Abstract

This study examines the implementation and evaluation of an information system developed for the data management of Reproductive Health Field Officers (PLKB) at the Community Empowerment, Family Planning, and Women's Empowerment Agency (BPMPKB) in Sabang City. The primary objective was to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of PLKB data administration, thereby facilitating more informed decision-making based on well-documented information. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and analysis of documentation related to the existing data recording processes. The results indicate that the system's implementation positively influenced the effectiveness and efficiency of PLKB work and improved the quality of the resulting data. Nevertheless, certain challenges require attention, such as the need for more intensive user training and sustained system maintenance

Abstract

Data management related to the provision, procurement, and distribution of production facilities at the Aceh Animal Health and Livestock Department currently relies on manual methods using Microsoft Excel, without utilizing an integrated database system. This study focuses on developing an information system specifically for reporting the provision, procurement, and distribution of production facilities within the department. The objective is to understand and design an Information System for Reporting the Provision, Procurement, and Distribution of Production Facilities using Microsoft Visual Basic.NET. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and literature review. In this system development, Microsoft Visual Basic.NET is utilized for designing the user interface, while Microsoft Office Access serves as the Database Management System (DBMS). Testing results indicate that the developed system meets the established requirements. The data input process and generated reports align with the desired needs

Abstract

This research aims to address challenges in the management and distribution activities of 3 Kg LPG at PT Indung Tulot Energy (Pertamina) Banda Aceh. These challenges include difficulties in data collection, distribution transactions, and efficient report generation. Data collection methods used were Field Studies and Literature Studies. The research resulted in an LPG 3 Kg allocation information system application, designed to accelerate and simplify allocation data management processes, sub-distributor data management, and improve reporting effectiveness. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the weaknesses and shortcomings of the current information system in motorcycle warranty management at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara, as well as design and propose a new information system that is more efficient and effective. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that the current information system faces several obstacles, such as inadequate application systems, lack of motorcycle warranty data availability, and insufficient human resources, especially in the field of Information Technology. Therefore, this research proposes a new integrated information system for motorcycle warranty management, with features such as user creation and approval settings by administrators, motorcycle warranty document creation, and motorcycle warranty certificate processing by administrators. Additionally, this research also designs a data structure that includes admin, customer, and motorcycle warranty tables. With the implementation of this new information system, PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of motorcycle warranty management and enhance the accuracy of warranty data reports.

Abstract

In the current digital age, local governments are increasingly prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness in data and information management. However, the Department of Manpower and Population Mobility of the Aceh Government continues to face challenges in delivering thorough information services, particularly concerning student internship data. The research aims to address these issues by designing and implementing a Student Internship Data Management Information System within the department. The study focuses on enhancing internship data management processes, which currently rely on time-consuming manual systems. Through problem identification and automated information system solution development, the research incorporates user needs analysis and system testing to ensure reliability and functionality. Results indicate that the new system implementation will significantly benefit users by improving data management efficiency and enabling faster, more accurate access to relevant information

Abstract

The Case Witness Data Management Information System is an integral component of the operations at the Military Court I-01 Banda Aceh. The primary objective of this system is to manage and organize case witness information, ensure the efficient distribution of evidence, and facilitate information accessibility. This research focuses on the Case Witness Data Management Information System at the Military Court I-01 Banda Aceh, developed using Microsoft Visual Basic.NET as the programming language and Microsoft Office Access as the database management system. The aim of this research is to design and analyze this system using the Microsoft Visual Basic.NET and Microsoft Office Access platform. Data collection was conducted through literature review (examining relevant literature) and field research (interviews and direct observation). The system is managed by one primary administrative staff member, supported by two additional administrative staff, who are responsible for recording and inputting witness data. Research findings indicate that the Case Witness Data Management Information System has been implemented according to established procedures. The system utilizes computer technology, employing Visual Basic.NET and Microsoft Access 2010 as its database management system.

