Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a Science Laboratory Equipment Recording Information System to enhance the efficiency of inventory management in educational institutions. The system is designed to automate the recording, tracking, and management of laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate and organized inventory data. Key features include equipment registration, real-time tracking, maintenance scheduling, usage logs, and automated reporting. By integrating barcode scanning and data management technologies, the system ensures that all laboratory equipment is accounted for, easily retrievable, and well-maintained. The research discusses the design and development phases, including technology selection, system architecture, and user interface considerations. The system is evaluated based on its impact on operational efficiency, data accuracy, and user satisfaction. The results indicate that the implementation of the Science Laboratory Equipment Recording Information System leads to significant improvements in inventory management, reducing administrative workload and enhancing equipment utilization. The paper also addresses the challenges encountered during the development and deployment of the system, along with the solutions implemented to ensure successful integration and user adoption.

Abstract

An effort to speed up and simplify the collaboration process between BPJS Health and Health Facilities is by providing the Health Facilities Information System (H.F.I.S.) Application. This HFIS application is an application that can be used by all prospective health facilities that will collaborate with BPJS Health. However, the ability of each user is different in learning or mastering the application system. Thus, the level of perceived understanding will vary when the application is implemented by the user. Therefore, the author tries to analyze the level of user understanding when interacting with the system, which in this case is HFIS. The analysis was carried out using the usability method as a method used to assess the level of human understanding when using a tool or other man-made object to achieve certain goals. The aims of this research are; to analyze the results of implementing the HFIS application system and to analyze the user's capabilities regarding the HFIS application based on benchmarks from usability indicators. This research was conducted using a quantitative analysis approach. The data obtained directly is the result of interviews and questionnaires with HFIS application users.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a Library Book Procurement Information System to enhance the efficiency and transparency of collection management in libraries. The system is designed to automate and streamline the processes involved in book procurement, from requisition and approval to acquisition and cataloging. Key features include a user-friendly interface for book requests, automated approval workflows, vendor management, budget tracking, and real-time updates on procurement status. By integrating advanced data management and real-time communication technologies, the system ensures accurate and timely procurement of books, reducing delays and errors. The research discusses the design, development, and deployment phases of the system, including the selection of appropriate technologies, system architecture, and user interface design. The system is evaluated based on its impact on operational efficiency, transparency in the procurement process, and user satisfaction. The results indicate that the implementation of the Library Book Procurement Information System leads to significant improvements in the efficiency of book acquisition, enhances accountability, and ensures better allocation of library resources. The paper also addresses the challenges encountered during the development and deployment phases, as well as the solutions implemented to overcome these challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to design a Web-Based Drug Inventory Information System at the Fadhilah Farma Pharmacy. In the era of information technology development, the use of reliable information systems has become an important requirement for health institutions such as pharmacies. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to produce efficient and flexible software prototypes. The system development process involves the stages of planning, analysis, design, and maintenance. Data collection methods used include interviews, observation, and literature study. Data analysis is carried out to produce conclusions and recommendations that support decision making in application design. The results of this research are expected to increase the operational efficiency of the Fadhilah Farma Pharmacy, reduce losses due to expired medicines, and improve the quality of service to customers.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of a web-based Digital Records Management Information System at the Aceh Provincial Agriculture Service Office. The waterfall approach is used as a framework for developing this system, which involves a series of stages starting from requirements analysis to maintenance. The main focus is designing a responsive and user-friendly user interface, which allows users to interact with the system optimally. The features included, such as Login Page, Home Page, Mail Transactions, Agenda Book, File/Document Gallery, Document Reference, and Settings, are designed to meet archive management needs efficiently. Test results validate the suitability of the system with established expectations and needs. Through the implementation of Digital Archives, the aim is to increase effectiveness, efficiency, transparency and accuracy in managing information related to budget realization at the Aceh Provincial Agriculture Service. Suggestions for improvement include user training, evaluation of application usage, development of additional features, data security improvements, and maintenance support. In this way, Digital Archives is expected to make a significant contribution in increasing the efficiency of archive management within government agencies, such as the Aceh Provincial Agriculture Service, and provide a model that is suitable for adoption by similar institutions.

Abstract

This research investigates the use of graphic design tools Canva and the Template.net platform in creating online certificates within the Aceh Province Food Service. With increasingly rapid technological changes, online certificates have become an attractive alternative to increase efficiency and quality in recognizing achievements and contributions. The main focus of this research is to understand the extent to which the use of Canva and Template.net has changed the way certificates are created, as well as identifying benefits, challenges and recommendations for further implementation. This research method combines a qualitative approach with a case study at the Aceh Province Food Service. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. Content analysis techniques were used to explore key themes that emerged from the data. The research results show that the use of Canva and Template.net has significantly increased efficiency in the certificate creation process. Using these graphic design tools allows Food Service staff to quickly access templates, edit text, and adjust designs as needed. However, several obstacles such as limited accessibility and technical capabilities were also identified. Recommendations from this research include training for staff, development of internal templates, and regular monitoring of application use. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the use of online certificate technology in the Aceh Province Food Service and contribute to increasing efficiency and quality in making certificates.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of using a fingerprint attendance system on employee discipline and motivation as well as its impact on the performance of employees of the Aceh Public Works and Spatial Planning Service (PUPR Aceh). The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method is used to understand the relationship between the effectiveness of implementing fingerprint attendance and discipline, motivation and performance variables. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires to 55 employees of the Aceh PUPR Service. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program for validity, reliability, descriptive, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the use of finger prints has a significant effect on employee discipline, but does not have a significant effect on motivation. Apart from that, there is a significant simultaneous influence between discipline and motivation on employee performance. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing fingerprint attendance technology in improving employee discipline, but special attention is needed in increasing motivation so that it can have a greater impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Information system development is crucial in improving the efficiency and accuracy of the operational processes of an educational institution. In the context of SMK Negeri 1 Sigli, the problem of manual data management in the process of accepting new students requires an adequate solution. This research aims to design and implement a web-based information system for accepting new students and online exams at SMK Negeri 1 Sigli, using PHP and Codeigniter as the main programming languages. The research methods used include field studies, UML analysis, and various data collection techniques. It is hoped that the resulting information system can increase the efficiency of the process of accepting new students, provide better accessibility, and increase data accuracy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing the Integrated Referral Information System (SISRUTE) on employee performance at Meuraxa Regional Hospital, Banda Aceh City. In the context of developments in information technology, SISRUTE has become an important innovation in the health referral system. However, there are still challenges in implementing it in hospitals. This research uses a descriptive analysis method by collecting data through surveys and statistical analysis. The research results show that even though SISRUTE has been implemented, its effect on employee performance is not yet significant. This shows the need for further efforts to increase the effectiveness of SISRUTE implementation at Meuraxa District Hospital.
