Abstract

Human rights issues are still a never-ending debate, between a Western perspective and an Islamic perspective. Muslims responded in various ways. The difference of views on the articles in the declaration is inseparable from the differences in the background and interpretation of religious and historical texts in the golden age of Islamic history. Among the attitudes of Islamists to the Declaration of Human Rights, as follows: First, reject the Declaration of Human Rights. There are several classical reasons which are the factors behind why Islamists reject them. Among other things, it is a very different socio-cultural condition between the West and Islam. References of different values, in the West embrace liberal values ​​or abandon the values ​​of Christianity, which assume authority entirely in the hands of man, without including the sovereignty of God. The paradigm of some Muslims to this day, still assume that religion has universal coverage, while human rights have only part of the universal religion rather than vice versa. Secondly, to receive fully, for seeing the teachings and values ​​of Islam in a substance. The group is of the opinion that the Declaration of Human Rights is in accordance with the teachings of Islam, both in substance and mission that fought. The principles in the Declaration of the United Nations on Human Rights have been in line with the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (kulliyat al-khams: hifdh al-din, the right to upholding religion and freedom of religion, al-'aql: the right to the development of sound thinking, including the right to freedom of thought and opinion, al-nafs, the protection of the right to life, al-nasl, the assurance of the right to the development of kind and descent, al-mal, the protection of the right to property ownership).

Abstract

The controversy over the devil as a "convicted" creature, accursed and driven from heavenly pleasures is a dramatic and perennial narrative in every divine religion. Since God proclaimed to create the first ruler of earth (read Adam), the devil not only presents himself as a dissident and seductive creature of Adam and his grandchildren, as the conclusion of the classical and modern interpretations above, but also at the same time the symbol of the negative predisposition or personification of crime. No man is immune to the seduction of the devil, but the devil can not really deceive those who have always maintained their moral integrity from his attacks. The key to the defense of man against the temptations of the devil is the piety of Allah SWT.

Abstract

The flow of information that flows so swiftly in social media makes some people can not sort out which news is right and wrong or hoax. Broadcast feature in the chat and share applications on social networking into a means that makes false news spread faster to viral. Hoax is the same as lying. Spreading the word hoax means spreading false news. Of course, Islam does not justify its people to do this. Islam strongly condemns the actions that lead to lies. Especially to spread the false news. Islam is deeply condemned and a grave sin for the perpetrators. Because, spreading false news can upset the community and ravage unity. Therefore, Islam teaches to inspect the truth of the news. Clarify all the information obtained, so as not to fall into slander.

Abstract

The main purpose of consumption for a Muslim is as a means of help to worship God. In this day and age there has been a growing behavior that consumerism is actually less useful. The nature of consumerism students along with the development and change of time can no longer be arrested. The purpose of this study to analyze social influences on the pattern of Islamic student consumption. In this research, quantitative research design is used. The sample of research is 52 female students of The Islamic Boarding School of Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan. Independent variable: social influence of boarding school (X) and dependent variable: Islamic consumption behavior (Y). The collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire method. The analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression. The results showed that most respondents considered social influences with enough frequency 35 people (67%), most of the respondents in the consumption behavior of female students of The Islamic Boarding School of Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan, quite in accordance with the frequency of 27 people (52%), and there is a significant influence between social influences with the behavior of Islamic consumption student of The Islamic Boarding School of Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan. Tighter supervision needs to be done cottage boarding school, to behave student consumption to conform with Islam. In addition, the self-control of the consumption of goods that are less appropriate to the needs and distinguish kosher and excessive consumption for female students.

