Abstract

This study aims to compare the differences in the attractiveness of product advertising content with human influencers and VTubers using the audience experience approach. The audience's experience is seen through an assessment of the pragmatic and hedonic qualities of the two advertisements viewed. Attrakdiff is used as a method to measure the assessment of both product advertisements. There are 20 respondents who are asked to view both advertisements and fill out two different questionnaires representing advertisements with human influencers and VTubers. The results show that the attractiveness of advertisements with human influencers and VTubers has almost the same attractiveness. There are differences in pragmatic and hedonic-identity quality (human influencers are superior) and hedonic-stimulation (VTubers are superior), which differentiate between the two. Although there are differences in the assessment of the audience's experience in watching content from human influencers and VTubers, both still have almost the same appeal.

Abstract

PT Sinergi Visi Utama does not yet have a mature and structured talent mapping system or process. Talent mapping is an important early stage in determining the success of the human resource development process in talent management. Through talent mapping, companies can identify, evaluate, and select individuals to be placed in positions that match their respective skills and potential. This research uses a qualitative approach because it focuses on the talent mapping process at PT Sinergi Visi Utama. Currently, the company only implements employee development through formal education, such as sending employees to S2 and S3 levels, without a more in-depth overall strategy. Providing further education has proven to have a positive impact on employee motivation, innovation, and overall performance. Therefore, a more systematic and planned implementation of talent mapping is needed to identify and develop employee potential optimally.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of education, age, and income on the digital financial literacy of millennials residing in Yogyakarta, as well as the relationship between digital financial literacy and financial behaviors such as shopping, and investing. Employing a quantitative research approach, data were collected through a survey of 150 millennial respondents. The findings indicate that socioeconomic factors namely age, education, and income do not significantly impact digital financial literacy. However, the results highlight a strong association between digital financial literacy and millennials' financial behaviors, with substantial influence observed on shopping, and investment decisions. These findings suggest that while socioeconomic characteristics play a limited role in determining digital financial literacy, such literacy remains essential in guiding millennials' financial choices. Ultimately, this study emphasizes the critical role of digital financial literacy in shaping financial behavior, irrespective of the socioeconomic background of millennials.
