Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee work productivity at PT Alfamart Masbagik branch. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study were 30 Alfamart employees at the Masbagik branch. The sample used in this study was Probability Sumpling. Data collection techniques and instruments in this study used questionnaires, observation and documentation. The analysis method used is statistical analysis consisting of classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination, validity tests and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that 1) Rewards partially have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, this can be seen from the calculated t value> t table (5.845> 2.051) with a significant level of 000 <0.05. 2) Punishment partially has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, this can be seen from the calculated t value> t table (2.776> 2.051) with a significant level of 000 <0.05. 3) Reward and punishment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on work productivity, this can be seen from the calculated f value> f table (481.203> 3.35). So it can be concluded that partially or simultaneously reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Alfamart Masbagik branch, because the higher the level of reward and punishment owned, the better their entrepreneurial behavior will be.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Sampoerna retail community on the competitiveness and income of UMKM grocery stores in the Masbagik area. The research method used in this study is qualitative research using a case study approach. Data sources are collected through primary data and secondary data. All SRC members who are members of the SRC Samas Cobra Riborn will be informants with a sample of 25 stores. Data collection techniques and instruments in this study use interviews, observations and documentation.Based on the results of the study, it shows that grocery stores that are members of the SRC show an increase in various aspects of competitiveness, such as improving product quality, prices, customer service and product innovation. SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) plays a very important role in increasing income in grocery stores, because with the coaching and mentoring of these grocery stores, they have a good store management system so that they can increase grocery store income drastically like before partnering with SRC. Respondents' sales turnover is in the low category, which is below 1,000,000, while after partnering with SRC, sales turnover increased by around 2,000,000-13,000,000 and above per day

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direction of the impact of online shopping on consumer behavior and lifestyle among economic education students at Hamzanwadi University. The research sample consisted of 52 students from the class of 2020 from a total population of 110 students, using quantitative methods. And simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed using Google Form, and analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, linearity, simple linear regression and t tests. The results of the analysis show that online shopping has a positive and significant influence on student consumption behavior and lifestyle. For variable X against Y1, the value of tcount > ttable (5,716 > 2,010), and for variable Thus, it can be concluded that online shopping has a positive and significant impact on consumption behavior and lifestyle of economics education students at Hamzanwadi University.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education and the Role of Parents partially or simultaneously on the entrepreneurial interest of Economic Education Study Program Students Semester IV, Hamzanwadi University, Academic Year 2023/2024. Entrepreneurship can be one of the preferences of students after graduating, students can create new jobs with the knowledge they have gained during college and supported by the role of parents. the method used is quantitative correlation, the research sample was 60 students of the Economic Education Study Program semester IV and the data collection method used a questionnaire. data analysis using multiple linear regression, determination test (R2) and hypothesis testing with partial test (T), simultaneous test (F). The results of the study indicate that Entrepreneurship Education and the Role of Parents have a Positive and Significant Effect Partially and Simultaneously on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Economic Education Study Program Students Semester IV, Hamzanwadi University, Academic Year 2023/2024. the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.515 means that 51.5% of the Entrepreneurship Education and Parental Role variables are able to explain the variable of students' interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program Asistensi Mengajar Terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik Mahasiswa FISE di Universitas Hamzanwadi 2022. Skripsi. Selong: Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi.Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ekonomi. Universitas Hamzanwadi, 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk :  1) mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pelaksanaan merdeka belajar kampus merdeka (MBKM) Program Asistensi Mengajar Terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik Mahasiswa FISE Universitas Hamzanwadi 2022. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 94 mahasiswa orang mahasiswa.Teknik pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah Nonprobabilitiy sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu : angket dan dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian ini kemudian di analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara Program Asistensi Mengajar terhadap kompetensi pedagogic, terbukti melalui analisis regresi linier sederhana yang diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga memperoleh koefesien determinasi 70,9% yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelaksanaan asistensi mengajar memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kompetensi pedagogic. Berdasarkan  perhitungan uji t hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa nilai sebesar 14,972 > sebesar 1,661 dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan asistensi mengajar terhadap kompetensi pedagogic.