh Besar Regency, Kota Jantho District.
