Abstract

Anthroponymic systems of languages reflect the history and culture, worldview and values of the people. Therefore, the study of this layer of linguistic vocabulary should play an important role in ethno linguistics, one of the directions of which is to reveal the image of the people in the language. On the other hand, the study of personal names is also of practical importance: knowledge of the development trends of the personal name system helps to influence these processes consciously and scientifically based in the context of language policy.

Abstract

In Nigeria, many internally displaced persons (children) in IDPs camps are not receiving quality education services because of many challenges. This paper examined the problems hindering the provision of education services for Internally Displaced Persons (children) in their various camps across Nigeria. Both qualitative and quantitative resources were sourced online and on print materials were used to provide empirical and opinion support to the various points raised in the paper. The paper concludes that inadequate funding, shortage of specialized and professional teachers, lack of modern infrastructural facilities, inadequate instructional materials, lack of data, corruption, poverty, limited school facilities and instructional challenges of internally displaced person (IDP) were the problems hindering the provision of education services for the Internally Displaced Persons (children) in IDPs camps in Nigeria. To ensure provision of quality education services in all IDPs camps across the federation, this paper advance the following suggestions; that the federal and state government should create a special funding programme for the education of the internally displaced persons in IDPs camps; federal government should direct the Minister of education to create the department of emergency education in the ministry of education to handle the education for internally displaced persons in IDPs camps across the country, government should develop an effective monitoring and evaluation system to check the financial allocation to all the internally displaced person camps to prevent diversion of funds, government should set up committee to ensure accurate data of school-aged children are collected in all IDPs camps to enable effective planning of education for the IDPs camps across the country etc.

Abstract

The private dispute resolution mechanism called arbitration enjoys recognition in all legal orders of contemporary states and is affirmed worldwide. Given the actuality and popularity of this alternative way of resolving disputes, it is not at all surprising the intensive study of dispute resolution before international commercial arbitration by contemporary legal theory. As a dominant instrument for resolving disputes from international trade and as a legal institute in which contractual and jurisdictional (judicial) elements are intertwined, international commercial arbitration can be studied in several directions: through the prism of international conventions, through the prism of national legislation, through the prism of the rules of arbitration institutions and through the prism of the practice of resolving various disputes. Dispute resolution through arbitration based on the prior agreement of the wills of the parties has been known for a long time and has a long tradition.

This study therefore, aims at examining the implications of integrating entrepreneurship education into science teacher education programmes towards employment generation for national growth and development. The sample consisted of 311 science education undergraduates from Rivers State Tertiary institutions, and the survey was conducted using a descriptive survey technique. The study was guided by three research questions and two hypotheses. Two Science Education and one Measurement and Evaluation Lecturers validated a 15-item questionnaire titled "Implications of Integrating Entrepreneurship Education into Science Teacher Education Program towards Employment Generation Questionnaire." The Pearson Product Moment Correlation coefficient was used to obtain the reliability coefficient of 0.79. To answer research questions, mean and standard deviation were employed, and the hypotheses was evaluated using the z-test at the 0.05 level of significance. The study's findings revealed that entrepreneurship education assists science education undergraduates in: possess practical entrepreneurial skills with positive attitude and business competencies, identify noble business opportunities, be creative and innovative, manage small-scale industries and take risk in business to ensure self-employment and self-reliance. This helps in reduction of unemployment and poverty rate and promote national development of Nigeria. In Rivers State, there was no significant gender difference in the influence of entrepreneurship education on the employment generation of science education undergraduates. Lecturers must therefore motivate scientific education students to develop entrepreneurial abilities, and science education graduates should be provided incentives to establish small businesses after graduation, among other recommendations.

Again, how to get rid of those problems. In addition, we have tried to give an important idea of the advantages and disadvantages of the current education system in India.
