Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen dan Sekretari
Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan terkait dengan ekonomi, manajemen dan sekretari baik secara teoritis maupun empiris terbukti sudah memberikan dampak positif bagi berbagai sisi kehidupan masyarakat. Perkembangan ilmu ekonomi dan manajemen misalnya sudah banyak memberikan manfaat bagi peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam berbagai kegiatan ekonomi. Demikian pula halnya dengan ilmu sekretari dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi kemudahan pelaksanaan tugas-tugas administasi baik dilembaga pemerintah maupun non pemerintah. Hingga saat ini, penelitian terkait dengan ekonomi, manajemen dan sektretari sudah banyak dilakukan oleh akademisi, praktisi maupun peneliti yang konsen terhadap bidang ilmu tersebut. Namun tidak semua hasil penelitian dapat dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah. Kehadiran jurnal ekonomi manajemen dan sekretari (JEMENSRI) tidak hanya bermaksud untuk mempublikasikan hasil kajian empiris dan teoritis terkait dengan ekonomi manajemen dan sekretari. Tetapi lebih dari itu, JEMENSRI menjadi salahsatu sarana diseminasi hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan ketiga bidang ilmu tersebut. JEMENSRI bekerjasama dengan Sekretariat Pusat Lembaga Komunitas Informasi Teknologi Aceh terkait pengelolaan konten online mulai tahun 2021, dan diharapkan dapat memajukan penelitian nasional yang bertaraf internasional.

BAPPEDA (Regional Development Planning Agency) Aceh Province is the government agency responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the implementation of development programs in the region. In carrying out its duties, BAPPEDA needs assistance from a secretary who can help expedite administration. This article examines the important role played by a secretary in assisting the smooth administration of BAPPEDA Aceh Province, including the tasks that a secretary must carry out, the skills and abilities needed, and the challenges that may be faced while carrying out their duties. The research was conducted through interviews with several BAPPEDA secretaries and data analysis to present a practical view of the roles and responsibilities of a secretary in ensuring smooth administration at BAPPEDA Aceh Province.

Discipline is an important factor in improving performance and efficiency in the office environment, including at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Peureulak Barat. Leaders play a very important role in ensuring discipline is well practiced in the workplace. This study aims to identify the role of leadership in influencing employee discipline at the Peureulak Barat KUA. This research method uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques as a data collection tool. The results of the study show that leaders at the Peureulak Barat KUA have an important role in shaping a culture of discipline in the workplace. Leaders take the initiative to provide discipline training to employees, provide regular feedback, and enforce existing rules. In addition, leaders also show attitudes and behaviors that are consistent with disciplinary values. In conclusion, the role of leadership at the Peureulak Barat KUA is very important in influencing employee discipline. Leaders must take the initiative to build a culture of discipline in the workplace through training, feedback and enforcement. In addition, leaders must be role models by showing attitudes and behaviors that are consistent with disciplinary values. Thus, it can be expected that employee discipline at KUA Peureulak Barat will increase and have a positive impact on office performance and efficiency.

This study aims to investigate the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Peureulak Regional Technical Service Unit Office, East Aceh. This study used a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires which were distributed to 30 employee respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. There are several motivational factors that affect employee performance, namely appreciation, promotion, and work atmosphere. These findings can provide input for the management of the Peureulak Regional Technical Service Unit Office, East Aceh in increasing employee motivation and their performance. The scientific findings of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Peureulak Regional Technical Service Unit Office, East Aceh. More specifically, the factors of appreciation, promotion, and work atmosphere have a positive and significant influence on employee motivation and their performance. This shows that management needs to pay special attention to increasing employee motivation by providing appropriate awards and promotions, as well as creating a conducive working atmosphere. Thus, employees will feel valued and motivated to provide better performance, so as to increase office productivity and efficiency in providing technical services to the public. These findings can serve as a reference for management in increasing the motivation and performance of employees at the Peureulak Regional Technical Service Unit Office, East Aceh and other organizations

This study aims to assess the performance of the secretary in implementing administration at the Banda Aceh State Property and Auction Service Office. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The results showed that the secretary's performance in implementing administration at the Banda Aceh State Property and Auction Service Office was quite good, although there were still some deficiencies such as a lack of understanding of the applicable regulations and there were still some errors in document filing. Factors that affect the performance of a secretary include technical skills, knowledge of rules and procedures, and communication skills. Therefore, it is recommended that the management provide training and development to secretaries to improve their technical skills and knowledge of regulations and improve the document filing system. Banda Aceh Country and Auction. In this study, factors such as expertise in document management, ability to organize schedules and agendas, and communication skills are the main factors in assessing the performance of a secretary. From the results of the data analysis, it was found that a secretary who has good administrative skills can increase work productivity and efficiency in the office. In addition, a secretary who can manage documents properly and effectively can reduce the risk of errors and lost documents that can interfere with office performance. However, the results of the study also show that there are still some secretaries who are less able to implement administration properly. Therefore, it is suggested that the Banda Aceh State Property and Auction Service Office provide regular training and competency development to secretaries so that they can continue to improve their administrative capabilities and performance.

