Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Green Accounting based on Triple Bottom Line Theory in supporting Sustainable Development in the Bumdes "Sumber Sejahtera" Pujon Kidul Tourism Village. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interviews and documentation methods. Based on the results of interviews and data analysis, in implementing Green Accounting at BUMDes Sumber Sejahtera in its business there is bookkeeping related to social, environmental and economic activities. The efforts made by BUMDes Sumber Sejahtera do not yet reflect true green accounting. However, from the ecological, monetary and social aspects of the activities carried out by the organization, it can be said that they are in accordance with the Triple bottom line form and support Sustainability development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as mediation. The population of this study was all civil servants at SD Negeri Madyopuro, Malang City. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated samples, with a total of 37 respondents. The analytical technique used is a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling - SEM) Based variance component based SEM, yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of civil servant teachers at SDN Madyopuro Malang City, 2) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of civil servant teachers at SDN Madyopuro Malang City, 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of civil servant teachers at SDN Madyopuro Malang City, 4) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of civil servant teachers at SDN Madyopuro Malang City, 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servant teachers at SDN Madyopuro Malang City, 6) Job Satisfaction has a mediating influence between Motivation Variables and Teacher Performance Variables, 7) Job Satisfaction has a mediating influence between Organizational Culture Variables and Teacher Performance Variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the receipt and use of a fund / asset from the applicable rules and regulations. This analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data validity, data presentation, data analysis, and conclusions. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with descriptive analytical approach case study. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the technique of analyzing the source and use of funds. The results of the study can be stated that, the use of BOS Funds by LP MI Mamba'ul Hikmah Girimoyo is in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Technical Directive (Juknis) of Permendikbudristek No.63 of 2022, but has not and/or has not fully implemented the 12 (twelve) components of the regulation. Because, the regulation does not require to carry out all the components listed. Likewise, the Reporting on the Use of BOS Funds is in accordance with the Reporting based on the Technical Guidelines (Juknis) of Permendikbudristek No. 63 of 2022. However, reporting based on Public Sector Accounting Reporting Standards has not been fully implemented. Evidenced by the existence of Financial Statements which include; Budget Realization Report (LRA), Cash Flow Statement, Operational Report and Excess Budget Balance Report (SAL). This is not a problem, because the reporting is in accordance with the Reporting based on the Technical Guidelines (Juknis) of Permendikbudristek No.63 of 2022.

Abstract

This research aims to knowing the suitability of the application of ISAK at the Jami' Nurul Falah Mosque, Klojen District, Malang City, is appropriate in 2021. This arises due to a phenomenon in society, especially non-profit oriented organizations, namely the discrepancy of existing financial statements or those presented by non-profit organizations in contrast to references to ISAK 35 guidelines. The research method carried out is descriptive qualitative, where the data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The setting of the study was carried out at the Jami' Nurul Falah Mosque, Klojen District, Malang City, because the object was considered large enough to implement existing regulations with a large enough turnover of money. The result of this study is that Jami' Nurul Falah Mosque, Klojen District, Malang City has not applied ISAK 35 in the presentation of its financial statements. This happens because there are no experts in preparing financial statements, as well as the absence of socialization to introduce ISAK 35 financial statements to non-profit organizations.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test and prove the role of competency and workload on employee performance which is mediated by the work motivation of library employees at the Malang Raya Library and Archives Service. Theoretically, the results of this research are expected to enrich and complete the body of knowledge in the field of strategic management, so that it can be useful for academics and practitioners. This research is explanatory research that tests and explains research variables using a quantitative approach with survey methods and using the Structural Equation Modeling model with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) version 4. The population in this research is library employees at the Malang Library and Archives Service Raya, numbering 50 people. The size or number of samples in this research was determined based on the theory developed by Slovin with a value of e = 5% so that a sample of 50 people was obtained. The results of this research show that employee competence has a direct positive impact on work motivation and employee performance. Work motivation also acts as a link between employee competence and performance. However, workload does not have a direct influence or through work motivation on employee performance. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on developing employee competency and efforts to increase work motivation to optimize employee performance, while managing workload effectively is also important for employee welfare.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of work flexibility, work stress and work motivation on the performance of Remote Worker employees in XX Malang City. Also to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of work flexibility and work stress mediated by work motivation on the performance of Remote Worker employees in XX Malang City. And finally, this research also aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of work flexibility and work stress on the work motivation of Remote Worker employees in XX Malang City. The population in this study were Remote Workers totaling 80 people in XX Malang City. Because this is a census research, the number of samples taken is as large as the existing population, namely 80 Remote Worker employees in XX Malang City. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistics and verification analysis using a variance-based Structural Equation Model or called Partial Least Square (PLS), which consists of validity tests, reliability tests and hypothesis testing techniques. The research results show that work flexibility, work stress and work motivation have a significant and positive effect on employee performance in XX Malang City. Work flexibility and work stress have a significant effect on performance which is mediated by full work motivation (full mediation). Work flexibility and work stress have a significant effect on work motivation.

Abstract

This study explores the transformative impact of Industry 4.0 on e-commerce and startup businesses, with a focus on sustainable innovation. It aims to identify the significant changes brought by Industry 4.0, examine the types of sustainable innovations implemented, and analyze their effects on business performance. Using a qualitative research approach and case study methodology, the research targets e-commerce companies and startups that have adopted Industry 4.0 technologies and sustainable innovations. Data collection involves in-depth interviews with managers and employees, participatory observations, and document analysis, including annual reports and relevant company articles. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Validity and reliability are ensured through data source triangulation, member checking, and maintaining an audit trail. The findings reveal substantial changes in e-commerce and startup operations due to Industry 4.0, diverse sustainable innovations adopted, and their positive impacts on efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness. The study concludes with practical recommendations for e-commerce and startups to enhance the application of Industry 4.0 technologies and sustainable innovations in their business processes. This research provides a comprehensive understanding of how Industry 4.0 and sustainable innovation are driving the transformation of e-commerce and startup businesses.
