Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the elements that spur the growth of word-of-mouth and loyalty and to further explore the significance of perceived value and student happiness as motivators. This research methodology employs a quantitative approach and employs questionnaire-based surveys for data collection. The Islamic University of Indonesia's 295 active students enrolled in various study programs served as the study's samples. For this study, SPSS and PLS-SEM with SmartPLS software are used for data analysis. The results of this study show that perceived value, student loyalty, contentment, and word-of-mouth are all positively impacted by the quality of university services. These findings advance our knowledge of the process by which student behavior, such as loyalty and word of mouth is influenced by the quality of university services, as measured by satisfaction and perceived value.

Abstract

This study aims to show how students’ emotional intelligence affects their resilience, with an impact on engagement and subsequent academic performance. This research was conducted quantitatively and used questionnaires as the data collection method. This study used partial leasts squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS v4.0 analysis tool. The population of this study were all students from various universities in Yogyakarta and the sample used was 212 students in Yogyakarta. The results showed that: emotional perception, emotional use, emotional understanding, and social emotional management did not affect resilience. Then on individual emotional management affects resilience, resilience affects engagement, and engagement affects academic performance.

Abstract

This research explains the influence of brand awareness, brand image, brand trust, brand love on brand loyalty of Samsung smartphones in Indonesia. Globalization has brought about changes in the world of technology, one of which is the Samsung folding smartphone model. This research used 195 samples. Sampling used a non-probability method with convenience sampling techniques. The analysis techniques used are structural equation modeling (SEM) and AMOS. The research results concluded that there is an influence of: brand awareness on brand image; brand image impacts brand trust; brand trust influences brand love; brand trust impacts brand loyalty; brand love influences brand loyalty. This research also shows that there is no influence of: brand awareness on brand trust; brand awareness has no effect on brand love; brand image has no impact on brand love; brand awareness has no impact on brand loyalty; and brand image has no impact on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, brand loyalty and word of mouth (WOM) on purchase intention for the Somethinc Brand. The growth of products related to skin care continues to increase. One of the local skincare brands that was founded in 2019 is Somethincnc. This research used a sample of 200 respondents from all over Indonesia. The sampling used was a non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the analysis technique in this research uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with using the AMOS version 24 program. The results there is a positive and significant influence between the variables brand image and brand loyalty, brand loyalty with WOM, and brand loyalty with purchase. intention. Meanwhile, there is an insignificant influence on the brand image variable with WOM and brand image and WOM with purchase intention.

Abstract

This study’s goal is to empirically research the global dynamics of cryptocurrency adoption, with a particular focus on the impact of financial technology (FinTech) breakthroughs on the evolution, acceptability, and integration of digital currencies within the broader financial landscape. This study takes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of global cryptocurrency statistics with qualitative insights from stakeholder interviews. Case studies and a comprehensive literature study help to contextualize FinTech’s impact on the global evolution of digital currencies. This study emphasizes the various drivers driving Bitcoin adoption globally, with FinTech advances at the forefront. Regulatory clarity, technology developments, and changing customer behaviour all influence the trajectory of digital currencies, emphasizing the importance of adaptive methods and collaborative efforts to properly traverse this dynamic field.

Abstract

The purpose of this cross-sectional study is to investigate the complex connections that exist between environmental responsibility, sustainable development, and green financing mechanisms in financial institutions. The study employs quantitative approaches and cross-sectional analysis using a sample of 500 financial representatives to investigate connections between variables. To find patterns, statistical procedures including regression, t-test, and correlation are used. This research offers significant understanding of the complex relationships affecting environmental responsibility in the finance industry. The connections between green finance, innovation, CSR integration, and regulatory frameworks provide a thorough knowledge of the ways in which financial institutions may actively support sustainable development objectives.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of course experience, satisfaction and loyalty student on word of mouth and the college decision. The research approach used in this research is quantitative. This collection technique in this research was by distributing questionnaires online via google form to 135 respondents. The method used in this research is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS software. The results of this research are that student course experiences have a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, student satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, student loyalty does not have a positive and significant effect on word of mouth and word of mouth has a positive effect on college decisions.

Abstract

The rapid progress of information technology systems influences disaster management, for example Twitter is used in Indonesia for disaster management. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of technology with the variables subjective norm, image, output quality, result demostrability, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, use of Twitter, information accessibility, adaptability, resilience, and proactiveness to provide an overview of the disaster management situation. The research was conducted using a questionnaire method and convenience sampling technique on Twitter social media users, obtaining 150 respondents. The research applies the PLS-SEM version 4.0.9.9 SmartPLS method. The research results show that all research variables have a positive effect on disaster management. The research carried out can provide an overview of the disaster management situation by utilizing technological information.

Abstract

This research aims to answer the problems of people around the author who like Muslim fashion with vintage, casual and modern models, but which can still be used for a long time or is timeless. Almond Chic business development involves preparing marketing, operational, financial and human resource management plans. The marketing plan includes promotional strategies using social media platforms. The operational plan includes the product design process, raw material selection, and distribution to consumers. Financial plans focus on managing funds. Some of the challenges faced in implementing this business include marketing strategies that are not yet optimal, target markets that are not yet broad, and business implementation that is not in accordance with the planned schedule. This implementation report covers the entire period of 12 months since the initial design of the business idea began.

Abstract

The focus of the investigation is to find out how affective commitment and digital leadership effect employee performance, with te help of intrinsic motivation. The sample collection method is quantitative by nature with the use of primary data obtained by the placement using Likert scale questionnaires. Participants in this investigation include employed who work for BPTTG Yogyakarta. The results of the study demonstrate that intrinsic motivation is seriously affected by digital leadership. Motivation is not much impacted by emotional commitment integrated. The performance of employees is significantly impacted by digital leadership. Employee output is not much impacted by affective commitment. Employee performance is not much impacted by intrinsic motivation. The affective commitment and digital leadership factors cannot be controlled by intrinsic motivation on employee performance.
