Abstract

This article addresses general linguistic issues related to the theory and practice of translation. During the translation process, the translator has to solve many linguistic issues related to phonetics, stylistics and grammar of the source language and the target language, about the features of the functional style to which the original belongs, with the problem of transferring content and the problem of achieving equivalence. The pa6ote reveals the concept of equivalence in translation theory, examines problems of translation semantics, and draws typological differences in the systems of English and Russian languages. The topic of work is relevant due to the fact that cross-linguistic issues are located in the area of intercultural communication. It is necessary not only to have knowledge in a certain subject area, but also to understand the differences in language systems in order to convey the informational part of the original with the least amount of effort.

Abstract

The use of language is crucial to any legal system, not only in the same way that it is crucial to politics in general, but also in two special respects. Lawmakers characteristically use language to make law, and law must provide for the authoritative resolution of disputes over the effects of that use of language. In this article, the role of legal terms in terminology, descriptions of legal language are presented based on cross-linguistic analysis. Also, the requirements for legal terms, features of translation of terms are covered in detail.

Abstract

The power stage circuit and control system of the ACHMI uses a dual-loop current control mechanism in the hybrid reference frame (HRF), a synchronous reference frame phase-locked loop (PLL), and a hybrid modulation technique to generate a multilevel output voltage. The complete ACHMI system's small-signal model is derived using a simple, step-by-step derivation approach. Small-signal analysis is used to linearize the ACHMI system, which yields a model of its impedance. In addition, a refined impedance stability criterion is developed and used to analyse the robustness of the system under investigation. By adjusting the PLL bandwidth, output power factor angle, and grid current reference signal amplitude in the presence of poor grid conditions, the ACHMI's stability can be evaluated. This research suggests a methodical design procedure for choosing the PLL proportional-integral (PI) controller to guarantee steady-state performance and dynamic response in an ACHMI system. Finally, the theoretical theory is verified by modelling and real findings from a scaled-down grid-connected ACHMI prototype system.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) are two of the most disruptive information technologies, changing how modern enterprises operate. IoT enables connecting physical objects like machines, assets, and goods embedded with sensors, software, and connectivity to collect and exchange data over the internet. ERP software integrates business processes across departments into unified systems for insight and automation. Integrating IoT with ERP is an enormous opportunity for digital transformation across functions like manufacturing, logistics, and asset management. This research article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current status, key drivers, future potential, challenges, emerging approaches, and best practices related to IoT-ERP integration. While early use cases involve the basic connectivity of IoT with ERP for real-time visibility and reporting, huge potential exists for transformative changes through tighter convergence, like autonomous operations, intelligent workflows, new business models, etc. However, organizations face significant technology and business challenges around connectivity, data, security, integration complexity, skill shortages, and change management. The article discusses strategies to overcome these multifaceted challenges. Various integration approaches are emerging, leveraging specialized middleware, ERP vendor IoT platforms, partner ecosystems, integration platforms as a service, APIs, and microservices. Enterprises need to assess their landscape and priorities to pick optimal techniques. Adopting best practices around case-driven pilots, flexible integration architecture, cross-functional teams, and industry benchmarks can maximize benefits while minimizing risks. With aging legacy ERP and exponential IoT growth, integrating the two technologies is urgent for future success. When systematically implemented, integrated IoT and ERP will form the core digital platforms, enabling smarter, more efficient, and more innovative future enterprises.

Abstract

The study examines a comparative study of two quarters of the Nigerian economy, 2001/2020 and 1981/2000. Identifies the problems facing Nigeria. A multiple linear regression model was used for the analysis. The data for the analysis was obtained from Nigeria's GDP 1981-2020/Macro Trends a publication from the Central Bank of Nigeria and the National Bureau of Statistics. The results show that the first quarter of 2001/2020 has the least root mean square error and the inequality coefficient values of 3.57 and 0.15 denoting the best model. This means that the first quarter (2001/2020) connotes the best economic growth in Nigeria.

Abstract

The project is centred on the establishment of charity centres. The title of the study was "a study on Employees welfare measures with special reference to Bescal Steel industry," and its topic was "a study on Employees welfare measures." The personnel of the business were the target audience for the research that was carried out. A systematic approach to the research topic is what is meant by the term "research methodology." An investigation into the degree of contentment felt by workers has been carried out through the use of research. A questionnaire was used to obtain the primary data that was needed. There were a total of 334 employees, but only 120 samples were included for this study. The secondary data was gathered through the use of the organization's website as well as its records. The data that was collected was interpreted using straightforward percentage tests. According to the statistics, the vast majority of employees are content with the provision of welfare facilities. However, in order to make improvements to the organization's welfare facilities for its workers, the researcher provides relevant recommendations to the company.
