Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the general equilibrium model (CGE) to be calculated on the happiness distribution in Indonesia. The study used a qualitative method by reviewing documents and described analysis, using secondary data from university magazines and official organizations such as BPS and OECD in 2018-2024. The results show that the CGE model can simulate the impact of economic policies on resource allocation and happiness distribution. The policy has been shown that food supply and cash transfer reduces income inequality without affecting the global economic efficiency. However, the limits occurred in the war against the imperfection of the market and complicated social environmental factors. The meaning of emphasizing the importance of integrating social justice in the CGE model to ensure that public policies in Indonesia are more comprehensive, adaptable and fairer.

Abstract

Sharia cooperatives are legal entities and family-based businesses that prioritize a sense of brotherhood among all members based on Islamic sharia, namely the Qur'an and Sunnah.  The purpose of the sharia cooperative itself is to advance the economy of its members and society in general.  The main issue that arises in this research is: What is the role of the Surya Ganda Lestari Sharia Cooperative from the perspective of Islamic economics?  What are the challenges faced by Koperasi Syariah Surya Ganda Lestari in managing its business?  And also, what solutions have been implemented by the Syariah Cooperative Surya Ganda Lestari to address the issues that have arisen?  This research aims to provide an understanding of the role of sharia cooperatives in improving the economy of their members.  The research conducted is qualitative research using a descriptive design. The subjects of this research include all employees of Koperasi Syariah Surya Ganda Lestari, informants, including cooperative managers, cooperative supervisors, and employees or members of Koperasi Syariah Surya Ganda Lestari.  This research includes field studies, data collected through direct observation, data analysis, and drawing conclusions.  The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation.  The research results obtained show that 1) Koperasi Syariah Surya Ganda Lestari provides a significant contribution to the economic welfare of its pre-members 2) The existing obstacles are problematic loans, and there is still a fine system in the cooperative, 3) The solution is, in addressing problematic loans: by rescheduling, setting requirements, and organizing.  In handling fines: For customers who are unable to pay their bills, the cooperative should forgive and guide those customers.  Sharia cooperatives must maintain their existence, innovation, and support from the community.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is an important component in the world economics, where it is one of the determinants of a person’s success in carrying out economic activities. Strategy plays an important role in supporting the sustainability of economic life in the fields of marketing, business or interprise. Marketing strategy can also be said to be a way to obtain big profits if the strategy can be executed well and correctly.    This research was descriptive in nature using a qualitative approach. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research result show that the marketing strategy used by the PKK and  UMKM outlets still uses ordinary and minimal strategies, such as relying solely on lip to lip, coustomers who come directly to the outlet, using cell phones, and even social media the only media used is still facebook. Even though there are many strategies that can be used to get even greater benefits, such as collaboration weith scholl agencies, offices and health centere, using social media, which now have many types, as well as trying print media that can be usedexpand the outlet network.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the bankruptcy level of companies using the Altman Z”-Score Model. The research population consists of companies listed on the Acceleration Board of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2024 period, with PT. Falmaco Nonwoven Industri Tbk as the sample. The data used were financial statements from 2022–2024 obtained from the official IDX website. The results show that the Z”-Score values of PT. Falmaco Nonwoven Industri Tbk during the 2022–2024 period consistently remained below the safe threshold and were categorized in the Distress zone (Z” < 1.1). In 2022, the Z”-Score was recorded at -4.00, mainly due to negative contributions from the ratios of working capital, retained earnings, and EBIT to total assets, with only a slight positive contribution from the equity-to-liabilities ratio. In 2023, the Z”-Score improved to -3.27, primarily due to improvements in the equity-to-liabilities ratio, although other ratios continued to provide dominant negative contributions. Further improvement occurred in 2024, with the Z”-Score reaching -2.50, supported by a stronger capital structure. Nevertheless, retained earnings and EBIT to total assets still showed significant negative contributions, leaving the company in a distress condition. This study confirms that the Altman Z”-Score Model is relevant as a bankruptcy prediction tool for companies on the IDX Acceleration Board and provides important insights for management, investors, and stakeholders in making strategic decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) To determine the partial influence of production factors (Seeds, Fertilizer, Labor and Land Area) on rice production in farming in the Bonder Village farming group, 2) to determine the production results and income from rice farming in the farming group in Bonder Village. The research method uses a quantitative approach by determining the number of respondents using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was carried out using the Cobb-Douglas production function to determine the influence of production factors on farming results, as well as income analysis using the total revenue (TR) and total cost (TC) approaches. The research results show that the average rice production reaches 5,000 kg per hectare, while the average rice farming income is IDR. 26,000,000 per hectare. Simultaneous testing of production factors produces a value of Fcount = 5684.973 with a significance level of 0.000, which means that the production factors together have a significant effect on rice production in Bonder Village. Income analysis shows that rice farming is still worth pursuing because it can provide quite high profits for farmers. Thus, it can be concluded that efficiency in the use of production factors contributes significantly to increasing production and farmer income.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in Social Studies through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with a Deep Learning approach in Grade VIII students of SMPN 1 Sakra in the 2025/2026 academic year. The deep learning approach is applied to encourage students’ conceptual understanding and higher-order thinking skills, while the PBL model engages students in real-world problem-solving activities to enhance critical thinking, creativity, and active participation in learning. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles involving 15 students as research subjects. Data were collected using learning achievement tests administered at the end of each cycle, with the success indicator based on the Minimum Mastery Criteria (MMC) score of 75. The results show an improvement in students’ learning outcomes, where the average score increased from 93.33 in Cycle I with 93.33% mastery, to 98 in Cycle II with 100% mastery. Thus, the application of the Problem Based Learning model with a Deep Learning approach is proven effective in improving students’ learning outcomes on the topic “Geographical Conditions and Interaction with Foreign Nations” in Grade VIII of SMPN 1 Sakra.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ learning outcomes in Social Studies (IPS) through the application of the Snakes and Ladders learning media in class VIII-H of SMPN 1 Sakra in the 2025/2026 academic year. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) employing the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model, which consists of four stages: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection, conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study were 21 students of class VIII-H at SMPN 1 Sakra. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, tests, documentation, and field notes. The results showed that the use of Snakes and Ladders learning media could increase students’ motivation and learning outcomes. This was evidenced by an improvement in the average learning score from 86.19 in the first cycle to 96.23 in the second cycle, as well as an increase in learning mastery from 85.71% to 100%. The improvement occurred because the learning process became more engaging, interactive, and enjoyable, allowing students to learn while playing and actively participate in classroom activities. Thus, the Snakes and Ladders learning media proved effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in Social Studies, particularly in economic topics. This media can serve as an innovative alternative in the learning process to create a more meaningful, active, and enjoyable learning environment for students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by teachers and the strategies used in implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in teaching and learning activities in class XII Mu’allimat NWDI Kelayu. PBL has long been seen as a learning approach capable of encouraging critical thinking skills, independent learning, and students' problem-solving abilities. However, its implementation in schools still faces various obstacles, both in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through learning observations, in-depth interviews with teachers, and documentation of learning tools. The results showed that the main challenges included limited time to implement all stages of PBL, low initial student readiness in understanding problems, diversity of student abilities in group work, and limited media and learning support references. Nevertheless, teachers implemented a number of adaptive strategies such as simplifying problem scenarios, providing scaffolding, combining PBL with interactive lectures, and optimizing time management and group dynamics. These findings confirm that the success of PBL implementation is greatly influenced by teachers' creativity, flexibility, and ability to adapt the learning approach to classroom conditions. This study recommends the need to strengthen teacher competencies in problem design and discussion-based classroom management to increase the effectiveness of PBL implementation.
