Abstract

In this study, the researcher used qualitative descriptive research. In addition, data analysis methods such as data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The location of the study was at SMP Negeri 2 Satap Pangkatan and the research period was one month. Teachers and students were used as research subjects. Documentation, photos, interview guidelines, and observation sheets were research tools. The research findings showed that: (1) The Islamic Religious Education Fiqh Curriculum of SMP Negeri 2 Satap Pangkatan uses a cooperative approach where teachers help students feel interdependent on each other. This method is a learning approach that uses small groups, especially four to six people from various backgrounds, or a grouping system. (2) Challenges in learning Islamic Fiqh at Madrasah SMP Negeri 2 Satap Pangkatan and its solutions include the inability of students to focus on class activities, causing students to not understand the information being taught. This hinders both learning objectives and the learning process. The solution sought by teachers is to explain again to students who do not understand and who do not listen to what the teacher explains

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Islamic Religious Education on the HonestBehavior of Students at Siti Banun Sigambal Private Vocational School, both by Test and NonTest. The population in this study is Class X students of Siti Banun Sigambal Private VocationalSchool. The number of samples was determined using the arikunto formula with a total of 26people and the analysis methods used were the Test analysis method, Test Validity Test,Reliability, and Hypothesis Test. From the results of the validity test, it can be seen that eachquestion item has a r calculation > from the r table (0.317) and a positive value so that thequestion item is declared valid. The results of the Reliability test can also be seen if eachvariable has a Cronbach alpha value of more than 0.60 (a > 0.60), with a value of variable X asmuch as (0.749) and variable y as much as (0.767) so that it can be concluded that all variablesX and Y are reliable. The results of the partial hypothesis test (t-test) show that Islamic ReligiousLearning has an influence and significance on the honest behavior of Class X students of SitiBanun Sigambal Private Vocational School. The results of the hypothesis test were obtained thatthe tcal> ttable was 2.013 > 1.710, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so that therewas a significant influence between Islamic Religious Learning on Students' Honest Behavior atSiti Banun Sigambal Private Vocational School.

Abstract

To improve the quality of human resources, it must go through a good and directed educational process. Experts consider education to have an important role in efforts to instill a sense of religion in a child. Education is an activity to develop all aspects of human personality that lasts a lifetime. Education is intended to help students to develop their human potential. For the Indonesian people, education is interpreted as a national struggle. Al-Ghazali's thoughts on education in general are religious. This tendency is likely influenced by his mastery of Sufism. According to al-Ghazali, true education is a means to get closer to Allah SWT. Al-Qabisi in initiating his educational concept consists of children's education, educational goals and educational principles. Education according to Ibn Khaldun in general about the meaning of education is anyone who does not get an education from their parents, will be educated by the future.

Abstract

Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi sebagai Basis Pengembangan Kelembagaan Pendidikan Islam Multikultural, ada beberapa inovasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengajarkan mengenai pendidikan Islam berbasis dalam Al Quran dan Hadist dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi di Pondok Pesantren An Nur 2 Bululawang Malang (1) Pengembangan teknologi yaitu bagaimana kegiatan pondok tersebut dalam berinovasi dan adaptif sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi; (2) penelitian ini sangat urgen dilakukan karena sebagai pondok modern yang para santrinya berasal dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia; (3). Hal ini dapat dilihat dari fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan media, berkembangnya konten dakwah dan interaksi dengan audiens; dan (4) hasil utama diskusi peneliti adalah pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dapat menjadi lebih efektif dan memiliki dampak yang lebih luas. Analisis Miles dan Huberman dilakukan dengan menggunakan audit data internal dan eksternal untuk memastikan keakuratan data.

Abstract

Abstract

A principal is a skilled teacher tasked with leading a school, a place where students and teachers interact or where the teaching and learning process takes place. Principals are said to hold high standards for both staff and students. Individuals who establish routines for the school and are experienced in their responsibilities are called principals. Principals are expected to meet the nation's expectations as leaders. Therefore, it is crucial to have a principal with sufficient insight and the ability to direct the school organization. A principal acts as a manager, essentially planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Managers who are capable of organizing, planning, controlling, and leading are essential for a company, where human resource careers can be nurtured and developed. This ensures that the organization can achieve its goals. The presence of a manager is crucial for achieving organizational goals and developing various types of knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for improving teacher competency at the Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School in Ponorogo.The focus of this research is to explore the various efforts undertaken by management to improve teacher quality through various programs, such as training, in-depth material, and weekly evaluations. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the management of the Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School has successfully created a systematic program to improve teacher competency, despite several inhibiting factors, such as difficulties in managing teachers' time.

Abstract

This article discusses the Principles and Principles of Guidance and Counseling in running individual service programs. Based on the discussion of the principles and principles of Guidance and Counseling is a guideline and direction that must be done by counsellors to individuals. This principle will have a positive impact to support the success in the counseling program. The program will be flexible as well as relax the individual. Individuals will give different and unique thoughts that is the task of the counsellor to help the individual in getting to know himself. This principle also makes it clear that the person providing the service must be competent and educated accordingly.BK principle is also directed in accordance with the desired target. with the principle is the basic law in carrying out guidance and counseling services.Basic services will help counselors and individuals to move regularly and comply with regulations. This principle is expected to assist individuals in taking a stand on the issue.
