Abstract

Islamic waqf system caused by the economic system of Islam, which considers that the economy is closely linked with theology and Islamic law, as well as the balance between the economy and the benefit of society. Endowments can be a source pendaaan of the people for the people, either for religious, social, and economic. For the understanding of the function of waqf should be socialized and become a collective movement of the whole society in order to improve the economy of the people. Waqf institutions become a financial source for Islamic educational institutions. Optimal utilization of endowments to help the government in the welfare of the people because if the endowment is managed properly it will greatly support the development, both in the field of education, economic, religious, social, cultural, political, and defense and security. In the management of waqf, not only to be done in a professional manner but also transparent and accountable. Both of these factors should be embodied in the management of waqf property because the property that have endowments will move belongs to the people. Thus professional management, transparency and accountability, the Waqif right to correct information, clearly dn honest about the conditions that have been waqf property.

Abstract

Ta'lim al-Tariq al-Ta'allum Muta'llim be a monumental books in the field of education that leads into learning Islamic education in Indonesia, especially boarding school. Ta'lim al-Tariq al-Ta'allum Muta'llim taught as a basic concept of the introduction of community learning for students. Meanwhile, the concepts of modern teaching and learning continued to emerge. The concept of modern teaching and learning offers the concept of teaching and learning more complete. The emergence of the concept of modern teaching and learning are then led to the rejection of the concept and the attitude of the Salaf learning. Many thought emerged that speak for this refusal. The concept of Islamic education proposed Az Zarnuji cover some concepts: (1) The philosophy of science; (2) Motivation to learn; (3) Selection Process science; (4) Respect for science and scholars; (5) etor learning, learning continuity; (6) The onset and intensity of learning and martinet; (7) resignation to God; (8) Time and time to learn; (9) Love and giving advice; (10) curiosity; (11) Wara '; (12) The cause memorized and forgotten; (13) The issue of sustenance and age.

Abstract

Legal marriage in Morocco is not much different from the law of marriage in Islamic countries. Regulations related to marriage was almost the same with Indonesia, it dikarenan could be due to the Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) in Indonesia reflect to Mudawwanat al-Usrah in Morocco or it could be because society Morocco and the people on Indonesia equally homage to the Ahl al-Sunnah wa al -jama'ah (Aswaja), in Morocco Maliki that guide and in Indonesia Shafi'i school of being a role model. Morocco is not allowed to marry 'urfi (married Sirri). In addition to its urfi marriage was considered a disgrace, this type of marriage is prohibited by the laws of marriage Morocco.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an owning many idiosyncrasy, not only guidance moslem people life, on the other side, language of Al-Qur’an also invite astonishment manner for all human being, moslem and also non moslem. In this case, researcher will study al-Nur Surah and all language idiosyncrasy in it. This research is aimed at: 1. To know any kind of language esthetic side evaluated from science of Arabic language rhetorica (ilm al-Balaghah) in al-Nur Surah 2. To know how language artistic illustration in al-Nur. The design of this research is qualitative research which is use a descriptive analysis Approach and with reference triangulation method, that is a style try to show message from Al-Qur’an as alive message, present and concrete can make comprehension for the reciter and give hard motivation to practice the holy message contained inside Al-qur’an. The subjects were the sentences in al-Nur which representing to 24 of Al-Qur’an Surah. Al-Nur which discussing many moral social of society and arrange the social order of society by usage beauty of Arabic Ianguage from Ianguage illustrative, esthetics value and the beauty of very high rhetoric Ianguage which has no equal in this world. So that this Ianguage easy to touched being soul and logic and be especial reference in take of law and mannage pattern live society.

Abstract

A banking law should be based on the ideology that determines the purposes and principles. Similarly, banking law which naturally has the purpose and principles laid down by Allah and His Messenger. However, banking law studies not only see the purpose and principles of a particular, but also analyzes the behavior of economic agents in an effort to achieve their respective goals. The principles outlined by Islam always flexible. However, the atmosphere of social and environmental change over the circulation of the times. Therefore, an assessment of the banking laws and signs in the agency should consider it important to change the environment that is in place and time. Many writers of Islamic economics tends to focus on certain aspects without giving proper attention to other aspects.

