Abstract

This research develops a chili production prediction application using the C.45 algorithm for the Aceh Province Agriculture Service. Weather data and chili prices from 2022-2023 are used to build a prediction model. After going through the data selection, preprocessing, and transformation stages, the C.45 algorithm model was successfully built and tested with new data. The results show a prediction accuracy of 84.03%. Furthermore, this model is implemented in the form of a web application which includes various features such as public pages, calculation of prediction results, graphs, and admin pages. Research shows that the use of the C.45 algorithm and this application has the potential to support agricultural decision making and planning in Aceh. Suggestions for further research include adding additional variables such as soil quality and socio-economic factors, as well as exploring remote sensing technology and other machine learning methods to increase prediction accuracy. Evaluation of the impact of using the application is also recommended to measure its effectiveness in supporting sustainable agriculture in Aceh

Abstract

This research aims to develop an integrated rice production management information system at the Aceh Province Agricultural Service. Old systems that depend on manual form filling have hampered efficiency and accuracy in data collection and processing. In this research, system analysis and design methods are used to design a new system that includes features such as land area management, rice production, and rice productivity. System testing is carried out using the black-box testing method to ensure the expected functionality is met. Test results show that most system features have passed the test, although some features require further improvement. Based on the test results, the percentage of test success was 66.67%. Overall, the rice production management information system that has been developed can assist the Aceh Provincial Agriculture Service in managing rice production data more efficiently. Some of the suggestions proposed include improvements to features that do not pass testing, training and outreach to system users, increasing data security, developing additional features, as well as regular evaluation and monitoring. It is hoped that implementation of these suggestions will improve the quality and benefits of the system for users.

Abstract

The Web-Based Farmer accessibility on the web platform, farmers and related parties can quickly access information and take various actions related to farmer group management. This system also helps to improve coordination between farmers and facilitates more effective monitoring and evaluation of empowerment activities. The main advantage of this system is its ability to provide easy accessibility via a web platform, allowing users to access information from anywhere and at any time. It is hoped that with this system, related parties can be more responsive to farmers' needs, as well as optimize the results of farmer group empowerment programs in the Aceh region. Abstract

The Budget Realization Information System at the Aceh Provincial Agriculture Service is a web-based platform that changes the way budget funds are managed and monitored in the agricultural sector. With a professional approach that focuses on system requirements analysis, careful design, measurable implementation, and comprehensive evaluation, providing effective and efficient solutions in managing budgets with a high level of transparency and accountability. real-time monitoring and reporting of budget expenditures via a web platform that is easily accessible to various related parties. The existence of the Budget Realization Information System is expected to be able to overcome challenges in managing public funds, such as potential deviations or discrepancies between budget allocations and their actual implementation. Abstract

This research aims to develop and implement a web-based infographic information system at the Aceh Provincial Food Service Office. This system is designed to provide easy and effective access to information about food crops through an attractive and easy to understand infographic display. The development method used is the waterfall method, which involves steps such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and evaluation. In this research, an analysis of the required data structures was carried out, such as user, commodity and production data. Next, an intuitive and responsive user interface was designed to make it easier for users to access and utilize the information presented. The testing process was carried out involving 20 respondents to test the functionality and user interface of the application. The research results show that the web-based infographic information system at the Aceh Provincial Food Service Office was successfully implemented well. This application provides benefits in accessing information related to food crops with an attractive and easy to understand display. The use of web technology in developing this application provides high flexibility and accessibility for users. The discussion of this research reveals the successful implementation of a web-based infographic information system, the benefits provided, the challenges faced, as well as recommendations for developing and improving the application in the future. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the management and decision making regarding food crops, as well as being the basis for the development of a wider web-based infographic information system
