Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in employee performance based on the Big Five Personality with Self-Efficacy as a mediating aspect. This research is included in the type of explanatory research. This research was conducted on Gemilang Putra & Co employees located in Jember, East Java. The object of this research is the Big Five Personality, Self-Efficacy, and Employee Performance. Sources of data in this study were obtained through the company's internal data. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were 30 employees and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so that all members of the population could be used as research samples because the respondents were less than 30 employees. The tests used in this research are validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis, path assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the Big Five Personality has a significant effect on Self-Efficacy, the Big Five personality has a significant effect on employee performance, Self-Efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance, and the Big Five Personality mediated by Self-Efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance plays an important role in the sustainability of the organization. The overall success of task responsibilities is largely determined by good human resources. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of work life on the performance of employees with competence and organizational citizenship behavior. The number of samples in this study were sub-district employees in Pasuruan district, with a total of 97 employees as respondents. This research was conducted using Smart pls analysis with a quantitative method. The results of the study show that a good quality of work life can increase competence, if the indicators felt by employees can create a good quality of work life. (1) Good competence has not been able to improve employee performance, (2) competence has not been able to play a role in improving employee performance because employees have not been able to implement it. (3) Quality of work life is able to increase organizational citizenship behavior, (4) Organizational citizenship behavior is high which can contribute to employee performance, (5) Quality of work life is able to contribute to employee performance, (6) The effect of mediation has not been able to mediate relationships between quality of work life and performance, (7) Organizational citizenship behavior can play a role in mediating quality of work life and employee performance.

Abstract

Bank Jateng has a central role in carrying out the regional mission to support the acceleration of economic growth, especially during the covid-19 pandemic where many business sectors were unable to survive and some of them even went bankrupt. But on the other hand, Bank Jateng is also required to be able to maintain the level of bank health in all conditions. The purpose of this study is to determine the health level of Bank Jateng during the covid -19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a research sample period during the covid-19 pandemic, namely 2020-2021. The analysis technique uses a risk approach (Risk-based Bank Rating) which includes risk profile ratio analysis factors (risk profile); corporate governance (GCG); income (profitability); and capital ratios (capital), which are abbreviated as RGEC. The results showed that during the covid -19 pandemic, Bank Jateng was included in Composite Rating 1 (PK-1), which reflects the general condition of Bank Jateng as "very healthy", so it is considered very capable of facing significant negative effects from changes in business conditions and other external factors.

Abstract

The number of local shoe brands makes the competition of local shoe manufacturers become tight, both in price competition, product quality or from other types to increase sales. So that this can be a producer task to create its own competitiveness, one of which is to promote its products as well as possible and as attractive as possible, creating quality products and can compete, and create an affordable price strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, product quality and price on Ventela shoe decisions on Ventela Shoes consumers in Malang. This research is the Explanatory Research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study are all Ventela Shoe consumers in Malang City whose numbers are unknown. The sampling technique used is accidental-purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis test showed that promotion, positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase ventela shoes, and product quality also had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase ventela shoes. In addition, prices also have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase ventela shoes.

Abstract

Global market pressure has led all modern companies, including restaurants, to survive the competition by understanding the determinant factors such as product quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The objective of this research is to find out the effect of product quality on customer loyalty with mediation of customer satisfaction. Design and type of this research are quantitative and explanatory. The object of this research comprises product quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Subject or also population of this research is the customers of a restaurant named Kuliner Dhahar Enak. Data type is quantitative with the source from primary and secondary data. Sampling technique is Slovin Equation with sample of 78 persons. Data collection technique is questionnaire to get information from respondents. Questionnaire as research instrument is tested with validity test and reliability test. Data analysis procedure employs descriptive statistic analysis, inferential statistic analysis, mediation test, and hypothesis test. Research software involves Microsoft Excel and SmartPLS version 3. Four hypotheses are proposed. The results of research show that product quality has significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has significant effect on product quality, and product quality significantly affects customer loyalty with mediation of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The rapid development of the fashion business in Indonesia has led to high competition in the fashion business. In making purchasing decisions, consumers will be faced with several factors, one of which is the marketing mix factor. This study aims to examine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions. The research approach used is quantitative research with explanatory research. The variables in this study are product, price, promotion, place, and purchasing decisions. The research location is at Metro Busana Mojopahit. The population in this study were all buyers at Metro Clothing. The sampling technique was carried out using non-probability sampling technique, and a research sample of 90 respondents was obtained. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests with SPSS software version 20. The results showed that product, price, promotion, and place partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The promotion variable is the variable that has the greatest effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the study indicate management to further maximize marketing given the increasingly fierce competition in the fashion business today.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the role of work stress in mediating the impact of work pressure on turnover intention in non-medical employees at Kasih Husada Hospital. This research uses a descriptive approach with explanatory research. The variables examined in this study are work pressure, work stress, and turnover intention. Source of data comes from internal data. Data collection uses primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 90 people. Data analysis was performed using PLS which produces more robust parameters without changing the sample from the population. The software used is SmartPLS 3.3.3. The test results show that work pressure has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Work pressure has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. And, work stress is able to mediate the effect of work pressure on turnover intention in non-medical employees at Kasih Husada Hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the optimization of employee performance with a leadership and work motivation approach. The type of research used in this research is survey research. The objects in the research are leadership, work motivation, and employee performance. The research subjects were employees of CV. Contractor Trust. The population in this study were all employees of CV. The mainstay of contractors is 39 people. The technique used in this study is a census technique, so the sample is 39 employees. The type of data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires, and secondary data in the form of CV archives. Contractor Trust. The research period was carried out within the last 6 months of 2022. The data collection method used the questionnaire method, and the documentation method. Test the research instrument using the validity and reliability of the data. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that 1) leadership has a significant effect on employee motivation; 2) leadership has a significant effect on employee performance; 3) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; and 4) leadership mediated by work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Dramatic development of sharia economic has changed the existing structure of banking industry and created the so called sharia banking. Sharia Commercial Banks as the implementer of sharia banking feel necessary to maintain and improve performance and profitability. The objective of this research is to understand and analyze the effect of performance of Sharia Commercial Banks on profitability. Research population includes all Sharia Commercial Banks in the registry of Financial Services Authority in period 2020. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. Research sample with criteria is 6 Sharia Commercial Banks. Panel data regression is used as data analysis method because this research is processing cross-section data and time series data. The results of research show that Profit Sharing Ratio and Islamic Income Ratio have negative effect but not significant on profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks, Zakat Performance Ratio has negative and significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks, and Equitable Distribution Ratio has positive and significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks.

Abstract

This research is included in the type of explanatory research. This technique uses multiple regression analysis, where the technique will test the hypothesis that there is an influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Multiple regression analysis is an analysis of the relationship between one dependent variable and or more independent variables. The objects of this research are product quality, price, and purchasing decisions. The subject of this research is visitors who buy products at BINTANG Market. The types of data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires, and secondary data in the form of documentation information published by the company. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, so that the sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents or BINTANG Market consumers. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate: 1) product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; 2) price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. 3) The Adjusted R Square value of 0.395 means that 39.5% of purchasing decisions are determined by product and price variables, while the other 60.5% is caused by other variables not examined.