Abstract

The process of data collection for the poor at the Blang Bintang Subdistrict Office has been computerized for some time; however, it still relies on Microsoft Excel, which leads to time inefficiencies and employee fatigue in conducting the data entry. This issue can result in delays in data management, subsequently affecting the timely distribution of various forms of assistance to the community. The aim of this study is to analyze and design an Information System for the Registration of the Poor in the Blang Bintang Subdistrict at the Blang Bintang District Office, Aceh Besar, using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Data collection was carried out using several methods, including field studies and library research. The conclusion drawn from the analysis of the Information System for the Registration of the Poor is that the system will be used to process data for the poor at the Blang Bintang Subdistrict Office, Aceh Besar, enabling functionalities such as adding, editing, and searching for data. Additionally, the system will be equipped to generate reports, such as lists of beneficiaries, among others. Abstract

This study focuses on the development of a more efficient Death Reporting Information System at the Camat Office in Manggeng, Aceh Barat Daya, addressing the challenges of the existing manual system. The main objectives were to streamline data management, reduce errors, and improve report generation. The new system was developed using Visual Basic .NET to automate processes and ensure more accurate, timely data management. The methodology employed included observation, interviews, system analysis, design, testing, and evaluation. During the observation phase, issues such as the lack of a dedicated death data management application and limited access to accurate data were identified. Interviews with staff further confirmed the need for an automated solution to enhance efficiency. The system analysis showed significant flaws in the existing system, including inefficiencies caused by manual data entry. The newly designed system features an intuitive interface, enabling staff to input, process, and generate death reports more effectively. Testing confirmed that the new system significantly reduced processing times, minimized data entry errors, and improved the overall efficiency of death reporting. It also provided real-time access to data, allowing staff to retrieve and process information more quickly. The successful implementation of this system highlights the importance of integrating technology into public administration. Moreover, it emphasizes the need for adequate staff training to ensure successful adoption and effective system usage. The study concludes that technological integration is essential for improving the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of public sector services.

Abstract

The Information System for Distribution of Superior Livestock Assistance is one of the data processing activities at BPTU-HPT Indrapuri, Aceh Besar, aimed at obtaining more directed and easily accessible information on the distribution of superior livestock assistance. In this Practical Work Report (LKP), the author discusses the issues related to the distribution of superior livestock assistance and the data management mechanisms at BPTU-HPT Indrapuri, Aceh Besar, as well as designing an Information System for Distribution of Superior Livestock Assistance using Visual BASIC.NET. The purpose of this report is to understand the issues related to the distribution of superior livestock assistance and data management at BPTU-HPT Indrapuri, Aceh Besar, as well as to create a supporting application for the Information System for Distribution of Superior Livestock Assistance using Visual BASIC.NET. The data collection for this report was conducted using two methods: literature study, which involves relevant books and other scientific works, and field study through interviews and direct observations of the relevant objects related to this Practical Work Report. The Information System for Distribution of Superior Livestock Assistance is managed by one of the administrative staff members to record and input data on the distribution of superior livestock assistance. Abstract

The Public Works Office (PU) of Pidie Jaya Regency is a government institution engaged in infrastructure and facility development. In the process of employee data management, the Public Works Office (PU) of Pidie Jaya Regency uses office applications such as Microsoft Office. The activities in the office, ranging from document reception to report generation, have been inefficient due to the semi-computerized nature of the report recording. The purpose of this thesis is to design an employee data management application, create a computerized data storage system, reduce data duplication and report errors, and analyze the system used at the Public Works Office (PU) of Pidie Jaya Regency. Based on research and observations conducted at the Public Works Office (PU) of Pidie Jaya Regency, it can be concluded that the implementation of this employee information system at the Public Works Office (PU) of Pidie Jaya Regency is effective and accurate, particularly in the human resources department. It makes obtaining employee information easier. This information system can address issues often encountered at the Public Works Office (PU) of Pidie Jaya Regency, such as difficulty in monitoring and overseeing employee data and reports. It helps prevent delays in generating annual and periodic employee reports, and facilitates the development of an information system program to obtain high-quality information
