Welfare: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat is a blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the publication of the results of community service. The articles published in the Welfare Journal include the results of original dedication. All publications in the journal Welfare are open access which allows articles to be freely available online without any subscription. Welfare is published four times a year by the literacy service journal as a journal manager at Faculty of Islamic Economis and Business, IAIN Kediri. Welfare accepts manuscripts or articles to strengthen the fields of applied and social sciences from various academics and researchers, both nationally and internationally. The scope is Society Development and Engagement focus on Social, Human Resource Development, Management, Business Management, Islamic Economics, Zakat, infaq, alms, waqf, bank and non-bank financial institutions, and MSMEs.. Abstract

The village is the spearhead of Indonesia's development. With the issuance of laws that offer power to the village government in order to improve the welfare of the community, especially in rural areas, by optimizing existing resources, the village government needs to form village-owned enterprises (BUMdes). The goal of BUMdes is to improve the village economy and increase community efforts in managing the village's economic potential. However, in reality, not a few villages fail to run their businesses due to a lack of human resources in managing the BUMdes. Therefor, it is felt that there is a need for BUMdes management assistance in an effort to optimize BUMdes management and create an independent village. This devotional journal analyzes the optimization of the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMdes) to create an independent village. The results of the journal show that administrative management has begun to be organized with the help of application applications, which provide many superior features that make it easy to report to the village office.

Abstract

Technology is a scientific method for achieving practical goals; it is the entire means of providing the goods necessary for the continuity and comfort of human life. Previously, electronic technology was only used as a communication tool, but now the development of electronic technology has been used more to assist teachers in delivering learning. Electronic technology as a medium in learning carried out by teachers greatly facilitates teachers in making media that is more attractive to elementary school students. The colorful displays and animations that are displayed are very diverse to make students more focused on learning. Based on the results of his observations with colleagues from the KKN team in Kertaja Village, Kec. Pebayuran found that one of the problems faced by teachers was the lack of use of electronic technology; teachers methods of conveying learning were limited to books, even though the current development of electronic technology was growing rapidly. Therefore, the more students are presented with various media and supporting infrastructure, the more likely it is that educational values can be absorbed and digested.

Abstract

The MSME sector plays an important role in the economic development of society. In addition to playing a strategic role in development, MSMEs also have a function as a means to distribute the results of existing development. The existence of MSMEs in Indonesia is growing rapidly and mushrooming everywhere. MSMEs have a big role in both domestic regional and national strategies. Marketing is the core activity of running a business, so it must be done carefully. Marketing activities are the foundation for running a business. Marketing is a series of activities in a trading business that aim to meet actual and potential consumer demand for the goods or services offered. In carrying out the marketing of MSMEs, Batik and Art Lochatara have not been optimal in the use of social media and are still lacking in overall implementation. So that this service aims to increase Natural Resources, Human resources, and Capital Resources. With this community service, a number of employees and the public who are members of the Batik and Art Lochatara community have sufficiently increased their knowledge about the use of social media as a means of introducing MSME products and distributing brochures that are effectively used for marketing in tourist areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to provide digital marketing assistance to MSME employees in Kediri Regency, specifically the Aura Convection, and ensure business continuity. This activity is able to increase sales and profits, expand the target market, deepen customer loyalty, and increase competitive advantage. The benefits derived from this activity are for participants to gain knowledge and expertise in digital marketing, with the aim of increasing product production and promotion activities. Increased product orders from a wider target market will also be received. The method used is participatory action research (PAR). The results of the dedication can be concluded that digital marketing is carried out so that Aura Convection consumers increase and expand from various regions. This digital marketing assistance uses Instagram media, which will be filled with video content and Aura Convection products. This video content is in the form of product manufacturing procedures, types of products produced, and convection profiles. Video content published on the Aura Convection Instagram account.