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of the internship program and certified independent study (MSIB) on Self-confidence and job opportunities of Hamzanwadi University students. The design in this study is a descriptive quantitative type of primary and secondary data used were collected through the distribution of survey questionnaires and data from the Coordinator of the MSIB Program of Hamzanwadi University. This population is students who take part in the MSIB program at Hamzanwadi University as many as 61 samples. To collect samples, total sampling techniques or census sampling were used. The data were processed using SPSS statistics ver. 22 with several tests, namely hypothesis analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. Based on the data processing process, between the internship variable and student self-confidence with a t table value smaller than the calculated t (2.002 < 2.705) there is a positive influence, without any significant impact between the internship variable and student job prospects with a t table value > calculated t (2.002 > -0.586), the independent study variable on self-confidence with a lower calculated t value than the t table (1.784 < 2.002), the independent study variable on job opportunities with a higher t table value than the calculated t (2.002 > 0.863), simultaneously there is a large effect between the internship variable, certified independent study (MSIB) on self-confidence with a table F value greater than the calculated F value (11.631 > 3.16) and significantly affects the internship variable, certified independent study (MSIB) on job opportunities with a calculated F value < F table (1.210 < 3.16). In R square (R2) on variable Y1, the result is 26.2% and Y2 is 0.7%, meaning that self-confidence and job opportunities for students can be explained by internship variables and certified independent studies and the remaining 73.8% and 99.3% can be known from the influence of variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the talking stick learning model on increasing student motivation and learning outcomes in the subject of economics for class X semester 2 at SMAN 1 Pringgabaya in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is Quasi Experiment with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. The sample is a control class of 34 students and an experimental class of 35 students. This research is a quantitative research with an experimental method. Data collection techniques in this study are student motivation questionnaires, learning outcome tests and documentation. Data were analyzed using the t-test analysis technique (independent sample t-test) to test the hypothesis partially, and the f-test analysis (ANOVA) to test the hypothesis simultaneously. The results of the independent test analysis until the t-test on motivation with a t-value of 9.301> 1.996 or a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and on learning outcomes t count of 2.448> 1.996 or a sig value of 0.015 <0.05. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a significant partial influence of the talking stick model learning on student motivation and learning outcomes. While the results of the simultaneous test are shown by the results of the F test which shows the F value for the motivation variable of 86.507> 3.98, while for the learning outcome variable the F value is 6.180> 3.98. For the significance value of the motivation variable of 0.000 <0.05 and the learning outcome variable of 0.015 <0.05. So, the results of this study accept the hypothesis simultaneously and state that the Talking Stick model learning together has an effect on motivation and learning outcomes. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis is partially and simultaneously accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the validity of the audio visual powtoon learning method in economics lessons for class XI at MA NW Sukamulia, East Lombok. This development research is a type of research with the ADDIE research model. The sample in this study was all class XI students with a large number of students, namely 24 students. The purpose of this study is to produce valid and good media in economics lessons for class XI MA NW Sukamulia, East Lombok. This instrument uses a response questionnaire and expert validation attachments. The data collection technique will be carried out by applying media, responses and validation is a questionnaire that has criteria with a 5-1 assessment scale. The data analysis technique is processed using the validation data analysis formula and response data analysis which have each assessment criterion, namely 100% -0%. Based on the application of audio-visual powtoon-based learning media, the results of media expert validation were obtained at 88%, which is a feasible category, material experts with results of 96% in a very feasible category, teacher responses to media with results of 84% with good criteria, and student responses obtained results of 91.87 with a very interesting and feasible category. From the results of the data above, the implications of this audio-visual powtoon-based learning media can be said to be feasible and good to be applied as a learning medium

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the use of the ShopeePay digital wallet on the consumptive behavior of students from the Economics Education Study Program at Universitas Hamzanwadi, Class of 2021. The research methodology applied in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach. The subjects of the study consist of 65 students from the Class of 2021 in the Economics Education Program. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, and data was collected through questionnaires. To analyze the data, the researcher used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to examine the relationships between the existing indicators. The model analysis results showed that the developed model is very good, with an R-square value of 0.961, meaning that 96.1% of the variation in consumptive behavior can be explained by the use of ShopeePay. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the bootstrapping method to evaluate the significance of the relationships between the indicators. The evaluation findings indicate that the use of ShopeePay has a positive and strong impact on students' consumptive behavior, as evidenced by a t- statistic value of 235.954 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to find out the factors that affect the cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning outcomes of students in Economics subjects of class X students of Al-Bdiyah Islamic High School. The research method used in this study is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data sources are collected through primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques and instruments in this study use interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that cognitive factors were related to students' understanding of concepts and analytical abilities which were influenced by the teaching methods used. Students understand the importance of distinguishing between needs and desires in managing finances. Affective factors, motivation and interest in economics play an important role, influenced by support from teachers and parents. Psychomotor factors are influenced by students' opportunities to engage in practical activities, which can improve their skills and application of theories in the context of daily life.