Abstract

Civil society, in the perspective of education (Islamic education), is a great subject owned by Islamic education in educational empowerment of the people as a whole. With its proximity to the Muslim community, Islamic education is a subject in the formation of civil society at the grassroots of Muslims. Civil society, in the perspective of Islamic education, is a significant topic that is actually owned by Islamic education in the empowerment of community education in a comprehensive manner. Islamic education, based on a community-based education, became one of the foundations in creating a civil society. Islamic education can be a vehicle for "critical pedagogy" (critical education), for the people; freeing the lowest layer of society from backwardness and poverty.

Abstract

This paper examines the horror genre in Indonesia film with three movie titles consisting of "Si Manis Jembatan Ancol, Beranak dalam Kubur, Malam Satu Suro." The academic interest that started this article is created by the myth in the Java community about the rise of spirits roaming, terrorizing, and even threatening the safety of the public. Questions that will be answered in this paper is how the images of myths are displayed and the culture represented in the narrative film. Structuralism will be used to answer this question. Claud Levi-Strauss insists on tracking structures on film and cultural studies and Stuart Hall with the concept of representation emphasizes the search for meaning behind the structure. After analysis, it appears in the narrative of the film a consolidation myth about ghosts as a representation of Javanese culture, which believed in animism and dynamism. The three titles in this paper, indicate that bad deeds will have an negative impact. Historically the religious phenomenon is contrary to the Islamic religion, but is sociologically meaningful self evaluation in determining attitudes and behavior at the beginning of the entry of Islam in Java.

Abstract

The role of religion becomes very decisive in shaping the morality of human behavior that is more friendly to the environment. Religion becomes a source in guiding human behavior on the environment. Religious teachings are explored in the context of education to be one of the approaches, and learning resources to increase student awareness of the environment. The design of this quantitative research is done with a comparative approach pretest one-group-post test design to compare the students' attitude and concern for the environment before and after the implementation of learning by using religious approach on the environment. The subjects were 27 students of class V SDN Aengtabar 1 Bangkalan. Questionnaires were used to measure students' attitudes and concern for the environment. A statistical test of paired samples was used to analyze the data. The results showed a significant difference before and after the implementation of learning by using religious approach. Implemented learning could inspire more students to have an attitude and concern for the environment. It is these values that should be imparted to students early on with the foundations of the religion as a guideline to behave.

Abstract

NU is a religious and social organization that can not be separated from the 'ulama' and Islamic tradition. NU was born in the form of Jama'ah (community) that has been strongly bound by social and religious tradition that has its own character. NU fought whole heartedly to rescue the people in the field of propaganda, education, social, and political. NU's main characteristics of propaganda is to understand the reality of the socio-religious and socio-Islam, using the approaches of sociology (sosiulujiyyah), anthropology (antrufulujiyyah), culture (thaqafiyyah), and history (tarikhiyyah). NU is used as a Mecca of Islam throughout the world, both in terms of nationalism and in terms morality. In the propaganda system, NU Prophet and the Companions of the Prophet adopted an elegant, polite, communicative culture and tradition, and not against the current. NU then and now, even in the times to come, remain committed to deliver teachings of the Prophet and his companions' tradition.

Abstract

Ijtihad is coincidentally in every affair. Simply put: ijtihad is interpreted as sincerity and seriousness in doing things. But in an exclusive meaning Islamic law, ijtihad is the process of brainstorming to explore Islamic law. Ijtihad requires prerequisites, and conditions are very heavy. With a weight of prerequisites and conditions of this, some people negate the possibility of ijtihad in the modern era. Indeed ijtihad has been closed. On the other hand, the reality requires ijtihad without bargaining again. That ijtihad should be done somehow. Here, then, appears a gap in jama'i Ijtihad (cooperation Ijtihad) or also Tajziatul Ijtihad (Ijtihad partiality).