The Correspondence Processing System at the Peureulak Post Office, East Aceh Regency is a system used to manage the sending and receiving of letters at the post office. This system was created to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing correspondence, to provide better service to the community. In developing this system, the methods of observation, interviews, and literature studies were used to understand the needs and existing business processes at the Peureulak Post Office. Then, an analysis of the data obtained is carried out to design a system that suits these needs. The Correspondence Processing System at the Peureulak Post Office in East Aceh Regency consists of several modules, including the letter receiving module, the mail sending module, the mail tracking module, and the reporting module. This system uses computer and network technology to connect all modules so they can work in an integrated manner. With the Correspondence Processing System at the Peureulak Post Office, East Aceh District, it is hoped that sending and receiving letters can be done more quickly and efficiently. In addition, this system can also make it easier for users to track mail and produce reports that are more accurate and detailed.

This study aims to analyze the influence of halal labeling and religiosity on purchasing decisions for beauty products, as well as to examine the moderating role of gender in the functional relationship between these two variables. The research sample consists of 100 cosmetic product users in Banda Aceh, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire, and the data were subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis. The study found that both halal labeling and religiosity have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. The greater the importance consumers place on halal labeling and the higher their level of religiosity, the more likely they are to purchase cosmetic products

This research investigates the role of secretaries in various organizational contexts, with a focus on smooth administration, emotional intelligence, use of technology, and strategic role in decision making. Qualitative research methods were used by conducting interviews, case studies and document analysis of various organizations and institutions. The findings show that the secretary's role is not only limited to ordinary administrative tasks, but also includes managerial, interpersonal, and strategic aspects that are important in supporting the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Emotional intelligence has also been found to play an important role in secretarial performance, while the use of technology has influenced the way secretaries manage information and support decision making. Managerial implications of this research include the need to recognize and develop the role of secretaries as strategic partners in organizations, while future research can expand the scope of samples and research methods to gain a more holistic understanding of the role of secretaries in various organizational.

-This research investigates the implementation of a secretary's duties in the field of administration and facilities at PT PLN (Persero) Aceh Region. A qualitative approach was used with observation, interview, and documentation study techniques to obtain an in-depth understanding of the role and contribution of secretaries in supporting company operations. The research results revealed that secretaries were responsible for administrative tasks such as schedule management, document processing, and meeting coordination. They are also involved in facilities management, interdepartmental coordination, and information management. The secretary's strategic role in facilitating communication, coordination and information management throughout the organization is highlighted. The findings show that the use of information technology, technology integration, and strong relationships between departments are important aspects in carrying out secretarial duties. The implications of this research include the need to develop multifunctional competencies, integrate technology, and strengthen interdepartmental relationships. With a better understanding of their role, secretaries can become valuable assets in achieving company operational goals and improving the overall performance of the organization.

-This study aims to explore the influence of nurses' attitudes towards health services at the Peureulak Medical and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Hospital, East Aceh. The multiple linear regression analysis method was used to measure the relationship between nurses' attitudes (including communication, empathy, professionalism, and concern for patient welfare) and the quality of health services. The results showed that nurses' attitudes significantly influenced patient experience and satisfaction at the hospital. These findings emphasize the importance of developing positive attitudes in nurses as part of a quality management strategy in hospitals. Most respondents expressed a positive perception of nurses' attitudes, indicating high awareness and commitment from nurses to provide the best service to patients. The practical implications of this research are to provide insight for hospital management in designing policies and training programs aimed at improving nurses' attitudes and the overall quality of health services. By paying attention to the positive attitude of nurses, hospitals can create a supportive environment to provide quality services and meet patient expectations

-Penelitian menganalisis dampak kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada sektor perbankan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei kepada 150 karyawan bank di Jakarta menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional (β = 0.435, p < 0.05) serta motivasi (β = 0.512, p < 0.05) terhadap produktivitas kerja. Temuan mengungkap bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional mendorong karyawan mencapai target kerja melalui pemberian inspirasi dan stimulasi intelektual. Motivasi kerja yang tinggi terbukti meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan efisiensi operasional bank. Penelitian memberikan masukan bagi manajemen perbankan untuk mengembangkan program pelatihan kepemimpinan dan sistem penghargaan yang mendukung peningkatan produktivitas. Diperlukan penelitian lanjutan mengenai faktor budaya organisasi dan kompensasi untuk melengkapi pemahaman tentang produktivitas kerja di industri perbankan