Abstract

Lifestyle shift as a consequence of modernization applied in many ways, one of them consuming habits. In this case, the community is increasingly being entertained by a variety of modern shopping that presents a more comfortable atmosphere than traditional markets and variants offer discounted prices. Competition between modern retail through price competition and certain events even makes the traditional market increasingly lagging behind. In fact, the traditional market is a mirror of the people's business sector trade because it involves micro-scale traders. In order to maintain the existence of the real sector, of course, special efforts are needed to save or maintain its existence. These efforts can involve the government through market revitalization or policies that are pro poor budgeting, or strengthening marketing strategies by the traders themselves. During this time most traders familiar with marketing in conventional angle alone, whereas as knowledge of Islamization, marketing can also be applied according to Islamic concepts. In addition to marketing that can be an important point in survival strategies, social capital is certainly able to sustain so that people's business sector can still stand normal in the middle of modern retail growth.

Abstract

Pragmatism is a madhhab in Philosophy that aims to solve various problems around us. One of the most important figures in Pragmatism was Charles Sanders Peirce. He has a cutting-edge construction of thought. Starting from the nature of belief and its elements are propositions, habits of mind, and discussion of doubts and beliefs. To gain belief, Peirce devised a series of methods: tenacity, authority, a priori, and method of science (inquiry). It is from that inquiry that leads people to discover the nature of truth (Truth) and clarify the ideas that exist in the belief to find meaning (Meaning)

Abstract

Epistemology which is also called the Theory of Science occupies a very urgent space in the development of the progress of a nation's culture or civilization. Epithemology is a branch of philosophy that discusses the nature, source, structure, method and validity of knowledge. The nature of education is all the adult efforts in association with children to lead their physical and spiritual development toward maturity. Adults do not mean just physical maturity but can also mean psychic maturity. The source of Islamic education is revelation (God) and is obtained through a number of channels, healthy senses, correct reports based on authority, sound reason and intuition, while the source of Western education is ratio and experience. Islamic education develops an integral view of the profane and the sacred, while Western education only develops the profane aspect only. Islamic education develops all aspects of the human personality from the heart to the intellect, while Western education is only mindful.

Abstract

As we all know that the problems in education are not over. Until finally various learning theories emerged as one of the solutions problematics solving in learning activities. Among the many theories that contribute much is the theory of Behavioristic learning. There are several figures that have contributed to the development of this theory, including: Ivan Pavlov with the theory of Clasical Conditioning, Edward Lee Thorndike with the theory of Connectionism, Burrhus Frederic Skinner with the theory of Operant Conditioning, John Broadus Watson with Conditioning theory, Edwin Ray Guthrie with the theory of Contiguous Conditioning Theory , and Carl Leonard Hull with Drive Reduction Theory.

Abstract

Learning Arabic language is not easy matter, but if it is followed by recitation and research will find many methods and strategies for learning more effective and fast. The purpose of this research are: (1) For knowing the difficulties of learning Arabic language. (2) For knowing the factors happened learning Arabic language. (3) For knowing the difficulty solution of learning Arabic language at Islam religion colleague of Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan. In this research, the writer used approach of qualitative research by using recitation model of analysis descriptive. The collecting data used interview method, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile the data analysis in this research used model analysis of mils and hubberman. It appropriated with the result research, found the difficulties of learning Arabic language as followed: the individual ability difference of Arabic language that is very far away, the difficulties in making Arabic language environment, the difficulties for lecturer to be same the student abilities, and finally it is less for using the facility of modern technology. Meanwhile the factors happened the difficulties that are such as: the difference of education background for university students between the student of Islamic boarding school and not Islamic boarding school, the minimum of having the happy feeling or curious for Arabic language, seldom held the meeting between the first semester with others for making Arabic language environment. The solution for solving the difficulties of learning Arabic language is such as: The lecturer divide into groups that are suitable with university student's ability in the class, the lecturer gives guidance and additional lesson for improving student's Arabic language, in teaching, the lecturer is demanded to choose the interest medium and unique method in order that the university student tends interesting for learning Arabic language, holding meeting program with all levels of semester to create Arabic language environment well, in teaching, the lecturer is demanded to pay attention the education background of university student between Islamic boarding school student and not Islamic boarding school.