Abstract

This community service activity program aims to assist BAZNAS Blitar City in managing and distributing zakat funds through the Blitar Cares Program. The method used in this community service activity is assistance in distribution and field surveys regarding people who apply for assistance from BAZNAS. The implementation of assistance at BASNAS City of Blitar has the main focus on assisting the management and distribution of zakat funds. Based on the community service activities carried out, it shows that with management and distribution assistance in accordance with Islamic law, zakat funds are more productive and their distribution is right on target, especially for mustahiq who are around the BAZNAS area of Blitar City. The distribution and management of zakat funds at BAZNAS in Blitar City have been carried out properly and effectively, as can be seen from the distribution of food packages every month for the poor and financial assistance for the renovation of residents' houses that are no longer livable, even in supporting the distribution of funds so that BAZNAS does not misuse supervision efforts for recipients of zakat funds, both direct and indirect supervision.

Abstract

The Dhoho Car-Free Day event is a gathering place for people in the city of Kediri. This opportunity is used by Bank Jatim Syariah Kediri Branch in providing knowledge to the general public. With people who understand more about Islamic banks, the potential for Bank Jatim Syariah in developing and advancing the people's economy will also be great. The purpose of this socialization is to increase public knowledge, especially among Dhoho CFD visitors, regarding Islamic banks. Using socialization methods by holding exhibition stands and games The result of this socialization is that visitors who take part in it understand the outline and mechanisms of Islamic banking.

Abstract

The Kediri State Islamic Institute community service conducted one of the counseling activities on "Building Awareness of Saving Early on in Al-Huda SDI Students," bearing in mind the low culture of saving among students, especially saving in a bank. This activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding of how to save using SIMPEL savings, plus tips for successfully saving pocket money given by parents. Apart from that, to introduce products in Bank Jatim Syariah The activity method uses stages, namely: visits to elementary schools to convey counseling programs; gathering information about problems that exist in elementary schools; compiling problems that occur in the school environment; preparing materials, methods, and tools to be used; implementing counseling regarding saving; and making an activity report. While the delivery of counseling materials uses lectures, questions and answers, and quizzes, The results of the activities achieved were that the children were enthusiastic about participating in the activities and gave positive responses, starting to understand the benefits of saving and also how to save using SIMPEL savings.

Abstract

Mobile banking is a banking service that allows bank customers to make online transactions using only a smartphone. The services offered include financial information (balances, account mutations, interest rates) and financial transactions such as transfers, bill payments, credit purchases, and others. Community service activities have been carried out by IAIN Kediri students regarding the introduction of mobile banking from one of the Islamic banks in Indonesia, namely Bank Muamalat. This socialization is important because, with m-Banking, customers can easily carry out various financial transactions online without having to visit the bank where they are a customer. The approach used is to socialize the benefits of using MuamalatDIN with the community. With this socialization, it is expected to increase the number of customers at Bank Muamalat because using mobile banking will provide convenience to its customers.

Abstract

In line with the increasingly high level of competition between financial institutions, every company must strive to be more advanced in developing its competitive capabilities. One of the difficulties faced by BMT NU who are in Kediri is building customer trust, it could be said that not all individuals have trust and responsibility that can make customers loyal and loyal, given that the BMT NU Kediri branch has just opened and was inaugurated and has running almost a year. The results show that trust is the glue that strengthens customer trust and vice versa. If trust has emerged, then the step is to make cooperation easier so that it will benefit both parties. Customer trust has an impact on creating customer loyalty. Customers will be loyal or loyal to a product or service if the customer already has high trust in the product or service.

Abstract

Toddlerhood is the golden period of the growth and development process that takes place very rapidly. This period can be realized if the child gets optimal nutritional intake. Efforts to overcome eating difficulties among under-five children can be performed in a non-pharmacological method through tuina massage. This community service aims to observe the effectiveness of tuina massage training to overcome eating difficulties among under-five children in Setan Hamlet, Maguwoharjo Village, Depok Sub-District, Sleman District. Method: Implementation of tuina massage training in mothers with under-five children at for using lecture, discussion and practice methods.. The results community service showed that there was a difference in mother's knowledge before and after the training. The percentage of knowledge before training was in the poorcategory (97%), while the percentage of knowledge after training increased to good category (22%) and moderatecategory (48%).
